Thank you so much BK! I've actually removed several hooks and let go of some of the branches. I'm watching the budding with interest. It'll be a small harvest but I'm pleased that I was put through my paces and learnt a few things. I won't try to canopy my 2nd auto because of clumsy hands but I may try some lst.... still not sure and she is already showing pistils.Hi Carmen! Wow I think both of them are looking much better! And your lst attempt is working really well. I'd say you're on the right track now good luck!
Thank you HG! The autos are still showing issues in their leaves but they are looking better for sure, and it is exciting to have a couple of babies in the mix again too.Your Caramel King looks a lot better. Nice job. LB looks good, too.

Thank you Tra! I'm so glad you like my pics... huge compliment coming from you, who has a journal that looks like Garden and Homes magGood job girlfriend
And your photography is just lovely
You bet! Everyone who tries it gets a crush on it!I have it on good authority that Wedding Cake is also quite the ass-kicker...
Mine too, and at 3 weeks both of them.Hey Carmen! So far I've limited my auto experiments to topping, which is working well. Most of mine lately have been too short to even try to train, they're going into flower 7-8" tall.
Thanks so much OtterYou bet! Everyone who tries it gets a crush on it!
Nice turnaround Carmen! She looks like a new plant!
That's the fun of this place in time! The wonder of it all! Good luck filling in!I am wondering if those bud sites in the centre will fill in, or if those will remain as larf?
They should- if she were a photo, they would definitely grow into healthy branches...but with autos, they may or may not, or some of them may grow, while others don't...I am wondering if those bud sites in the centre will fill in, or if those will remain as larf?
So true Otter, the excitement is watching it unfold Thanks! That's the fun of this place in time! The wonder of it all! Good luck filling in!
Thank you BK, and you have a great weekend tooIMO since you spread her out those bud sites in the middle will now get lots of light and should develop nicely. I think Lavender will be fine, and the two babies look perfect! Hope you have a fun & relaxing weekend!
Thank you Carcass... it's quite exciting to see her in flower now so we wait and seeThey should- if she were a photo, they would definitely grow into healthy branches...but with autos, they may or may not, or some of them may grow, while others don't...
I'll say they probably will grow up and fill it in nicely, but there's a chance that they may not...about all you can do is wait and see...
She's looking real good, Carmen, as are the youngsters, and the LB looks good despite her issues...
I'd say just keep tying that main top down- here's one from 2014 that I did my first ever LST on- keep tying that main top down, and the branches will fill in the blanks as they grow. You will see that I have hooked her branches outwards, but I don’t know what to do with that top. Suggestions will be much appreciated please.
Wow Carcass that is an awesome result you got there and amazing for a first effort. Thank you I followed your advice and it was easier than I thought it would be. She is more supple and bendy than the Caramel King wasI don't think they missed you at all, Carmen ...they sure did well on their own for a few days!

Good question! The blue part is the original 2 gallon pot- I figured more room for roots would be a good thing, so I cut the bottom off of the original pot-, and sat it in a 5 gallon bucket full of dirt...plain old "yard dirt", so it weighed about a ton...but it worked pretty well...Is that just a training aid on top with tons of soil underneath?
