The Perpetual Healing Garden - SweetSue's Joyful Return

This was so much fun to make, and it makes me giggle every time I read it. I couldn't resist the urge to share it with all of you. Maybe it'll help you find a joyful way to your own desires.

What is it you desire?

You desire this because you believe it will bring you joy.

Joy comes in a few different flavors of feeling.

Which joyful feeling were you anticipating from this desire?

Learn to feel that now.

Right now.

As though it had already happened.

Ready?

SweetSue's Plan

:slide:Wake up deliberately every morning, ready to play.:slide:

Express  heartfelt  thanks and gratitude at every opportunity.

Expect wonderful experiences to fill your days.

:yahoo: Invite others to join you. :yahoo:

Every time you think of your desire,

reach first for that feeling of joy you identified.

Allow yourself to feel grateful that you can feel it so well, and that it's getting stronger.

Respond to your inspirations when they show themselves.

Watch your desires become reality right in front of your bewildered eyes. It'll happen much faster than you can prepare for. Be ready to ride it out joyfully.

:laughtwo: Laugh more. :laughtwo:

It'll feel like coming home.

The overriding question was

"Is 11 PM too late for a woman who stays up half the night to have half a Carnival brownie?".

The answer was

"Obviously, no." :cheesygrinsmiley:

It's been a busy, busy day. I was getting lonely, and you all were standing right there. You don't mind takin' a break with me do you?

:passitleft:

A three-hit smoke report with Pigeons to start the day, and it's been on fast-forward from then on, finishing with a class on treating chronic pain with cannabis. That should be a sweet post. :battingeyelashes: In study mode most of the day, but now there's a focus that had previously evaded me. Oh guys, I'm having so much fun!

In between all that studying and writing when inspiration struck, I managed to find some uses for the frozen bud I won't be converting into freezer hash. I'll order some screens first to do it right.

Instead I fired up the MB2 for some serious Carnival butter, using 1/2 oz of my best buds. :blunt:

A piece of bread makes a great mop-up device. Leave no cannabinoid behind. :slide:

IMG_333114.JPG

Oatmeal with a more determined kick tomorrow morning. Hmmmmmm....... This'll shift the brownie dose closer to lunch. Hadn't thought of that. Sweet!

IMG_334112.JPG

Then I took another 8 grams, and kicked the oven on to whip up some Carnival oil for BioBomb brownies. :cheesygrinsmiley:

I cleaned up the brownie crumbs, ate half a brownie and treated myself to the tiny butter bits left behind after transferring the pieces into the storage container.

Oh yeah, I can feel it. I have some class work to finish up before I let myself quit for the night and the buzz will amp up the fun levels. I find myself wondering how much I'll have to adapt my current lifestyle to accommodate an amorous partner. Yeah gal...... don't even go there. Lol! He's gonna have to be unique in his own ways to attract me anyway. You must admit, I lead a different life than the average grandma on the street.

I'm starting to ramble. I must be incredibly stoned. Oh yeah.... I am. :laughtwo:

Off to finish my class. This is the one on supporting the ECS without cannabis. I think I'll make my thread simply supporting the ECS. I can't see the rationale in leaving cannabis out of that discussion. In time we'll all have easy access. We won't stop until we do.

Hehe.... Al Greene just came up on the playlist singing "Let's Stay Together" and my whole body started bouncing. Makes typing a challenge. Lol! Gotta go guys. :slide:  :slide:

That was fun. Thanks for the company. :hugs:  Back to work. Lol!

It was the perfect size for the need. I understand your dilemma. There're many times - more than I like to admit :laughtwo: - when I've had to slap the hand reaching for a brownie off-schedule. They are tasty. :battingeyelashes: These are not your average pot brownies. They'll smack you hard within ten minutes and have you soaring for up to 8 hours.

I had that half at 11 PM. Stayed up 'till 2 AM, eventually slept like a babe for a good five hours, at least, and I'm still slightly buzzed. Time for potentiated oatmeal. :yahoo:

nibbling on some brownie crumbs,,,yum yum :) flying high!!

You got it Birdie. My brain runs best on high doses of THC that take me waaaaay up here, just a bit above where you fly, my avian friend.

:hugs::hugs::hugs:

You all know the daily drill. The world awaits your particular joyful expression. No one has the flavor of joy you exhibit. It's unique to you. :cheesygrinsmiley: Share it with the world and enrich the expansion of love, that unseen force that drives the universe.

Joy. Get out there and spread it. :hugs:

I ran a version of this by Mrs. kB yesterday she was feeling down. She loved it, cheered her up.
FYI, me & mrs. are going to costaRica in February, brilliant!

keltic..... :hugs: That pleased me more than you could ever know. The more we can train our brains to be at play the less pain we are presented with. It's biology. The ECS creates anandamide which cuts off the pain signal in not one, but three different points, while 2-AG goes about the business of toning down inflammatory response. Not just symptom control, but pain reduction and elimination.

Laughter is the mode most likely to cut the pain signals. This simple waking up trick I discovered will gently retrain that emotional tone away from frustration, including the frustration caused by chronic pain, allowing the ECS to pick up signals of disturbance in the force earlier.

I find it fascinating how much we have yet to learn about the other cannabinoids. All the research has been limited by this fear that someone might try to feel good with a little buzz. :laughtwo:

CBD Critical Cure (Day 51)

She's bound and determined to make it until the new soil is ready. By my records, she hasn't had anything to drink since the 12th of December. Amazing!!! The soil needs another 15 days. One more watering should carry her that long. At this point it's a given that she'll wait.

This is the plant that keeps my daughter anxiety-free. I do believe I'll start another when this one gets transplanted. See if I can get a little ahead with this strain. Still learning to balance the grow beyond my own, selfish needs. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Susan - I just saw about the moves - your daughter's and maybe yours.

I know in the past you mentioned Colorado. New Mexico has your heart, though?

Exciting!!!

Sara, you found my joyful grow journal. :hugs:

To be honest, my heart is in the Rockies. Canyon and his wife are in New Mexico, which, in itself, is a strong draw. :laughtwo: It's up to the universe. I'm not moving from here until I see a strong light on the path leading away. I'll do what I'm doing anywhere I settle. It's just a matter of figuring out where that might be.

Many things have to fall into place to get me to move. At some point I have no doubt they'll start to line up and it'll be obvious it's time to go.

This is such a cool way to live. There's no pressure at all. The more relaxed I get about it, the more I care about feeling good, the clearer my thought and the more impressive the inspiration. :slide: I have another 30 years, at least, to play like this. So much fun. :slide:

:hugs: Looking amazing and I do want to grow that, it will do well in cookies too right? (CBD Cr.Cure) Hubby do love is cookies. and they help him a lot.

The CBD Critical Cure won't offer any euphoria. That's one of hubby's favorite effects. :laughtwo: The CBD strains work well as vaped meds for breakthrough, but they really shine IMO administered as capsules, made in BioBomb form. This allows you to greatly increase the cannabinoid load. More CBD in will do more to temper inflammation.

Vaped, the CBD strains will be very effective to calm anxiety and mental storms. They're very effective at mood modification, in a way different from high THC strains. The effect is more overall well-being.

It's worth mentioning, a patient will respond in one of three ways to CBD - it'll make them feel better, it'll make them feel worse, or it'll make them feel nothing at all. If it makes them feel worse, flip the ratio in favor of THC and try that. If you feel nothing, this doesn't mean it's doing nothing, simply that you aren't "feeling" it.

Cannabis expresses individually. Each case has its own translation.

I once used my freezer to cool off my gun... turns out my gun heated the freezer...

I have to ask.... why would one place one's 'heater' in the freezer? I'd actually worry a bit about doing that. Perhaps it could cause some minor warpage in smaller pieces...

Oh wait!!!! Was it a stoner moment like I occasionally have where I put my cell phone in the fridge instead of some random food item?
