Woodsman's Northern Light #5 Grow

gentlemen, ah...gentlemen,
first and most important....ahhh, roseman, where do i sign up for the free house thing....? very cute.
now, as i see it....the problem is:
you've all been kicked in the head by the same horse....no offence intended...and the solution is:
amnesia
that is the only way we can continue to procreate.... isnt that a word???

and that is the problem, solution and thats the truth....

or at least my version of it...it says in fine print at the bottom of the page...

great thread guys...roflmao....hehehe:rollit::peace::grinjoint:

Women, not Happy, never heard of such a thing:grinjoint:

I've been married 3 times and they were so happy, I couldn't stand all the happiness and got a divorce from each of them. :yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

Your either batting 0 for 3 or your batting 3 for 3. Depends how you look at it!

I've been married three times and I'll never marry again. If this marriage doesn't work out, I 'm just going to find a owman to hate and give her a house.

Hilarious :adore::rofl::rofl::loopy::hmmmm:

I found one and I'm too lazy to change. No interest in jumping from the frying pan into the fire! Either way it burns your ass!

Yup, sometimes it's just better to stay put, the grass always looks greener on the other side, but once you get there it isn't.

Lavendar said, "as i see it....the problem is:

Does that mean we've all been married to Brunhilda?

Procreation is good, it's just the results about 15 yrs later that can kill ya.

What do you think these meds are for! Lack of long term and for the most part short term memory is a blessing disquised as a symptom. I wake up clean slate every morning that way! LOL!

It aids in the ability to continue on in life because you don't remember why you stopped in the first place........

let's all take a break and think about all this.:hmmmm:

Howdy Joe, ya snuck in while I was posting, didn't see ya!
Joe, if your wife is like mine, solution is easy (though it never really goes away). Buy her something (black dress) then take her out to dinner and tell her how beautiful she looks. She'll go into the ladies room for a half hour and look at herself in the mirror. She'll either believe you or she won't. You'll know when she comes out whether your dead or alive. Simple!

I can be hired out for marriage counseling. I have great knowledge about the lower depths of marriage and I'm more than willing to share this with anyone that is stoned enough to listen!:bravo:

How's this for a kick in the teeth. My wife was a marriage counselor of some repute before her disability. Try living with one of those! She too smart for MY own good! LOL! Oh the stories I would hear. First initial only just to keep things straight was our rule. Scared me married!

I was just taking notes while she talked. Do this, don't do that kind of things. Sort of like mapping a mine field. At some point I aquired the knowledge to run through that mine field with my ass intact. Lost my shoes but I ain't going back for them!

Update - Flower Day 31

Well #4 and Big Girl are doing fine lately, it's Fatleaf that is of concern right now. I had mentioned that my leaves were looking pale last week i believe. So on their last feeding (late last week) I also added a small dose of fish emulsion to the mix. I've been watching the grow closely and over the last three days Fatleaf seems to have deteriorated while #4 is pretty much looking satisfactory, and Big Girl looks fine. Today the leaves on Fatleaf were definitely on the downward slope. I brought Fatleaf out onto the back deck upper 50's but sunny (so warmer in the sun) I first poured a gallon of distilled water through her (slowly). Then I took another gallon and added 1/2 dose of fish emulsion and because I may have a low pH (no meter). Reading up on N def in 'mid stage blooming' plants can be the result of low pH (in soil). Raising pH and adding N -fish emulsion was mentioned- as needed for recovery. Used a dose of Lime to raise the pH.

Fatleaf is the most developed of the three plants. This is her main cola at just over 4 weeks.

Please let me know if I've taken adequate steps to recover this plant. I figured as an adult, I can do the research and solve the problem. As an inexperienced indoor grower, who knows? I could have just dealt her the final blow! Comments please.

You my friend, were doomed right from the start! You might as well have married a Family Law Attorney, then got divorced.

You guys are never gonna die, you're married! You stood on the altar and sold your soul to eternal damnation. In case you couldn't tell, yeah I'm divorced! :peace:

Yup, that's the beginning of hell. Since pg 68 had a description of heaven (sounds like heaven to me), I'll give my description of hell. It starts when you just stop typing and forced to just watch what everyone has to say, while you are watching 420 all your in laws come in and bitch about you while they smoke all your bud and you get none, can't even smell it.... Man, I gotta stop and go medicate, this is getting scary! :peace:

I have one question. How will I know when I'm dead? Do I just stop typing? LOL!
Yes

Hell could be just a continuation of life, just nothing to medicate with.

Hey bro, just checking in with you...see you have a sick girl. Sounds to me like you did what you could. Remember they drift down in ph as they eat their nutes when they are blooming.

Might just plan on a small amount of lime every so often to try and control the drift...I know you can't really afford any ph testing but it sure would be handy.

:peace: brother.

Hello my friend, I agree with you about the Lime I used it very lightly on my last nute feed and again today. I read this morning that fish emulsion lowers the pH slightly so I added a teaspoon of lime to a gallon of dist. water and fish emulsion. Now I feel better knowing that that you would recommend it!

I think it must have been my imagination because when I took them upstairs several hours later, the yellowed leaves seemed to me to have darkened a little. Probably the bad lighting. Supposed to take up to a week to recover. Wondering, do the yellowing leaves recover and become green, or do they just die.

Yup I sure need a tester. Funny, I only feel that I need a tester, when I really need a tester! I know now that if ya want the best results out of your grow, ya gotta have the right stuff. Or let's say it 'helps' to have the right stuff. I guess that would mean, the right soil (if your doing soil that is), pH tester and something to correct it with, the correct fertilizers and then there's the lighting, ventilation/fans etc. etc. and all the other grow room equipment that may be considered a luxury to some and a necessity to others. I may have to finish this grow witha lot of 'withouts'. It's a challenge and that actually makes the grow feel even more exciting. :yahoo:
