Tutankharmon - 400HPS - Soil Coco Mix - Grow

Looking amazing LA, really good work. That's what I wanna do with my next grow, I gotta model my LST after yours. Again, great work, +reps. ;)

Hey all Mick, Oz, stealth, Dr T, Dpaul , shotta. Your all well to kind, I'm just a normal guy with too much time on his hands lol. Maybe a touch of plant OCD just a little! I would have never dreamt to have such great feed back and just general awesome vibes from everyone on this amazing site. If it wasnt for the response from everyone that offered help with my BV grow on here I would never have entered or won POTM. Then never gone onto start journaling. Which is the best thing Ive done in years. All the vibes are bounced back with trebled force my friends.

My god LA......you just inspire us all :) If anyone thinks differently then they're in a minority :) You ability to make a beautiful, sculptured work of art is a TRUE gift. You must truly understand and empathise with your ladies to achieve what you do

My god u have us all kneeling at ur feet over this gawgus female.
Ur modesty is a personal quality u possess.
Can't say enough good about the girl.
I get a bit OCD over shit like that mate like tings should be symetrical.
She's fantastic. Best single plant grow on 420 ATM IMO

Ozz man that's a hell of a setup uv got. I vented to a unused chimney once myself. Gets rid of the het. Not sure if ur aware but there no need for an exhaust fan sending air up the chimney. The breeze outside is enought to suck all the warm air out your room. Ul get a good pull this time of year. Il sub to ur grow as doin as your up n running

As always I am stopping by to send my green vibes your way. And as always your plant is looking lovely. We will see if you really did "go too far" (going back to your comment of pushing this grow past your normal limits)with all those tops, that I don't know what Gert is going to do with herself :) Could you give us a size reference of how big the the biggest colas are compared to the smallest cola's towards the center?

And I completely understand your 'thing' about plant looks ETC. I too strive to create as even an equal of a canopy as possible and I really do feel your pain in this picture bro, but it is still an amazing site to look at.

+Reps being sent your way as well for your modesty, whether you are aware of it or not, you are providing me with so much priceless information between this journal and the 'fluxing' journal.

Now OZ, so you have a journal setup yet as I am interested in following your progress as well. With your setup it is sure to be a fun ride ;)

Oh and to comment on this...

Praise well earned LA It so logical really, more time per plant . I'm thinking realistically now lol. I know I won't hit your dizzy heights but if I can yield 4-5 oz per plant with the space I've got and using your techniques as much as possible, I'll be literally BUZZIN

...YES you are correct indeed my fellow grower. logically this makes perfect sense, BUT realistically it is almost too PERFECT :) I ham a firm believer that each week after the usual 4 week veg period can exponentially increase your harvest per extra week. Have a read through this article by a very experienced grower on here: Veg time vs. yield

Hey LA,
She is indeed the most beautiful plant I have ever seen in my life. Plant of the month followed by Plant of the year. You are an exceptional grower my friend:).

Good morning all. Hope the day finds you all well ?

LA, couple of quick "Qs" please........ What are your lights on/off am/pm times (both veg 18/6 and flower 12/12) please? Also, what day and night temps and humidity are you keeping the ladies at? I'm going to try my damnedest to replicate your techniques and environment as closely as poss:adore: (given my different set up obviously lol) :high-five:

Hey OZ, right its all a bit rough for temps and humidity lol. Times are easy, I run my 18-6 at lights out for 6 hours from midnight. I also run my 12/12 from midnight to midday for dark period. So midday lights on.
Temps are always around late 20s, just under 30 lights on. Dark period I check temps at lights on and normally around 20 mark. Humidity is around 90% at lights on and drops steadily throughout the day! maybe going as low as 40% by lights out.

My set up is just a bodged together unit where I cant really alter the conditions to much. I just live with what I have! My door to the grow area stays open all the way through lights on! to control temps. If I ever closed it up I'd cook my girl lol. Hope this helps buddy. It does mean that you could easily better the overall grow conditions compared with my set up.

Hey LA, thanks for the info. I really does help. I was considering lights on at night and off duing the day due to ambient temp drops at night. My reasoning being the light would lessen the drop :) As I said before, I'm a bit paranoid (OCD lol) about getting the environment as near "perfect" as I can. Mate, just think of what you could achieve in my set up :) It would be truly MIND BLOWING :) How you produce such awesome results is a real testiment to your skills and botanic empathy :bravo:

Cheers OZ just wait till I brake out my big Tent after xmas, Ill be using my 600hps and going big! well could do if I fancy it. I've done 9 girls in there before, will probs only do 5-6 this time.

Now that's a journal I'll want to follow :). What size pots are you using btw? As you know mine are as near as damn it 19lt. Pretty much 310mm across the tops and don't taper much so little chance of root problems. Do you transplant often or just grow from a big pot straight from clone?

Thats good to know mate. I'm getting the little uns in rockwool blocks. I'll put them into 3.5ltr pots for 2 weeks then transplant into the bigger pots. At that time I'll start the LA treatment :) So how big does your canopy get? I've got approx 24" x 18" space per plant. Does that sound big enough to get good results?

I've noticed Rapid Rooter blocks work better than Rockwool blocks. I haven't used neither personally but I've actually seen in KJC's new thread the 3 Rapid Rooters succeed & the 2 Rockwools fail side by side.

Hi Reg. The clones I'm getting are from a friend of a friend (so to speak) so I have no say as to how they come. That said, he supplies a lot of guys clones this way and generally they thrive. Fingers crossed mine do too :)
