Just thought of another way to make them better.
Dip the whole top, or whole thing in plastic or rubber after construction. So it would be completely smooth but still bendable.
This would also eliminate rust that can accumulate on them. (galvanized steel)
I've seen tomato cages with that plastic coating on them before.

It would be easy to put a Lazy Susan on wheels...I don't think it would work for me IN MY TENT, but I am using a mechanics roll around stool to sit on while working from the outside of the tent...a lot less bending over to work on the girls!:cheesygrinsmiley:

That idea has been tossed around a bit too over in OMM's journal!
The idea was to use mechanic dolly's, you know the long ones? put two per dolly then pull the whole thing out.
Then somebody mentioned the lazy sueson. (Maybe that was you G?)
But I don't think it's really an issue of rotating it more than it is of moving it to and fro..
I can spin my 75 lb pot pretty easy in there. but when it comes time to move it, or take it out of the tent for that matter, I'd rather use a cherry picker, or a crane to save my back the pain of lifting those heavy sums of bitches. If my chiropractor heard I was moving these things around, he'd duct tape me to the table and yell at me for an hour!

It's a low spinning plate that people used to put in the middle of the dinner tables and rotate around.
"Hey can you pass the curry!? nevermind, I got it!!!!"

That's the one! Although you've mixed shit up a bit. I've never seen an Indian restaurant spinny thing before. I thought it was unique to China. That's globalisation for you

thks for the great pics i have grown off and on for 30 yrs out side inside about 4 i have a strain called bc god crossed with og looks just like yours no experience in this strain mine are about 2ft starting week 5 veg i maybe doing something wrong that is i thin them out somewhat each time i water every 2 to 3 days. grown in coca mix 2.5 gal buckets i am aloud 11 they have grown beyond my expectations should i go with more a sea of green plan.going to put into flower on the 10th any suggestion would be great both of these strains are cup winners looking forward to try it love og

Oh my lord,
I only wish I could be growing that strain..
I've only heard about it through the hempvine.
My first suggestion would be to top them if not already wait a few days, then transplant as soon as possible into bigger pots, 2.5 gallon isn't big enough for them to really spread out til the end. I would go with at least 5 gallon containers. Put a layer of hydroton on the bottom and the top. This helps with drainage and also helps as a barrier to keep fungus gnats away. Mix up a batch of PH'd food and mix the new soil in a rubbermade, dampening the mix with some of your fresh batch. This way when you transplant there is minimal shock to the rootball, and they'll never even know they were transplanted. Have done this method 4 times now, and have never got wilt or droop after transplanting once. A day later they go bananas!
Supplements that I wouldn't be without when growing in Coco, are Grozyme (Hydrozyme same thing) bio root from GH, and a Cal mag supplement..
You'll need the cal mag for sure since Coco doesn't have any in it, and root enzymes are amazing in keeping your roots strong and healthily uptaking nutrients.
I would scrog the lot of them!
Don't know what other advice to give ya brother as I have know idea what your setup is like?
Spend some time reading through everyone's journals, ask questions.
Why not start a grow journal here at 420, and we can all guide you along the way?

I know what you mean brother..
One of my grows was in a small walk in closet. with sloped sides.
I don't know how many times I hit my head while working away in there.
My wife would always hear, "Bonk!" "Faaaaaaack!" all the time..
Not to mention my bad back, (which is why I'm growing this stuff..) killing me after 5 minutes of working in there..

I think you should give em another shot!
