A Four Strain Barney’s Farm Grow

I'm already back. It's now down to the last 5 in the tent. This grow is going fast. Tonight, I did a late flower defoliation, it's not something I normally do but this time it seemed appropriate. I underfed a while ago and it caused some early yellowing and then necrosis. After a few normal feedings things have stabilized again so I removed the affected growth. Sometimes I still mistake the need for food as having been overfed or a lockout. Slow to learn! The plants look a little thin now, but they will thrive again and make it to the end. Hi Tra -, thanks. Good afternoon! I think?

These are looking a little burnt - Like Me! They would have finished better in larger containers.

Lately they have been grown and flowered in 8 liter / 2 Gal bags. They really are too small. For the next I'll use 12 liter bags and a few less.

I'm looking forward to our joint/shared grow next month. I'm just going to take a few weeks off first. This is getting close to the end.

Howdy! After hanging for 6 days the Indica tester and the first Banana Punch were boxed up. The weights will still drop a little as they dry some more, they came in at a respectable at 122 and 118g. The boxes slow the dry a little more at the end before being jarred up.

There are still 5 left in the tent. Happy grows

I do like growing. So many are growing such nice plants. It's amazing.

Sometimes I retreat a bit around the holidays and the new year. It's time for me to get over it now and catch up on a few journals.

Recently I was offered a couple different lights to try. Just the offers were reward enough. One was a new 500w from a 420 Sponsor that looked fantastic. After looking at the specs a little closer, I saw it wouldn't fit in my 1m x 1m tent. Bummer! Others are using it here so I can watch. I accepted the other light. It is a little smaller, it's a 465w Bar light from a non-sponsor. Its 15w less than the @Mars Hydro FC 4800 that I've been using. Mars has been great for me, up until now it's the only light Co. I have ever used.

For a minute I considered another tent. As much as I like growing, I didn't want to grow more than I needed. Its work.

I won't be running a full journal here for the next run but will be doing a joint single plant, shared journal with my good friend @Trala Let's see if we can't keep the mods busy. I know she can!

Good morning! This grow is wrapping up now, it's down to just the last girls & the last few days. Today is grow day 95 and day 72 of 12/12. There should be another elbow plus out of this 1m x 1m tent

I ordered a mini washing machine and bubble bags. Going to try making hash later this week. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

There are the first two in jars curing, 1 still hanging that’s ready to be boxed, another that’s been boxed up and is ready to be jarred. There is also the 2nd tall Gelato #45 on the desk. It’s ready to be chopped and hung to dry! That only leaves the last 2 in the tent, a beautiful Sativa Tester and the large, 2nd Banana Punch. Even with the short 23 days vegetation, these plants grew tall and bulked up like they should. This last Banana Punch is over 110cm tall.

Funny, I think you started yours only 2 or 3 weeks before me (unless I am remembering wrong which wouldn't be surprising), however mine are still vegging, and there's you about to cure your buds and make hash. It's amazing how fast a crop can be turned around indoors. In and out in under 100 days.

Outdoor is my favorite. Nothing beats the sun!

Good morning, its day 99 & 76 of 12/12. The 2nd Banana Punch was just chopped. That just leaves the last Test Sativa. It'll go a few more days.
