So I'm pretty sure I'll be cutting these bitches down at Thanksgiving lol

So I'm absolutely sure F3 is a female now lol no more questions!!

I was too excited when I got home from camping and I watered/fed them....they didn't need it, so they got a little overwatered.... They're fine though so no worries. I'm thinking as soon as the heads reach eye level, I'm gonna super crop.
I have a feeling that will be in a few days!

Saweet! Are you hitting them with any phosphorus, potassium and calcium yet?
So I run super simple. During veg I was running FF big bloom, age old fish and seaweed, and Great White microbes (my soil has enough of the others for all of veg)
A few weeks ago I added a small amount of age old bloom, and each feeding raised that and lowered the fish and seaweed.
I'm now running FF Big Bloom, every water and adding age old bloom every other.
Every couple weeks I redistribute the microbes and will start adding big bud and bud candy in the upcoming feeds.

N will be given again end of the month, in the form of some earthworm castings so she has enough N for the last bit of stretch.

I just went into the garden to check on all of my ladies.
Saw some really encouraging things!!

Firstly, F1 and F3 are starting to bunch nodes so I'm not sure how much stretch they have left in them (hell yeah!), F2 on the other hand is just happily spreading out, I've noticed a lot more upward growth from the bottom as opposed to the top...it's like she wants an even canopy.... She keeps me intrigued to say the least.
F2 has also been starting to get purple in the stems. My leaves are incredibly happy and I see no reason for deficiency or lockout, so until further news for concern, I'm chalking it up to the 50° nights here the past few days and hoping we get some purple out of her!!!

Photo dump!! Sodas and beer are in the cooler, someone else has to bring popcorn

F1
She really is a beautiful plant. I can never get enough of these sativa leaves

Cheers guys!!✌️✌️

It's game time boys and girls!!!
I'm am officially saying F1 and F3 are in full blown flower. I think F2 is still a couple days away yet.

F3, she's got the beef. Her stalls are thicker than the other two. I super cropped her tallest spots, theres sooooo many tops just below... we'll see how it makes her feel this late.
I was very gentle with my pop, literally just enough to crack the internal wall, not even enough to bend it.

Just catching up on your interesting experiment, Blaze. Very curious to see how it turns out so I'll be following. Thanks for sharing.

I think the main difference in mj from the 70s is that it was all outdoor grown and pure sativa landraces. I grew up in FL and we got mostly Colombian gold, panama red, and sometimes Thai stick. Usually quality, plenty of thc. There was never indica except hash. The current hybrids were completely new to me when I moved to the west coast in the 90s.

I like your green house. I've been thinking about building one for my backyard next spring. I need to bring my temps up, which is different than your weather. I'm way south of you but nearer the coast.

The more I've read about the sativa's they used for hemp, the less tepid I feel about this grow. They used some hemp strains with 15%+ THC because they were great for fiber or seed oil.

These are most definitely 3 different phenotypes so I'm really interested in this final phase.
Just hoping the 'red head' gene that's been buried, comes out!

It's awesome! I got it bc I lost a lot last year due to the late flower rains here.
It's been clutch and I really really like it

Went ahead and fed everyone.

Gave them 6oz fox farm big bloom, 1oz Age old bloom, and 1/2 teaspoon advanced nutrients big bud. This was in one gallon of water. Each received this.

F1
Shes starting to tighten up on that spacing. Shed standing a nice 5' 2"

So I went out this morning just to say hi, well F1 had 3 killer tops towering over everyone, so I super cropped them.
In and of itself, nothing really to speak of, until I smelt my fingers!!!!!!

It was seriously the most intoxicating mix of tangerine and pine!!!!!

So much so, I sprinted upstairs to my wife and made her smell.

Her initial reaction was, someone had died (why the hell would I be sprinting so early). Then she smelt my fingers and said, "well that's better than that skunk shit" lol

I'm as giddy as a school girl right now. I love the citrus cannabis and there is a funk underlying that I really want to bring out!!! Oh man, what a way to start the day!

Of course in the name of science, I had to go squeeze the other plants to see how they smelt.
F1 and F2 smell of dank tangerine almost like someone sprayed an orange cleaner on a dead animal. (The dead animal smell is really subtle. I want to bring it out!)
F3, however, smells like lemon water. It's just clean smelling but not acrid or overpowering, just clean.
Man October needs to get here and fly by lol
