Thanks Puff, I'm always hard on myself thinking I can always do better. For awhile there I was jumpimg around a lot and then I started adding my head cheese grow (which happens to be my very first grow since my high school days) which wasn't even part of the original grow of the title.

Yeah don't be so hard on yourself A1, this is a first rate journal, especially since its your first. I've seen MUCH worse! Hell ,its more informative than mine! Mine has been lacking all the info that would make it a teaching journal, it has a couple pictures, a few thoughts, but its more of a passive, social journal, with less traffic than yours. So keep up the good work, and know that you're doing just fine IMO:high-five:

Thanks Quix, and your journal might I add is very cool as well. Couple a things I will change on my next grow is I'll be using BPN and I will make sure it;s either a sativa dom or indica dom grow. I won't mix it up like I did this grow.

The clones are doing FINE! I put two of the WR and two of the WW in my new ez cloner. Along with peanut butter kush, head cheese and a AK47 !
the other clones went into a regular dome set up.

Yep, each grow brings what we've learned to fruition...I think I may try BPN, as well, next grow, along with some smart pots!

And I agree with keeping the strains tthe same, although I'm not right now...
 
ok so some new photos tonight.
First the head cheese, I clipped the crap outta these. It's thier 3rd week in flower and I wanted to make sure all bud sights had light getting to them. I also rotated the plants in the bucket. Think I over did the trimming?

Trimming, topping... Sounds like you've been busy! Things seem healthier and happier all the time! :bravo:

PS - I've been thinking of not watering once during dark period, after some experimenting some with the male plant I had. I purposely let it go for days without being watered, with no ill effects (granted, it was under cooler lights in cooler room). Really doesn't seem necessary to me after watching the male under experimental conditions. The grower with the similar system to ours (Death something) had a good point about them potentially burning easier, too, though I haven't had any issues to speak of. Just sharing a thought.


And yeah, if I was keeping a male in another room I was sure going to go mad science with something else while at it. ;)

So are you talking about nute burn? I certainly haven't seen any of that since my plants got past week 2. I have healthy roots growing now so I'm not sure I'm willing to try that at this point. I have been watering them for half an hour every 3 hours during light. I may change that up in veg to 15 minutes but these plants sure have been sucking up the water which is a very good thing IMHO.

I started off with some pretty unhealthy clones for a few different reasons. But everything is looking good. Even my midget lemon kush. Still a midget though. If it's still small by the time I get to flower I just may pull it and plant it outside as we are getting close to spring time. Maybe I can get a soil grower from the forum here to help me out.

I need all the positive energy I can get right now !! I have one plant in a 5 gal bubbler bucket with root rot but since treating it I can see new white roots growing!

I love my flow and grow system. If your going to be growing a sizeable amount of plants it's a MUST have. At this point and time my olnly bitch about the system is the lights on the controller are very dimm. Other then that only have high praise for the system.

I did read about that root rot man that sucks and I feel for you. One thing about this is that you are learning first hand. I'm going to bet that you will still get some good smoke off it.:cheertwo: All your plants in your Flow n Grow are looking like they are very happy, the Hawaiian Big Bud looks great:MoreNutes:

I do have to say I really like the Flow n Grow so far (I'm only 2 1/2 - 3 weeks from seed) and can't wait to get a full run though it. I will definitely be hangin around here! I'm going to try and be more active in the community who knows I might even start a Journal one of these days:thankyou:

Thank you so much for the reps! I am trying hard to have a good grow. It helps to have so many experienced growers helping out and watching this. If not for :420: and the help of the members here my grows would not be where they are today!
