Ashamed to say it but I had the kids helping me today...

They're too young to know what sort of plants I have. Hope they don't go telling everyone at school about how much fun they had helping dad with his plants in the fridge though... Good thing I'm doing produce in the backyard at least.

Did my res change. Upped it to 500ppm. Added calmag, z7 & drip clean. Rain water was 5.4ph and I'm gonna leave it to see how quickly it rises on its own. It did it naturally and stabilized at 5.9-6.0 last change.

While I was cleaning the bucket I made up a h2o2 mix for the roots to have a bath in. Coming along nicely!

While I was cleaning the bucket I made up a h2o2 mix for the roots to have a bath in.

Remember that h2o2 is designed for a sterile environment meaning zero bacteria. Your negating the benefit of the Z7's good bacteria by using it with h2o2 as it kills them good little bastards too.

Now I've never used h2o2, so its possible that my heads up my ass.

Yeah it was an in-between res change quick dip. Rootrot scares the shit out of me. I assumed Z7 had some bennies in it coz of the 2 part mix, I haven't added h2o2 in the res at all so live on and thrive you super Z7 bacteria!

An instant grin and shake of the head was all that was necessary from me. Take your time Scrog. Make it worthwhile though I intend not to let my guard down so easily lol

Thought about the near future, and how far behind sal is, and thought why the hell not try out the veg fridge again and separated them.

Co2 bucket is gonna have to just hang outside and get cold and not work as efficient. I'll try to stick it in something to keep it warm later.

You can see all I have is a computer fan above my led pushing air up and I have my floor fan at the top of the other fridge blowing down to promote a bit of circulation. As long as the little fridge stays cool enough to not promote rootrot we'll be laughing!

This will be a good test of perpetuality (is that a word?)

I tossed the beans, after crushing them between my fingers! Little dirters! (Lol) and the top is still hanging in there. Not gonna play with it to check for roots yet. I must learn patience...

Checked on the fridges this morning on the way to work and both are in mid 20s for temp (C) and humidity is under 50 for both. Looking good so far

Here's a few pics of my girls, likely gonna flip em in one to two weeks time

They are monster crop clones, I've had em about three weeks, were about a foot tall when I got em with one main stem

I have LST'd em to the max, using electrical wire thru holes in the rim of the pots

That's a humidifier in the middle kicking out the vapour

I have done no defol at this stage, like to leave em to go nuts at first - gonna strip em back before stretch, after stretch and three weeks after that

I did top em last week tho
