I'm pretty sure I threw him out in one of my crowd control frenzies, Tead. Threw almost all my non-'weird' plants as well :laughtwo: By the time I had space in flowering again I looked in veg and just found a bunch of oddballs- most of them spliced to each other, wrapped with grafting tape, with little name tags hanging off their branches. Some Honduras and Panama clones but I have enough of that in my life for now. No indicas to flower- just a runty little PC clone and a tiny revegging Cheese. A few seedlings... These are the times I have to fight the urge to start more seeds, fill up the veg room and start the cycle all over again...
It's good. Next few weeks are so busy that I'm glad to have it in a bit of a lull.
Also that last round of harvests turned out nice looking -but very underwhelming in terms of basic plant health and yield, so I need time to fix whatever I did wrong there.

:thumb: I appreciate the advice to jump from introduction to present thread and am amazed at the transition in the last page alone. I to am also an oldnubie here to tag along.:Namaste:

Thanks and welcome Dynamo. Things are a little quiet around the journal at the moment. Just got my new bulbs so I'm going to stick them in this eve- slap together a couple more grafts, then run off for a few days.

Run forest, run.. run run run, like most words, a ridiculous sound when repeated to many times.. plants

Man I've been running all day. Just came and in to prepare a little midnight dinner aka lunch.
Cut the four Aces free of the two grafts that were on it and started the last one (Malawi). Kinda did a shitty job but I'm sure it will work- it's been quite a while since I've lost one.
Took some photos but decided they were boring...
Put in the new bulbs.
Will try to find time to post something interesting someday...:laughtwo:

:passitleft:

Wow more new blood in the journal. Welcome Annabanana. I used to know a girl with that name. It may not have been her real name... pretty sure she mentioned a few times that it wasn't...
I'm away from the planties for a while but I'll try to get a few worthwhile photos when I get back. The Strawberry Blue is a very nice plant and I've been trying to get a good photo of it under the lights for a long time. If I get time I'll drag it outside since we pretty much have 24 hour daylight now up here- may as well use it.
Last night's Malawi graft on the P Purple was looking pretty rough this morning. Hopefully it pulls through otherwise I'll start a new one when I return.
I got my not so cherished CKS $100 coupon and am still pondering contest ideas in which to give it away as a prize. One thing that comes to mind is - a grow where everyone grows a plant - which must be a pure sativa, of a strain that is new to the grower. Best entry voted on by whoever votes. Would give a chance to maybe learn some new things. Just an idea. Really- any contest idea would work, or if nothing comes along I'll just end up giving it away sometime. The coupon doesn't have an expiry date so there's no rush.

Edit- I realize that the prize doesn't suit a sativa contest, but wtf. Maybe it would make some CKS fans stretch out a little. So to speak...

I got some PC in the stash, sorry no full sativas.

It's the truth, nobody ever died from knowing too much.

except mafia members, they die all the time for knowing too much, jkjk, I know what you mean, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!!!

Ya know.... as the years roll by, I find myself wishing there were many things I didn't know.

Story of my life Tead!
