You will love those PFD Boards.
And, those cheap inefficiency lights are salvageable. Using all existing parts....except the light emitting board.

Yep I'll rebuild it at some point. Most likely to use in a trashcan space bucket for a mother plant. It'll have to stay in use for now though. I need more lights (read footprint) more than I need better lights if that makes sense. I'll be rebuilding the Chinese UFOs to cobs to go back into the space bucket after I get another light to replace them in that side of the room. I wish I could more easily fit one of the HLG boards into a bucket.

I was just considering buying a 38 dollar 200 watt cob and MODing it. Saves a lotta dough! So weird how the universe keeps connecting me with people that have similar ideas!

Ps the screen looks awesome. I just made mine bigger and didn't space the squares evenly . Certianly going to drive me nuts until harvest, but my back won't let my OCD win that battle lol.

Thanks dabber. I'll probably go 3 inches (an inch smaller) next time with them. The UFO shell I found has a bad panel so it's the perfect donor. Waste not want not.

All the Girls got fed some tea today.

Time to test this Dewey out. I have zero expectations for these cuttings, they were in flower, been highly heat stressed and more or less absolutely neglected. No hormones just tap water and z7 in peat based starter plugs. Root that Mr Dewey! I basically just wanna see how wet one will keep these plugs. If they die no big deal.

That's my main concern, I've got it dialed down so hopefully they don't get too wet. We'll see.

Cloner update, the plugs in the middle are too wet, the outsides too dry. Moved them into the wettest locations and put it on a timer, 30min on 15min off. We'll see what that does. Needs redone to fill it up with clones, may just throw another Dewey in and switch to Coco plugs

Coco was/is the plan, but I still had peat plugs left so in they went. Timer is set for 15 on 45 off now I think it's close. We'll see what they look like tomorrow evening or so.
