Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Thanks for this detailed explanation. Although I also get lovely frosty girls, there's no denying the strength and vitality of the buds shown in the pictures on this thread - and going by the comments here the taste is incomparable to other methods of growing. I grew up eating commercially-grown cucumbers, tomatoes etc. Now I am in a place where the fruit and veg REALLY taste like fruit and veg - it's how I imagine the difference in quality is between regular and high brix method of growing. It's a shame that I cannot get the high brix products and do a full-on High brix grow but I will at least try mineralising the earth. What ratio of calcium/gypsum/phosphate would you recommend (or can I find that by going through one of your grow logs in your signature)?

Hey SLH , ya those ratios are 6/5/3 , parts that is:)

6 parts Calcium Carbonate, 5 parts Soft Rock Phosphate, 3 parts Gypsum. Add about a cup to 60 gallons of soil. It won't quite get you to where you want to be, but will be a noticeable step in the right direction.

Tutankhamon buds after hanging for 24 hours. Humidity is holding at 61%. :thumb:

You have me running after the train!!
I'm hoping on board for my next grow is my plan. Finish this one before I start gathering for the next.

First Grow For Me - So First Journal Also
Did you know you need to treat the soil at least a month before it's ready to use? You may want to gather now so you will be ready at your next grow time. Just offering some advice.

Heya nis how are things going... your plants are looking great... good to hear about you and CannaM that Jamaica trip sounds like it was a whole lot of fun... I just remembered you were one of the first people to join my last Journal and I've got a new one going hopefully this one turns out better than the last one... I would love it if you stop by from time to time if you have the time...

Is that a cup total of the three mixed, per 60 gallons of soil?

Yes, get some good pics so you can enter it in NOTM, next month.

Judges (Admins) looked into questionable nugs just this month. Just make sure something that can be smoked. Part of the rules:

Nugs must be dry and ready to smoke or vaporize. Any nug that appears to be too moist to smoke or vaporize will be deemed an invalid entry. No "wet" nugs please.

Not a problem on waiting for them to dry. They will take a full week to 10 days to dry if I let them. The next contest starts in 14 days. :thumb:

Thanks Jimbo.

Yeah, I thought about that after I posted since Nis said it was only dried for 24 hours. I'm sure it'll still be a good entry once it's dried. Good call though MJ! :thumb:

Long time no see (was pretty busy). What a show here! All the flavors and smells, hmm must be lovely. The organics are making some comeback! I'm talking with my local growstore owner and he swears by his Canna bottle, but I hope I will get him to try my organic buds some time. I got my COBs on the way, finally! So how is the PS in the terms of GPW? The trichs on the fan leaves are amazing to watch and I wish you the best Canna and Nis! What a bliss. Cheers! :bravo:  :Namaste:
