That gets my vote too.
Glad you're liking the seaweed.
I think I'll keep using it even with CRF's. I just like what it does so much.
even DWC! and their good bags to last for a while.
i do it every watering witch is once a week. IMO when you have clones or seedlings thats all you need to give themHow often are you giving them seaweed ? Every watering ?
ya i here you, its all the same. it would just make things allot easier and allot more accurate doing it this way like u said. its better to see how something works with 4 plants rather then 2. then when my tent is free ill try out their synthetic stuffIt's all chemicals to me, whether "organic" or "synthetic", so I see it just as comparing one of their product lines versus another, but doing all 4 plants with the same nutes will make things a lot easier and simpler, so I completely understand your decision.
Also, when your sample size doubles from 2 to 4 plants, your results will be a lot more useful and accurate.
check the web site and they have a store locator. Store Locator | Xtreme Gardening i know Hydrofarm, and Sunlight Supply now sale it.C'mon Man don't hold back...Were is this stuff sold at..
YOU AND ME BOTH, I AM ALL DOWN FOR ORGANICS. I JUST CANT RAP MY MIND AROUND NO PH'ing THE WATER. HOPE ALL IS GOING TO GO SMOOTH. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THESE CLONES FOR A VERY LONG TIME, NOT EASY FOR ME TO COME BY SOME JACK HERER CLONE.Nice..I want to see how good this nute lineup works for you... I will be watching for sure...
Thanks for the test..
nice Irish!
looking forward to seeing how this nute line performs.
Those clones are good-sized.
How long are you planning to veg them after you LST?
We've had this discussion many times before....but pHing water only applies to hydro. Doing it in soil is generally speaking a waste of time.
If the water's total alkalinity is too high, don't use it!
Good water needs no pHing in soil, the larger the pot, the more bad water it can handle....so if you grew in 10 gallon pots, you could probably use really bad water and be ok.
what about SS#4 since its not soil? i believe the company knows that their micro life will take care of the food getting to the plants and adjust the PH. this is why i believe they say dont PH ur water with their products? Ive never checked my water but i am sure it sucks, i wouldn't drink it.lol. but somehow i seem to grow good weed with it?We've had this discussion many times before....but pHing water only applies to hydro. yes this will be cool. thanks for the info so far on the stretching. ive been told she will stretch and thats how this strain should be grown nice and tall.High Irish, It will be great for me to see what you can do with the Jacks. I have one in flower now, it's stretched well over a foot since I flipped her... and I'm hoping for more
Since bringing my TA in check as per Doc's suggestion, I have noticed a world of difference. I wish I would have done it YEARS ago!
Thanks Doc. Hope everybody learns from experiences such as those/these.

I couldn't fix my tap water, it's way too hard and alkaline, so I've started collecting rainwater off the roof. It has a ppm of 25, and with the addition of cal-mag, the ladies absolutely love it.
I wanted bad to be able to use my tap water, but in retrospect, I can now see why I had some of the problems I had in past grows when I was using it, even in soil.
It's around 250ppm, mostly calcium, and even soil can't buffer it well.
If I was growing on a larger scale, I'd set up a more professional rainwater collection system with maybe an underground tank, but for now, a couple of rain barrels will hold enough until the next rainy season.
I prefer using rainwater to RO or distilled. It has some nitrogen in it, and my plants just seem to respond best to it, but RO with cal-mag works great too.
I still wish I could use tap, because it keeps things simple, but the rain barrels will be just as easy and simple once I get them set up on cinder blocks so the spigots are off the ground high enough to put a bucket under them.
