I have an update of the phenos outside and it might be a long one because I want to emphasize the difference in phenos that I am seen.

I’ll cut to the cheese;

In order

PSf1XFM
Pink kush
Super lemon haze
Duterte’s nightmare

I foliar sprayed willow tea, mother tea and touch of neem. Soaked them up and down, because they had 24hrs of rain non stop and I act preventively and not correcting on pest/disease control.

I will do a comparative side to side of the phenos. Next post

lady guard bug on duty.
that's the best way in flower. :)

don't freak but .. we've vegged pure sativa 24/0 before flip to 12/12, then ran a diminishing without issue at all. :p
it really helped bring the long runners into better time frame. it was not landrace.

do i recommend it ... uuuhhh, maybe not so much. it was a long time ago. was a haze strain.

definitely not. it's totally unnatural.

like you i also believe it could also be a reason commercial sativa is more prone to hermie. indica leaners are generally outside of the equatorial zone, and usually more stable. it's not 100% either way though, just a statistical difference.

takes some time but you eventually become a local no matter where you are. :cheesygrinsmiley:

i'm off the prairies. i lived for a decade in the mountains as a snowboard bum. i'm not sure when the transition happened, but one day i noticed i wasn't paying tourist prices for my beer.

wish i'd never left.

yeah, me too. it becomes genetically distinct if left long enough.
No disrespect bluter :Namaste:but man I love you input but you come into journals wanting to debate like a bulldawg you give me straight anxiety..lol
my journal for example. Like a couple posts and dip bro..all good and respect your knowledge but maybe another approach might work next time for you to share your knowledge. I would definitely listen more
Cheers bro

Sorry Bluter I respect your opinions and knowledge but I’m with double G on this matter. If you want to argue your opinion maybe you could invite him over to your journal or PM him. Like that old saying that there’s a time and place for everything pretty much sums it up. Hope you’re having a wonderful weekend and wishing you n yours all the best. Happy growing. I feel peoples journals are their private property within this public domain.

People use their journals to express feelings, emotions, ideas, worries, sorrows. It’s a form of binary human interaction, binary = input and output.

Stepping into peoples private space to vent feelings about the world, or micromanaging grows, techniques, trademarking stuff, owing methods or recipes, could be mistaken for a highjack of internet traffic.

We can live with each others differences only if we can tolerate diversity. I said before we are all great growers, with different background and life experience… if you think you know everything because you are an internet influencer… man oh man one needs to reassess themselves.

The only peps I have actual energy to give is those who grew and battled during prohibition, still growing pounds and still maintain ideals. All that new hype shit… man that ain’t me.

People can go ahead and say stuff like, “ I don’t do super cropping because I don’t like knuckles” but in reality they ain’t even reading how phytohormones work in plants, so why waste time trying to educate someone that wants to live their perpetual ignorant reality?

Convince someone that the sky is blue isn’t just about pointing out the Color with your finger, it’s about DATA and paperwork, science driven reality.

it’s all good guys we should all smoke a joint.

It’s therapeutic to say things without the insults, it’s great therapy to call people’s out when shit is obviously wrong. But please put a little finesse, we all humans here.

One love G’s

I was waiting for the light to allow me some photos so here is my take on what I see;

Durban cross phenos DPxFM

This is the one in the ground out in the bush. Stockier pheno, less vigorous side branching and not the same response to training, has a strong apical dominant cola like the mom.

DPxFM pheno in 10 gal pot

:reading420magazine:
has a more aggressive cut on the fan leaf and slight lighter Color, flexible stem, takes on training well and respondes with vigour and uniformity in side branching.

I like the one on the pot better. None of these seeds are fem these 2 phenos are f1 hybrids from last year’s, yes the Durban was a Dutch passion seed and I tossed this in there

let’s rewind a little more; this was the scene back then the mother looked like that;

These phenos had a serious stress training, weekly droughts, and exposed to all elements. Open pollination in that pack of phenos I had my Personal Sativa and the Durban. Some in pots other in the ground all in the bush.

This is the PSf1 mom from last year;

The one thing that’s a negative about that Durban pheno is that they crossed it with some indica to make it flower fast…
So ideally I want less indica traits, then again that’s why I’m liking the pheno in the 10 gal pot.

So we seen the PSf1 mom and the male now this is the f1 hybrid;

PSf1XFM in 10 gal pot.

Beast I can see a slight difference from that PSf1 mom. It has something different in the Color and shape of foliage. I can’t pick up much yet but she has a very aggressive look I seen on the Filipino.

PSf1xFM in the ground in the bush.
Big difference, she looks (foliage and leaf structure) more like the mom, has same vigorous side branching, thin and long drippy leaflets.

Torn between both, ideally I like a female male lol would make it easier. We will see what comes. I like both phenos the same I wanna see them express traits a long the grow.

If the situation gives all female at moment on, I still have a shot for a male with Malawi and/or Honduras from Ace seeds. They are doing good just taking it easy, no rush we gonna have to finish them under lights. We will see in November.

The Autos

From these 2 I haven’t much to say the one skunk looking dark green Auto is packing and stacking it up, I stopped training for a moment I don’t want to stress much more since I saw those male stamens with pistil. I haven’t seen more and the pheno is glowing after the rain and foliar application.

This one is in a 20 gal grow bag.

The one Auto reservoir experiment is doing great actually, seen more pistils showing, I eased off with training but defol the lower nodes;

I blasted foliar to all of them including all my veggies garden beds. Willow tea, neem, mother tea all mixed diluted one pint of water.

I thought that those leaves looked pretty funny ! Lmao 😂 I’ve seen some ugly mutant plants before but this one was definitely strange looking 👀. That’s too funny bro. CL🍀:rofl::rofl::rofl::cheesygrinsmiley:

It heats the flower in a soapstone oven and you inhale natural vapor. You can adjust your hit by how long you heat it with a lighter. Check out the video it explains prolly better than me. CL🍀

48 + hrs later still alive and well. Many would say it’s pointless to clone an Auto flow but I never done it so here it is.

The flowering is stunt at least for a couple days, as soon as I see roots they going outside in pots see if they finish flower at the same time the mom does.

In my previous cloning adventures I have seen worst leaf several days after the cloning. I haven’t added anything since the foliar spray leaves look good, let’s see them again on Friday, some foliage should be popping out.
@Azimuth
Clones have been sprayed with Willow tea and my mother tea you know what’s in it… seaweed being a big %. I thought you would be interested in this result since you started a Cloning thread.

Yes, thank you. And I'd love to have you cross post your experiment/ findings over there.
