It’s at least a two man job.
You get two knives, a straw or the inside of a pen which has a straw like effect. Tips of knives get red hot, drop hash on it hit with the other hot knive, hash burns, other person gets the straw and sucks up the smoke.
So much good hash lost.

The last sativa tester is hanging. It went from sprout to chop in 101 days with the first indica being chopped at just 82. After everything's curing I'll update with some smoke impressions and rough numbers.
This will be my last journal for awhile. The plan is to do a joint 1 plant comparative grow journal with Trala after taking a few weeks off. I need to do better following other grows.
For some time I have been looking for a way to condense the stash. I was considering a rosin press but had never tried rosin and the press seemed bulky. Ice water or bubble hash seemed interesting. I ordered a 3 bag screen set and a mini washer with a zippered 220 mic wash bag. The wash bags were 220, 73 and 25 micron.
The hash making was a success, the 25 and 73 mic screenings are nearly full melt hash and way concentrated. I thought the 220 was only plant matter but its more and works especially nice in the vape. The wash bag is 220 mic, so is the 1st bucket bag. I think the first bucket screening is small escaped bud particles that have trichomes clinging to them.
Over a couple days I made 3 batches of hash with the last being the best. The biggest change from 1st to last was that I broke the buds down individually by hand rather than crumble the bud. This resulted in more full not broken trichomes in the mix.
Next time I will post the whole process in the Cannabis Concentrates, Hash and Keif section. Here are a few random pics for now. It appears that the darker trichomes cling together in the mix. MAYBE? Something I want to watch for next time. Happy grows
I used to make dry Ice kief all the time. The yield is way better than the bubble. The bubbles taste and buzz is better for me.

The return is less than I would have thought. I will add another screen, the 120 mic for the next time. Anything from less than the 120 will be very clean.
It doesn't have to be the Tropicana Banana. Can do anything but a Lemon Tree. I gave the rest of those beans away.
