Is there a reason I always see clones with trimmed leaves? I actually was researching it last night but I think something shiny distracted me... ;)

That way the main thing they focus is in making roots :)

so she keeps her water and grows some roots.

And it looks cool.

And everyone else does it.

I was just reading a few posts in your journal and unfortunately I was unable to decipher your " .._-_---_..-..._-..- " Da Vinci code.. lol. But Ill just assume its about ganja:)
Well it seems we have a couple of things in common - using CFL during Veg and I LST, finally... I ALSO USE RUBBER COATED GARDENING WIRE!!:):) lots of it sometimes :/
! Ive not grown an Auto before, but have seen good results with a couple of peoples grows, and Ive also seen some bad experiences, But it may have been a bad seed or set up etc that caused poor results??
I just use regular bag seed mostly, so my strains are mostly unknown, I have had a few that I knew the strain of, but now days here its hard to find certain strain seeds - Id have to order over seas I think?
Anyway, do you use CFL s all the way thru?? I only use my household CFL's during veg at this stage until the plant gets to a certain height, and as I LST, I have a wider branching setup than most and its also in a rectangular shape thats not so deep - THINK; front Hedge type growing shape, pot at base, and taller and wider than Depth, I have about 8.5ft H X 4.5ft W x 2.5ft D, which makes it important for me to shape correctly.

I know what u mean about the hedge form. I will stick with cfls for now at least. (dreams of hps....)

The 250watt 2700K Behemoth is coming out soon to replace the 125 watt 6500K and I have lots of 30 watt 2700K sticks left.

We shall start where we are, do what we can, with what we have and see where we get to.

My screen is polypropelene. No wire, but very ridgid and temp resistant. (for gardening, so UV proof)

I had a G-rreeaattt experience and a shitty experience with auto-mazar.

My poor results were a mixture of high temp heat-death and Mold. (Thanks, 3 day summer)

And 3 auto-seeds that all got 1 cm tails fromthe bean and stopped.

These are Dieseltonic-clones. Mummy is in the window-greenhouse.

Dieseltonic seems to be pretty fuckup-resistant so far :)

I felt that 5 was too much for my space, so one is outside in a loner-scrog.

4 in my space is more realistic, I shall be adjusting the screen as they grow

And if nescessary add another layer.

I like this scrogging stuff so far.

I may scrog the mothers as well.
