Good to hear. It was inspirational how many hugelkulture beds got started this year, just on this site.

You see all of us flocking over here to be amazed by your quiet march to excellence, don't you? You impress the hell out of me. Just sayin'.

What's this fermentation process and how distracted did I get to have missed it before? I apologize for being so lax, but please, if you can take a minute to elaborate.

My Hugelkultur beds didn't quite take off the way I wanted. Its been a hot summer... :(

My hugel beds excelled in our record setting summer. I used partially rotten buried forest wood, and made sure to compensate for the possible nitrogen shortage. My tomatoes are the envy of everyone who has seen them. I get asked for my organic fertilizers I use. Same exact stuff that grows top shelf buds.

Mm, Mmm, Mmm. Speechless.

Sue, I haven't forgotten to talk about ferments and what I have going on, I just haven't had time to spend on it lately. Been crabbing and fishing and boating and kayaking and hiking. My apologies, I just want to have a decent write up with pictures.

Live it up. Fermentation can wait. Sounds like great fun. :battingeyelashes:

Thanks for the read!

That's putting it mildly Cronic. :laughtwo:

36, I wanted to thank you for questioning my choice of modifying my soil mix. Without your inquiry I might not have snapped back to my senses as quickly.

Thank you for being my quiet voice of reason.
