Troy's 2nd - Autos - DP Ultimate & Euphoria, Meph Alien v Tangle, RQS Diesel

Jay - That's a great story. My Mom busted me once when I came home from College for the summer and brought some bag seed with me. She found the seeds and asked what they were ---- Thinking fast I told her they were geranium seeds. She didn't say anything but years later she told me she knew what they were... Busted....

Orchids were really interesting to breed. The orchid seed is one of the most ancient forms of plant and does not have the protein needed to live prior to photosynthesis begins. You have to put your dust size seeds into a gelatin with a specific fungus under sterile test tube conditions. The fungus creates a symbiotic relationship with the seed and allows for the plant to grow until photosynthesis begins.

It is so much easier to just pop a seed... LOL

That's great, gotta love moms! Mine knows I grow now and when she comes to visit I take her out and show her the plants and teach her about them, she finds it fascinating even though she has never smoked a day in her life.

I read up on how they grow from seed a while back and it kind of intimidated me a little, props that you were able to get them going! For now I'll stick with the easy weed! lol

Maybe you will have to bake a batch of cookies and invite Mom to sample. It is amazing how grass has such a negative connotation. Even in California where it is legal I still feel like I need to hide the fact that I use weed.

Plants look super happy under those cobs troy! Keep an rocking!

:ganjamon::theband::ganjamon:

I hope they keep rocking for sure. They are just about to flower - about time. I was reading a journal on a different site tonight and their Daiquiri Lime went 18 weeks... I sure hope mine finishes off closer to the breeders 11 week projection.

3/3/18 - Plants did well last night with the exception that I sun burnt Carol. I turned the COB's down a little.

Carol - Day 36

Alison - Day 32

Dee - Day 43 - She grew another inch yesterday

I would keep em turned down and maybe raise the whole light 3" higher.. they are getting plenty of light and most leaves have light stress. Serrations in leaves pointing up indicating light stress.

Thanks - I turned the lights down and also raised the lights.

LOL, can't have anything nice......

How close did you have them??

That is good information,

Thanks :thumb:

3/3/18 - Popping some more beans

Decided to get my next grow going. This grow is taking longer to flower than expected and to complete this next grow by July I figured I better get them germinating.

Dutch Passion - Durbin Poison Auto

Sensi - Hindu Kush Auto

World of Seed - Afghan Kush Ryder Auto

Good catch Toasty, I did see the points of your leaves turned slightly up. You handled that before any major damage was done. That is just from having new lights, MORE POWER. I love that your lights give an instant bump to your plants. Plus you have to push your plants as far as they will go.

So Troy you're coming to the west coast eh? My neck of the woods you could say. I was born on a mountain, north of vancouver. If you need me to give you directions to Cafe Amsterdam, Vancouver Seed Bank, Crop King Seeds, just ask. I hope you enjoy yourself here because it's the most beautiful motivational mountains you will ever see. People smoke everywhere there.

May I ask why you gave the ladies a 12/12 light period? Just curious to learn...

Also, Dee is a beehive ready to burst. Your ladies are so beautiful, and massive. She is def my fav.

It will be interesting to see how the tip spreading technique goes because you have so many tops that they might fall over. What a nice problem to have.
