Afternoon friends! I got my errands run today. We bought 4 yards of heavy felt to make a monster pot for the fluxing Nis has going on over in the other journal. I found some travel size Roach clips in the electric section of the hardware store. Score! Now we have some to fit in the Tops joint holder. Winning!

Nis let me pick out a sweet, old school bong yesterday. I absolutely love it! It's the color of the Cubs home Jersey.

The turkey is in the roaster and all the sides are in the oven. It's gonna be a good dinner today!

When I was a kid I use to go to the games at Wrigley Field and the Bears at Soldier Field. BTW what times dinner? Keepem Green
 
Today I did some heavy pruning and some spreading of the tops on the flux. Miss Elizabeth will be going to flower probably next weekend. She will have to be put into a 15 gallon to flower since she is already needing watering every 2 days.

Here she was before. 2' wide and 2' tall. Pretty flat canopy there.

Then here she is now. She has been given plenty of room for the next week then she will have her own little corner to flower in.

I took everything off that didn't stand a chance of being at the top of the canopy or getting enough light. If it didn't have stacked nodes...it was gone. We want some dense buds on this one.

That's one mad looking flux that's coming along nicely there nis! I will have to get over to your flux journal soon and sub up. Been trying to catch up on some of these flux projects around the community :)

Looks awesome over here as usual. The sheer amount of things that you guys have going on there is mind-boggling on this side of the screen. I can just imagine juggling all the other parts of your life along with your garden is draining. You guys should take a long vacation to reward yourselves for all the hard work.

Nis is burning the wick at both ends with work. I'll take a bigger share of the chores in the gr now since Im laid off. Today I've got to make some stakes or something to hold the plants up. They seriously are acting like cheerleaders drunk on wine coolers-- falling all over themselves. Smdh! Teenagers! Speaking of teens, nvm. I'll post that on the misc journal. Lol! If the camera battery is charged, I'll get some pics for an update too.

Oh I'm here bud. In a much better mood since I took the weekend off. Spent the entire weekend stoned out of my mind but was completely functional since we have a variety to pick from to suit the mood. Also smoked some Durban poison with my future father in law and it was a good time. When a veteran smoker like him says it's really good, I'll take that as a compliment.

In all honesty we have started to not even look at breeders time lines anymore. We pull them when the are ready by pistils receeding, trichomes, etc. We use it at the beginning to plan on how much room we will have and make sure we don't run out. For autos we just plan for 3 months in the GR. Now for photos, that's a different story. Our SSH is on week 18 or 19 in flower when breeder said 9-10 weeks. She is getting pulled this weekend since I'm tired of looking at her. Straight to oils. Taking up too much damn room lol.

BtW, send me a care package of that turkey dressing (if it doesn't have oysters in it). I used to hover up all the dressing I could. Loved it before it got baked - the celery/onion was still crunchy ;) . Now I only get it on holidays when psycho's grandmother brings me a full meal with all the trimmings suitable for a four-person supper... And I seem to eat the majority of it in one sitting. Last Christmas, she dropped it off about 7:30 pm as she was taking her 95-year old aunt home. I... sat there on the porch in 20°F weather, eating like I was afraid she was going to take it back <GRIN> .

Huh. I guess I did get one present last year after all. Forgot about dinner. Wow, that woman can cook. Hey, when is the next major holiday? Is there one before Thanksgiving that I'm forgetting about? Maybe they moved it to October 7 this year and I just didn't get the memo? Hmm... I better go hide a fork in the mailbox....
 
Ok guys! I am finally posting an UPDATE!!

We walked into the flower room yesterday and it was like "Girls Gone Wild: The Teenage Years" They were falling all over each other, limbs were spread in an unlady-like way. Smdh! I spent some time in there making a bamboo fortress to keep the girls home at night!

Hell yes Go Cubbies! Lol!

The weather here has been cool and breezy like a Thanksgiving day. It made me want to cook a feast for our family and a friend. Today I'm boiling the bones to make Turkey Pot Pie. A good stick to your ribs meal for my skinny hard working Fiancé and kids. It smells delightful in this house!

Thanks for stopping over TS! It's good to finally have something to talk to you about. Lol
 
Looking wonderful in the gardens you two! I enjoy seeing that PK re-veg, it's doing good. It's nice to watch that one and the dutch treat so I know sort of what I can expect from mine.

I see you have a mystery auto seed.. which breeder is it from?

All the rest are looking delicious, you 2 are doing very well for yourselves! Keep up the good work. :bravo:
