The Perpetual Healing Garden - SweetSue's Joyful Return

Happy Thursday Sue! All I can say is D-A-A-M-M-N-N on that dark devil harvest. Id love to try that in a vaporizer! No combustion.....just that super yummy flavor! All the other girls are lookin like trophy wives too! Hehe. Sue.....you my friend are turning into a master grower girl! Your thirst for knowledge is great! Thaks for that smoke report too! About how long did the buzz last? Keep spreading that knowledge girl! :volcano-smiley:

The abuse idea is a very common one I see fairly often... stress the plants to produce better yield. Most folks try to do it without the help of insects, but whatever works I guess. Bending is the general approach.
For the record... I don't think I've ever seen a silver lining to a bug infestation. You're the first.

Haha! Let's not make it a regular event. Lol!

That was one of the things I forgot to mention Scottay. The buzz from the DDA can last up to 24 hours. I kid you not. I took my last hit at around midnight and went to bed shortly thereafter. Just woke up and I'm pleasantly buzzed, probably at a 6 out of 10. These days I'm never completely straight but with the DDA in rotation I'm maintaining another step up from my "normal."

I'm soooo spoiled. I'll pull out the good vaporizer later and get a good taste. The water pipe needs cleaned. She's a sticky one. :laughtwo:

Toe toes....

:tokin:

:battingeyelashes:  We enjoy treating you Dugan. Lol!

Good morning everyone.

We have an all-day soaker lined up in The Burgh. I can't see out the windows on the west side of the apartment, the rain is that constant, but the gentle cacophony of raindrops on the air conditioner is almost music to the ear. Or is that the residual DDA talking? :laughtwo:

Make the day a joyful one buckaroos. The choice is all yours and I'll be here for moral support if it gets away from you. Let's make it our mission to reinforce the level of joy and gratitude in the universe and by our deliberate choice enhance the lives of everyone.

Time for breakfast of canna champions. Lol!

Good morning Susan, how's the "star" this morning girl? Have an awesome day SS and gang!:circle-of-love:

Good morning Duggan. Here she is.

I'm smiling. How about you? :blunt:

I find delight in the fact that at a time when convienience is the watchword for meal preparation I went back to my roots and have a cereal that takes a full 25 minutes to cook. :cheesygrinsmiley:

More cookie pictures at the Spot. No, I didn't make them. These were made by the mother of my daughter's partner. This is what she does for stress release and creative expression. Wait until you see the rest.

SweetSue's Spot

Can you believe that color. Man!!!

I think it's Weas that's kind of in the middle of discovering that some of his strains prefer a lower PH. Some of his plants were doing droopy clawed leaves similar to yours and he might be discovering that a lowered PH resolves the issue.
I'm gonna test the theory myself next time the issue arises.

:hugs: SweetSue :hugs:
Joyful day to you. I am infatuated with that Carnival and all you done with it. I have always been a believer of stressing plants to get better smoke. But stressing with bugs and coming out smelling like fresh cut flowers is great.... Don't mind me I'm jis trynta get alil smile outta ya......... Fantastic job.

Tead,
Thank you very much for the provocation of thought.
I know this is a day and I am always a dollar short....... But this never dawned on me. i never ph soil and I know I should. I have a couple strains the seemed to respond well (or better) when I backed off nutes. i thought they weren't hungry when in fact they could be having an adverse reaction to build up or any number of ph relayed issues. I thought I could get by this way when in fact I am now realizing that I will be sacrificing valuable yield by continuing this practice.

Great day all.

These are the leaves I use for butter. When I make butter I'm not concerned with the euphoric potential. I'm looking for a more varied cannabinoid infusion, and by not decarbing these leaves I'm assuming I'm getting a decent supply of acid cannabinoids. That has to benefit me in ways I can't imagine. It's my firm contention that the more variety you can introduce both in the types of cannabis components and in the methods of administration you choose, the more benefit you reap in the long run.

As a side note here, last week I doubled my doses of the CBD capsules and I believe I'm beginning to notice a strong shift in compulsive behavior. For the first time in quite a while I appear to have stopped unconsciously picking at the scalp psoriasis. This is one of the more difficult things to get a handle on with the malady, so I'm being cautiously optimistic. I've struggled with this for decades, ever since Dale's health took the first really serious turn for the worst. Last week I spent time in meditation waiting for some inspiration on what to do next and that doubling of the dose was the loud and strong answer that came through.

My next plant in the tiny closet will be a CBD strain, yet to be determined. I have a couple interesting autos I haven't tried yet.

I just thought I would share this. My guard cat. :circle-of-love::peace:
