Hey Grebs looking fantastic in here, I wouldn't be worrying too much about them not yielding as they look perfect. As for the mention of strains smelling different that is indeed true, I wish you could smell the Lemon Skunk I recently grew, it's beautiful...but aren't all buds ;)

I see no need to trawl the internet when looking for advice so if you're interested in backbuilding you could check out Light Addict's thread, but trust me once you see his thread you will be lost in bliss as he grows some of the best plants I've ever seen. He's unhappy if he doesn't pull 20oz from a one plant Flux, he's grown a plant and trained it in the shape of 420, you have to see it to believe it. He's also currently growing a Death Star, a massive hollow globe that he is lighting from the inside as well as out, truly an amazing grower. Oh yeah, backbuilding does work and you're probably just in time :)

I know the 420 app def has great info I just didn't know exactly where to look. I didn't know which member did a real study on it. I have tried it now once and saw nice swelling after the snip. So all my plants will get it done to them unless there health tells me otherwise. Thank you tho for letting me know where to point people when referring to it

LOL I just seen I was calling it back budding instead of backbuilding. Anywho, I just did it to every top I could manage to find. I'm sure I missed a few but most got a hair cut. just a few top hairs and the tiniest of green, Hope I did it correct.. Lets hope something delish happens now. Heres the tops that I'm fixing to get into here soon.

I been thinking about trying it, and will try it soon. I've got a problem cutting the end of my buds off, but I'll get over it !! Because I'm a firm believer in MORE BUDS !!:tokin:

Is this your 1st. sampling ?? That didn't influence your decision to try this new method , did it ?? You gonna love the widow !!
 
That's a trim and half, I wouldn't usually take so much as the idea is to have the plant think that it's growing into something causing it to backbuild. Mind you I'm no expert, plus I reckon you have a tester when dry so there's a bonus :thumb:

That may look like I took a lot off but its not. I took as much as lightaddict took off his in the tutorial. It may look like more because that's around 50 tops. they all started sticking together. It was literally like 2 or three hairs and the tiniest of green per top. Actually it was so small I was wondering if I took enough. lol from your response ill take it as I'm gtg.

Yes Slowpuffer this will be the first time I try these plants. There just sitting on the envelope drying. Not sure of any quick drying ways and haven't had a chance to look for one yet

put them in an envelope, and put envelope on top of your light hood. 24 hrs later, enjoy !!
 
Hey Grebs, are you using a ph tester for your water? If so what do you(and others) suggest? Am I off topic and offensive?
