1st Grow Bomb Bagweed

Well ladies and gentlemen, boys and girl ait scratch that, no kids here, mothernature gave me everything she she had, but I won. The ac is in the heat issue got a thorough ass kicking, and the plants are gonna love it. It's a perfect 78 degrees in the cab. Finally I can stop messing with the cab and get down to other more important things, like working with the nutes to get a good routine. The only other things that need to be done is a thorough culking and weatherstripping so make this badboy a vacuum. By the way does an air conditioner pull air from the cabinet and keep recirculating it? It just exhausts the hot air outside right? I got some pics coming, but I wanna run through all my favorite threads and see what everybody is up to, then i will post some flicks.

well here's the pics

Stully, are you running your extract/scrubber fan same time as AC? Gonna work that $20 cooler hard. You are not, at this time using up critical CO2, and might want to put that fan on a timer for once in a rare while. Baffle in the AC could have selection lever vent/recirculate. You want recirc. No rest for the w...

Ok, i'm out of my league here. Baffle and recirculate what should I look for to see if it has recirculate or a baffle. Also, I'm gonna run the line from the air cooled hood through the outside, when I get everything sealed off, to allow the ac a rest, just don't feel like messing with it tonight.:peace:

Nah, won't hurt nothing. Hood'l get a little warm. I'm not gonna bug you no more tonight, Stully. I think you had a big day, and tomorrow's soon enough to get re-engineered with that HVAC situation. See ya

Allright brother, but a good word from the gator man is never a bother. Enjoy your night. Blaze one for the international.

Allright, I did a little transplanting today. All plants are in ther final growing pots. I put about 1" to 2" of pea gravel in the bottom of a 10" pot(not sure how many gallons that is), with a piece of landscaping fabric on top(got the idea from GM and MDVL great grow thanks guys.) I topped that off with FF Ocean Forest (no ammenities added). I put a layer of Quickrete all purpose sand on the top about 1"-2" (this should stomp the gnat problem square in the teeth). The sand is a medium grade. I didn't want to use it, but I don't feal like fighting these gnats. Also, the quickrete sand is medium grade, and is alot better then the soil topper sand that I used before. It actually holds the soil below when I water, as opposed to the soil flowing up through the sand and making it look like crap. My cab is at the perfect temp and everything should go great from here on out. I got some pics for you to enjoy.

Here is the pea gravel

It's getting a little cramped in there I know, but I figure out of the 12, 5 are guarenteed female and out of the other seven, 3 will be female, so i'm not too concerned right now. I will go around with the light meter tonight and make sure everyone is getting enough. Also, I will start building the scrog soon. I added one cfl over in the corner and can add one more if I need to. But with 55000 limens, I think cfl's are kinda overkill unless I using it as underlighting.
