The Mars Hydro FC4800, Prescription Blend And Weed Seeds Express 3x Sponsored Grow: The Amazon Pt I: A Flowering Paradise

Just out of curiosity, why were you thinking of trashing Onyx and Gigi?
Are you worried they have pollen on them that can contaminate the other plants?
Hey Mel, sorry I missed this somewhere...no I sprayed them down and have them separated from the veggies now anyway. I was gonna trash them just cause I was pissed off at myself lol

Okay. I'm glad you're not going to do that now.

I am 100% sure because G had only immature seeds, must have either hit her really late in flower or that was just her last ditch effort to make seeds...the autos...I'm on Vanilla as we speak, tons of all developed. I'm leaning towards me topping the autos this round as being the culprit. Or genetics. I am not sure but I know it wasn't G. And PM me...I do have lots...

Ribbon is a good idea, I've just been trying to hit the same 2 on each, one bottom and one lower! Thanks girl!

So here is a G seed, a G post de seed not really much done to any but the lower buds) and the Vanilla seeds and the vanilla de seed trim that is taking ions...also her underdeveloped but loaded trichs

Seeds. Me likey. I got make seeds myself

This is the reason I am not going to add my new light to the flowering tent. Even though I feel that more light could be better, I'd rather not have that problem and guessing whether or not adding more light could have been an issue. Either way, keep on moving on...

Yea just eliminate as many unnecessary variables as possible and do a daily appearing ball check just in case....That's my advice to myself and anyone that asks me about this experience moving forward.

And we're praying for these two! I spray the flower tent and all around it and the girls every time I open and close it...

plants look great, but you wanna avoid pots with narrow bottoms. those are for decorative houseplants that live in a kind of stasis long term.

they are associated with ph and root issues in cannabis plants and other things grown for fruit / flower / harvest. if the pot is big enough it won't really make a huge difference. you could be leaving something on the table though.

there's a reason cannabis pots are straight sided, both hard pots and fabric.

Mostly caught up '82...ooooffff...well chalk it up to a great opportunity to earn some wisdom stripes on your sleeve. Not all is lost as has already been expressed by so many. I understand the emotional roller coaster of negativity and optimism in the same breath!

Glad to know you're feeling better about it as the days roll on.

Whoa...this is the first I have heard of this. I'm using a pot like this right now. Grew a GSC last year in one of these too.

Any chance you can point me in the right direction on finding more info on this bluter? I'll see if I can find info too. Figured I would be pre-emptive and ask you too. Thanks. Blessings.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. For me, I was pleasantly surprised by how well they maintained their moisture level. I didn't grow a monster plant in it though either. So maybe I didn't experience the potential issues as you mentioned. Not necessarily asking for a scientific paper but I interpreted your statement as there was some common info out there about it. I know a couple other growers here use them. My recall really sucks. I can't remember who it is, but the common denominator is the goal for stable soil moisture.

Hi guys...

Thanks @bluter Haven't heard of that before, haven't had root issues with these pots but I totally understand where you are coming from. I use these in my veggie gardens that's how I got the idea to use them here. Know of other growers who know growers who use these also. I feel like the pictures show a more pronounced tapering than what is actually present, though. Def does help w moisture, however. And watering for me, at least!

Thanks @BakedARea for the kind words...is what it is friend...

@cjsbabygirl313 I appreciate you, as always.

@ppm Charlie I'm right here, friend. Maybe the weed did make me immune to Covid!!

Looks OK so far with Onyx...

Need them to be good before I can drop any seeds or flower the other tent so prayers guys and gals.

Sorry I have been in and out btw...

Catching up on the bad plants and at home.

Promise I'm still gonna be a smiling face you can't see moving forward. Nothing but positive vibes sent

I think the COVID prevention CBD study focused on creams, lotions and edible concoctions. I believe you lose most of the beneficial effects when you put that doob to flame. Apparently, CBGA and CBDA convert to "simple" CBD when put them to the flame. Hemp-derived CBGA and CBDA are the CBD compounds with the active COVID prevention effect, not CBD by itself.

Therefore, simple CBGA or CBDA creams and lotions applied to the hands and face may help prevent COVID infection through touching various objects/people and stopping the bug there. Orally edible CBGA and CBDA concoctions maybe help the body "stave-off" potential COVID infection and the deadly severe symptoms.

However, there maybe some preventative effect in handling the cannabis flower since some small percentage of those special CBD compounds would rub off on your hands and arms anyway.

No, @Krissi1982 it is NOT time yet to "roll in the hemp-type reefer", unless you have a massive outdoor grow and want complete nirvana going forward - or - have sacrificed yourself wholly to the Universal Multiverse - if that is the case, please post "video" of the sacrificial rights.

I think the main take way here is: specific hemp-derived CBD compounds show promise in combating COVID, although more study is needed.

Eat 'em if you got 'em.

ppm Charlie

P.S. put some lotion on the fingees gal ! winter is a harsh mistress.

The Rev, who wrote True Living Organics, says these pots are his favorite.
