Is that Dingo with with the cannabis wine , pass on the recipe to GT ...!

Dingo? Are those edible? :hmmmm: now that I think about it I seem to remember some movie I watched on the late late late show once called ‘a baby ate my dingo’ or something like that. Anyway- none here so I guess they’ve already all been eaten

The most bizarre and disgusting joke in my lifetime. Really Weird how everybody jumped on that, we aren't usally that cruel... not sure who thought a young mother that lost her child needed to be made into a punchline... I'm not offended or being strange to make you Pat my forehead and say sorry, lol. I just can't get my head around how the media did that...

Oh gosh Grizz, I agree. What a hideous news phenomenon that was! :rip:

Great evening, morning or whenever this finds you! I’ve bit the bullet and started a journal for a single plant in the Doc Bud’s High Brix kit, Weasel - in case you or your readers are interested to drop by now n then. Link in sig.

That cobbing looks the goods! :thumb:

Oops oh no! Sorry- that sounds really awful and not at all funny :( I generally stay away from all tv and especially ‘news’ media stuff cause most of the content is so cheap and awful. I forgot it was ‘based on reality’’ (????). To me that was just a reference to some dumb movie I watched a million years ago in a hotel room somewhere and totally forgot about.
And somehow it floated back up into my memory this morn just like a...
I’ll go get the plunger.

Nah man, don't feel bad, its a punchline... Most people, especially if you dont live in australia, wouldn't know its meaning... Mothers name is Lindy Chamberlain and her daughter, Azaria, was taken by dingos from their tent, whilst they were camping in the outback.. every thing was covered up or not even investigated, she was found guilty and spent three years in jail. Then exonerated.. I'm not sure, could have even been a tourism thing, like covering up our shark attacks...

Could you imagine today, a mother's cry at a school shooting, being made the butt of a joke? When you think about it and context, I can't think of anything else similar. I can't think of any other saying coming from someone distressed, used like that... Oh the humanity is closest I can think, but not in same realm...

It’s horrific. I feel bad I made that joke. Victims of the cosmic soup. We all try to control it -but we only see one or two facets and might be working blind and - shit happens. What’s a joke somewhere is a tragedy somewhere else. Who could ever have imagined that her life could take such a sad turn? I turned on that TV set that night. Now sitting here by the fire at 1:30 am, 25 years later, smoking a joint and chatting about it with some guy in Australia I’ve never met.

I had an idea to switch the plants around, since the vent fan and filter are taking up more room on the right side where room is desperately needed. I dragged the problem kids out for picture day while I was doing it. With these slow flowering plants by the time it gets to mid-flowering I often have trouble remembering why I am even growing them and start having serious thoughts of the machete. I came within a hair of chopping that last GTx in mid flower. Funny how the latest two GTx’s also give me the same urge. There’s no real thought of getting bud at the end. There’s only hanging on, existing. There’s only the Slog.

GTx2. When I dragged her into the veg room for a proper look I was surprised to find a nice-ish looking plant. That whole side of the grow - it seems like mostly what I do is glare at them and find cruel and unusual ways to ‘make them smaller’. So I’m pretty surprised she’s fairly shapely and healthy. Though it maybe doesn’t fully show in the pics.

By the way that’s my baby Chocolope, the spindly-ish looking one that’s leaning over a bit, directly to her right.

GTx3. This beastly thing has been the most rebellious one. Has that ‘bad girl’ haircut. Now she’s bigger than me.

We still have long time together... sigh.
Why we do this, bad girl?

Ethiopian.. Still early flowering for this one but she looks promising to me. Turning a bit yellow though. She was in a teeny little 3 gallon pot. I finally relented and transplanted her up a bit just before this photo.

:hmmmm: Not sure I’ve gained much yet -but I think there’s potential now to squeeze in a extra couple inches if I move the light over closer to the peak of the room.

:rofl::passitleft:

I managed to dodge almost all of that crap when it was popular. But...who knows what horrors have trickled in to my subconscious. Yikes. Feel like I need to go lay down on the couch for a while, oh wait I don’t have a couch either.

Harvested CM3. Wow was she ever a looker❤️.
I’ll see if I can conspire to upload photos later. Service is sketchy lately/again

You like the cm smoke? Its choc mint not critical mass, yes? those plants are tall man, lucky you got ceiling height. lower Wall lighting, they would yeild some....

Yes Chocolate Mint OG. It’s a cross of GDP and OGK. It was Uncle Cannabis I first noticed grow it, and Santb grew it later and recommended it to me as a possible PC replacement. I smoked CM1 a couple times. It was a bit of lightning strike to the head for me- sort of the effect the PC has on me too now that I think about it. I think most people would love it. It’s just not a high I like as much as I like the sativa thing. Takes me for too much of a ride.
All three of my CMOGs have been quite different looking phenos. I haven’t tried CM2 or CM3 yet. I expect more lighting strikes to the forehead though.

Geez I must say there have been some strange twists and turns to this so-called grow journal lately... Even weirder than usual around here. Keeps the crowds down though. Here pass this one around. :) :passitleft:

~CM3~
I figured I’d be looking at a mess when I hauled this one out into the daylight, and she was a mess, but definitely a much prettier mess than I expected. I had a lot of fun admiring this one while trimming, and in my stoned delirium I took way too many photos. Apparently it was impossible to shrink them down to a very respectable number so it’s a bit of a photo dump, but wtf...

In the yellow light of the flowering room I’d thought that the variegated portions of the bud were going for shit and turning a sort of dingy brown colour with age- but I see now that it’s something else totally unexpected. The bleached parts are actually trying to turn purple. :) You kind of have to look closely to see it because it comes through as a pink colour on top of the yellow/white. Pretty cute!

I’m glad I got clones of this one it seems like she’s got possibilities.

grooviest plant ever weaseley,, too cool indeed.

have you tried any of it yet, as in smoked any?? gotta be the same, i am thinkin, other than the looks,, but,,

what if??

maybe you be on to something magical,, any seeds in that lovely?? would be so neat to know iffin them genetics pass on

enjoy friend,, you simply grow the best plants out there,, in there,,

cheers,,:goodjob:

Thanks :). Maybe I will try seeding her sometime. Who knows what I might get. I didn’t think the variegation would last, but it’s still going strong in the clones. The friend who knows about this stuff told me that sometimes the trait is passed on, sometimes not.

I’ll try smoking that CM3 sometime... for now sampling the Carnival :thumb: enjoying a rare bit of sun and chopping the other Y Griega.

Yes Grizz more light... If I had a smaller led in the middle, or maybe two in the middle- one on each side... I can run another 300 watts or so there before I start getting anywhere close to my current power limit.

~Y Griega~

This one could have used more light to her lower regions. It’s been crowded in there. Next plant up, which is a CM2, I might harvest in two stages. Still- she turned out pretty nicely overall.
Another repetitive photo dump... yeah....yawn...
