LA Conf is one of the strains I've wanted to grow for a while now. Just never seem to get around to it. I'm glad I can follow your journal and see what it performs like. I can tell you, I won't be growing blue dream again even though the one looks to be pretty decent. Need to get some exodus kush back into my garden.

I won't grow the BD either, I threw like 30 of them, and they all were meh. Would make you sleepy if you didn't pull early too. 7g is big enough. The 10g didn't give me anything better.
Soil grown organic is the top of the price scale too, so you may have some variables that can slide a bit. :) :thumb:

Organics are just more about the soil, than the nutes, so there's not a big learning curve. Just mix up a good soil recipe, and pick some low feeding strains, and water them when needed. You can obviously add some goodies to help too, but really the plant is going to take what it needs if the soil is good. :thumb: Big pots, easy breezy. ;)

Thanks bud. Yeah, my guy said the same about proper indoor organic. So now the aim is to get this soil to perform. :thumb:

UPDATE

Day 16 of 12/12

I'm noticing a bit of claw and the start of nute burn, so I will back off on the nutes from tomorrow. Otherwise, the plants are very healthy. The super sativa pheno of Strawberry Amnesia is stretching like crazy. About 2.5 inches overnight. Will have to defoliate her soon, and do some supercropping to control the height.

Spotlight is on the short pheno of Purple Envy today.

Remember the failed crop of the last round? I took the last Exodus Kush and planted her outside and then promptly forgot about her.
She has had no nutes and almost no water. Amazing. I see someone has been helping themselves to the buds though. About 6 stems have been clipped halfway down. About 30 to 40g of buds gone. Fuckers. Will harvest her this weekend. She is furry, and smells really skunky. Nice!

Some bitches be tall in there lol. I got one of those going too, kicked her in the knees a few times, and she didn't flinch. :)
Outside girl is awesome, super frosty and dense looking. Surprised there's anything left, wow musta been kids to not have put the whole thing in a bag. :) Some good weed karma though! :Namaste::volcano-smiley:

Yeah, those strawberry amnesias and blue dream are stretching like mad. Only the one strawberry amnesia looks like it will stretch another 30 or 40%. Scary man. LOL! I got this though. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Man, when I was a punk kid, I'd have been happy to find a nudie mag. 30-40g of premium bud would have been a gift from the gods.

That doesn't make the kid any less of a punk, but I bet his mind has been blown at what he found! I just hope he cured it properly. Given the type of stuff kids in my school had, the kid showing up with an ounce plus of Exodus Kush would be really popular!

LOL! Didn't think of it that way. I'm not too pissed, considering I basically forgot that plant even existed and gave it almost no care in flowering. I will chop her down this weekend. Should be some good smoke. :thumb:

Just a reminder that weed will grow in almost any conditions, even if just left alone. As growers we try to get so detailed with so many different ways to grow, but in the end these things don't need a lot. Pretty nice surprise I'd say so myself!

UPDATE

Day 18 of 12/12

Things are getting a little crazy in the flower tent. There are some really tall girls in there. The one blue dream is an absolute monster of a plant and queen sativa (strawberry amnesia) is hot on her heels. I have plenty of work lined up in that tent this weekend. I need to gain some semblance of sanity back in there. The HPS is now as high as it can go, and it's not high enough for the taller girls. Next time I will top more aggressively.

Other than that, they are nice and healthy and budding up quite well. Getting some nice frost on some of the girls as well.

Excuse the photos. I was a little rushed for time, and I couldn't fit all of the monster blue dream in one photo either. You will just have to use your imagination. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Have you tried that Tutankhamen before? I'm pretty curious about the effects. I'm afraid with that much THC I'd get paranoid. Certain strains make me paranoid at really high THC numbers - I had some Master Kush a few nights ago and didn't like it, but some people love it.

Yeah, I've smoked it a few times a while back. Must be about 3 years ago now. It was strong, but not crazy strong. I remember it being quite dreamy and the effects were more towards the indica side. Good smoke.
