I've been in a great mood the last couple weeks, especially with my first ever indoor grow!

Where did you go?

I'm still here my soul sista from across the pond ...

Sorry for being MIA for a while there, I've not been gone completely. Trying to keep up to date with all the 420 family as much as possible ...

I've given myself a major kick up the ass yesterday to get back to communicating with everyone and journal entries more.

It shall be done lol .

Hey ninja, now subbed in after you whatsapp me. Seems like you had a hell of a time but it now good to hear you be starting soon.

Some questions for you. This doc's soil that has been mentioned - what is it and where did you read/hear about it? And you mentioned something about Ireland coming out of the dark ages to be on board with weed. Have they legalised/decriminalised it?

From what you mention about brain injuries and how cannabis will help then have a look for a program called "weediquette" hosted and narrated by a guy called krishna. It is so informative. It is available to download on sky (on channel viceland or channel W) or i imagine you could find it online to download. One program shows a family moving to colarado to get oil for their daughter who suffered from over 300 seizures a day. Once she was treated she went from that large no to having 1 per week!!! Now if that isnt a good call to legalise it i dont know what is.

Furthermore for watching programmes with weed there is one called bong appetit. That too is informative but they have a pull out cupboard full of jars of different types of weed/oil/kif/tinctures etc. They use this in their cooking and looks fun.

Luckily i am not far from ninja so will hopefully meet up to give him some hands on help when i can or even just to meet up and discuss plans. I also have "the bible" which i have offered for him to read, this is the marinuana horticulture book written by jorge cervantes. I read this a few years ago and it helped my immensely to grow. Nowadays most of the info can be found on the net but it is good to have a book to read this stuff in.

Hi Glasgow

Doc bud has developed a blend of organic soil, drenches and amendments that helps the plants grow to have high Brix content.

This essentially means the cannabis plant has the highest nutrient and terpine/cannabinoid compound profile possible for the plants particular strain. High Brix also applies to all plants and is measured using a refractometer.

This is all available to read in many journals on 420 by very knowledgeable, kind and helpful souls.

Ireland has a Bill being processed for medicinal cannabis access however I think it is currently stalled at committee stage. The usual people with conflicting interests making the decisions possibly??

Weediquette is a fantastic series and I've enjoyed every one of the episodes.
There are so many people that can have their quality of life drastically improved if they were allowed to have legal access to our sacred plant and medicine.
I will try to catch a few episodes of Bong Appetite too. Food & medicine sounds like the perfect mix ☺

Thank you so much again Glasgrow for all your help and support.
You are another fine example of the awesome people that 420 magazine gathers together.

I will take a look at those when i get some spare time to do so.

As for Ireland, well that doesnt sound any different from any other country that tries to legalise it. While it is still underground then people cant get access to high grade medicinal cannabis and have to buy from dealers that they know or have been introduced to. With it being sold legally then people can get a strain that bests treats their illness without getting stuff that gets you too stoned. Then there are those recreational users that like getting really baked and will get really good high grade quality cannabis from a reputable business that can legally sell it. Also the whole market would be regulated and the amount of money that the gorvernment would make in taxes would be unreal. All they have to do is look at how well places are doing that have legalised it and see what problems they have encountered. Problems - hardly anything, advantages - loads (too many to mention).
