Lactobacillis Serum: Step Three
The curds have separated. It's time to remove them and store the serum.
The curds lifted right out. Toss this into the reserve soil. Loaded with bacteria.
The liquid is the serum. Store it in the refrigerator. If you store it at room temp you need to add equal parts of a sugar to preserve it.
Use this at a ratio of 1:20, one part serum to 20 parts water, either as a drench or a foliar.
The curds get chopped up and mixed into the reserve LOS bin.
Tomorrow I'll inoculate both no-tills.
