TRD Grows Carnival, Mango, Bubblegum & DC

Better late than never right? This will be a before shot. I will be pruning this weekend some time. Who knows when. I'm busy all weekend. But I always find time for my girls.
Time for some UPDATE pictures

This is the Mango. I'm excited about this plant. I've read I can expect softball size nugs!

And last, but not least, Carnival. She is on point just like my last grow. This strain loves the kit.

That last picture is the door to my grow closet. It was painted with the chalkboard paint before we bought the house. I don't know why I just now started keeping track right there. Stole some of my son's sidewalk chalk.

Hope everyone has an awesome weekend.
Cheers

Anyhow , keep up the great work Noob...my 'once upon a time ' favourite student,..is now killin things ...good on ya bud , they look great. Member to watch those leaders eh....:tokin:

I'm just waiting for my light to get here. I might have to flower with this cheapo LED. It's been working so far so it won't be a big deal if I have to resort to that.

Prune and flip! They are perfect!

Thanks Doc. Like I said before, waiting on a light. But I might just flip and use this light. Hopefully my advanced will be here soon.

Thanks for checking it out guys and girls
Cheers

I don't know if the Advanced is ever going to show up. Evidentially the MOTY doesn't deserve the courtesy of the prize being actually awarded. It's almost May, and no word from Kyle as to when he intends to get it here. You know I'm the optimist in the group, and I'm telling you not to wait any longer. If it comes you can add it in.

They are incredibly beautiful. :bravo: You have this way....... how do you make them grow so much better than everyone else's? :laughtwo: I hear you. Lol! I grow with that same kit, but yours are simply....... You and I need to have a conversation. Call me when you have a moment.

You are too kind. I just follow the directions like I was shown and I really just leave them alone to do their thing. I try to stay on top of my drench and spray schedules but I forget sometimes and go a few extra days without a brix spray. Maybe they know how mich I love them or will love them in the future when I'm smoking their pretty flowers down.

Miss you Sue

Nice RD!! the color, sheen, turgor...all are awesome! keep up the great grow!

Your plants are looking awesome man! Digging your bubblegum. Your leaves look more indica Dom than mine, you also have tighter nodes. It looks more like the th seeds Akorn I have. Killing it this round :thumb:

Thank you guys so much! Like I was telling Sue, i just follow the directions and the rest is in the soil. It's awesome how easy this is.

Yeti, I think the tighter nodes are due to the t5 that I use in the seedling stage. That's what I tell myself anyways. I'm hoping the bubblegum turns our like Stages plant of the year. I can hope anyways.

Cheers guys

Well I'm waiting for the day when mine look like yours. :cheesygrinsmiley: They're improving, so I have hope.

Miss you too.

Is your watering schedule drench, plain water, Transwater, repeat?

Not much more to be said. It looks like you got a good handle on this grow.
:goodjob:

Thanks brotha. You're here just in time for another update. I have the girls a hair cut. I usually take all the big fans and then spray them with destress. They look so pitiful now. But they will make it back in no time.

Check out the pics.

Cheers everyone

I like the door idea. I'm glad you're keeping it. Kinda ties together different parts of you. Sweet!

I see, another of your tricks to massive harvest. :cheesygrinsmiley: What do you do with all the fans? It's gonna be fun watching them fill out.

I veg under a t5 as well. Sometimes until they are flipped depending on how everything else is working out. My pheno is just a lankier one. Mine is definitely more sativa dominant and likes to stretch to twice the size when it starts to flower. I really enjoy the smell, bud structure and yield of it. She really does smell like pink bubblegum while growing. It has a more citrus lemon/lime smell when it dries. I have a few more seeds of her I can run if I get tired of running clones of this pheno. All of your plants look like they will produce well and sue is right about you killing it with the kit :)

I just set up a new veg area with T5s. You guys have me really excited about the future prospects. :laughtwo:

I think that may be the difference. I'm not sure. I just do my thing. I know I'm supposed to get them in flower pdq but I like to take my time before I flip. I'm trying to get them all in the same height level before I do that or I might just flower in the closet and the tent and just put two in one and two on the other. We shall see.

I was originally going to clone but I might not have the space to do it this run. I have a few more bubblegum seeds so I'm not worried. I'm glad I have the more indica leaning strain. Makes it easier to train. The tighter nodes definitely have something to do with this in addition to the t5 lighting. Thanks for the knowledge Yeti!

It's all about the process for me. I have my process down. If you want plants like me you will have to recreate my environment. Virtually impossible. But, you can come close. And I believe you will be there sooner than you think. I already see a huge difference in your plants in the small timeframe of a year. Can't wait to watch you pull a half pound dry from one plant. You can do it Sue!

Cheers guys and girls

Let me ask you a question then. This is my oldest Carnival right now. She's 59 days old and still has another month before I release her into flower. I'm waiting to take the CBD Critical Cure before I flip the two in this tent, so I have the opportunity to veg these into monsters, and then they'll each have their own tent to flower in.

If this were your plant, would you top all those leaders? I keep looking at her and thinking you would, and with another month to go, so should I.

If you are going to veg for another month, I would definitely top the leaders. That's just me though. Some people don't believe in topping as much as I do but it's my plant so I'm doing it my way. My theory is the more bud sites you have for the light to get to, and you have quality light, the more bud you produce. I think I have proved my theory correct with my first HB grow. Don't you? Hehe Lighting is the most important thing imo you have to have enough light to make these babies grow big. I was running 1000+ watt HPS in my last grow. You will have to come close in terms of intensity with your LEDs.

Hugs for my favorite Sue

Thanks for the quick response.:hug::hug::hug::hug:

I've given all my lights away excepting the Timber COBs, but I can get those babies right down on top of the plants, and I've never seen plants respond like this to a light. I'm keeping the lights 12" from the canopy and no signs of stress.

I'm gonna take your lead and top her today. Thank you again. It'd be nice to beat that 2-4 ounce ceiling I've been up against, and this may be the way to get there.
