2046 : Chimp vs. Sativa

Have you thought of maybe using very large tomatoes and then working your way up the vegetable chain?:)

sure would have been a proud moment. its always those dumb little things that go wrong and spoil the glory of the moment

Ain't that the truth? A few weeks ago I went in the grocery store on Super Bowl weekend and they had a soda pop display set up for it. They had it looking pretty cool; it was half a stadium made out of 12-packs laid out on a football field pattern table cloth. There were some pom-poms, a football, a megaphone, and some football team gear laid out around it all. They were giving free samples of soda pop so I drank one, walked over to the display, picked up the megaphone and said "BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and what should have been a shining chimp moment in the annals of humor history turned into an awkward silence (snooty onlookers included), because of the baby that cried and I will swear to the day I die that wimpy little sucker started that crap because it got quiet and not because I was being outrageously funny which I was by the way. Went from "Yay Funny Chimp! What a chimp! Did you HEAR that chimp?!?!?" to torches and pitchforks pretty quick up in there thanks to that little goober.....

I know you guys are gonna think I'm joking but I just burnt the crap out of my left nostril hairs lightin' up a doob.

 Lean back!

now thats funny! dont care who you are
Reps for tears
I tried that before. They hurt even more than pumpkins when you try to break them over your head..... :)

hey PC, just wondering do you think you would grow the 2046 again?

I've got probably enough seeds to last me 5 years right now, but I'd grow it again this next time. Especially if I could get the pheno that harvested out at 16 weeks. I've been trying to save most of it until it's cured, but you won't regret the effort if all goes well. Pleasantly disorienting..... :thumb:

My Original White Widow IBL cracked and died, so I replaced it with a Big Buddha Seeds Blue Cheese fem seed. The others are up and running and I'll post a pic soon. The Satori grow has nitrogen toxicity (the lighter spiral clones are Ace Seeds Golden Tiger).

The breeder isn't kidding when it mentions the nute sensitivity thing. Two half doses of FF in the same week and a transplant to Roots Organic Soil (which has some nutes in it) and I got this.....

I used the Sledgehammer flush yesterday and I'll water then feed again in the next week. Bad time to have this; in the middle of flowering. Yep feel free to pelt the chimp with rotten mangos everybody he fug dup agin.....

Here's a heat stress recovering AUH1,

Strong lemon smell comin' off it. I'll take the yellow and dead leaves off the AUH1 tonight so I don't get mold. It smells like lemon too so I know I'm gonna be smellin' like furniture polish for a while.....

Thanks, Hozona.
Well I officially have my first pest problem. I did an inspection of the Satori leaves today to see if the new growth was coming back healthy after this nitrogen toxicity problem (It looks decent so far but I'm still ready to flush at a moments notice). There were dead spots on a few leaves which at first I thought may be calcium deficiency (even though I use CalMag, this N problem could be messing with the uptake of Ca). I magnified, saw holes in the middle of some of the dead spots, flipped the leaf I was looking at and saw the little spots. Yep, aphids. I pulled all 6 and the 2 Golden Tiger clones out, turned them on their sides over the sink, hit the undersides of all the leaves with SNS-203 @ 2 oz./gal., stood them up and sprayed the top of all the leaves, put them back in the grow unit, sprayed the tops of all the plants once more and dumped the other 1/2 gallon in the pots of all the plants. Oh and I went upstairs and doused the mandevilla (only house plant that has them after a second inspection) too. I'll check the other grow units later. Oh well it's organic and after I smell like furniture polish for a while I'll just smell like Good-n-Plenty candy next. :)

:peace:

can you smell that?
ah I love the smell of good&plenty in the morning.
smells like victory!

I could almost hear the crowd cheering "Yay Karate Chimp! What a chimp! Damn did you SEE that chimp?!?!?"

I nearly shot coffee out my nose reading that :cheesygrinsmiley: ... stupid human trick

edit -- when are you going on tour? That is going to be one funny show and I will be there!!!...

Well, the aphids got pissed off at me for bogarting the good stuff. They didn't even get a buzz off of the SNS-203 so off to the hydro store I go. I defoliated the Satori grow even though the infestation was only on a few leaves. This morning I looked with the magnifier to see if the dots were moving on the only infected looking leaf. They were dancing in a conga line and one of them yelled "Trichomes for everyone!"

Yeah eff this mother nature's son poop, I SHOULD have nuked 'em.

Oh I did a mild flush too. And the aphids upstairs got wings so they're different and got even less of a buzz, which makes the culprit the Roots Organic soil. I guess critters come with organic..... :(
