The Joy Of Growing - SweetSue Goes Perpetual

John, sweetheart, they call them "doses" because one is supposed to be enough.

On a more serious note; Another sad day on our Planet...

A moment of silence...

Daily Update: Perpetual Tent - Week 18, Day 6

Maintenance notes:
- Everyone who needed it got a 1/4 turn for light balance.
- All kit plants got a Brix foliar.

It's been an emotionally draining day. I'll keep this short and sweet.

A little rearranging and back home for the night.

I lifted the CFLs to get them closer to the side buds developing on the Jamaican Dream.

That's all I have for the night. I'm going to meditate on the power of love for a while. I wish you a safe evening in the arms of your loved ones.

Good morning.

The Desert Rose is getting ready to do a sweet bloom.

On my way to the breakfast wake 'n bake brownie I snagged the drying White Widow for a weigh-in.

I believe tomorrow she'll be ready to jar up. :battingeyelashes:

I'm up earlier than usual this morning. I went to bed early, thinking it would mean more than four hours, but at 4 hours my eyes popped right open. Ahhh well.... Since I'm here, let me encourage you to be even more attentive to those joyful acts. We have dark forces to overcome with light. I have to believe that love will find a way. We're a socially challenged species for sure, but our capacity to shine with loving energy may be our saving grace.

Remind yourself that forgiveness is for all and the universal call to loving expression doesn't allow us to exclude those who practice seemingly mindless acts of terror. It's much easier to react with anger and frustration, but those emotions do little to advance our evolutionary process. Let's endeavor today to hold those affected most directly in this tragic conflict in Paris, on both sides, close to our loving hearts. It's going to be the best most of us can do, but I believe that positive energy input makes a difference in the end. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Go with love.

Good Morning Sue

I see the garden looks as lovely as ever.

I coud not help but notice the discussion about the Petition, and Just wanted to throw this out there for everyone to chew on. While a petition may not be the end all move to fix all of the problems we are facing, it is a step in the right direction. Like our gardens we have to show patience and keep taking steps in the forward direction to make it a better garden. If we do nothing, because we do not feel it will get us the final results fast enough, then our garden suffers in the long run. The mere fact that so many states have legalized MJ for medical reasons and 4 have even legalized it for recreational is something I never thought I would see in my lifetime, but by taking small steps forward, the efforts of organizations like 420 and others has opened the great debate to happen.Though education and patiences we are moving in the right direction which in my minds will make for a better garden in the long run.:circle-of-love:

Hope everyone has a great day, hope to run across you in the coffee shop Sue

So, he got hit with reps from three MOTMs in a row? Where's Canna?

I was working. Good morning.

This post confuses me. LOL Maybe the original post you responded to got edited out with the others from yesterday? ;-)

Plants look great today, hope you are enjoying your morning.

:circle-of-love:

EDIT: Never mind....I see now it was reps for Dean. LOL

Morning Canna. Thanks. I treated myself to a second brownie today. I'm not sure what prompted that unusual choice, but the result is a greater than normal tendency to laugh. :laughtwo: This was the New Year's Bag Seed exclusively in this batch. I just realized that. How exciting! I have oodles of these seeds. If I can learn to clone, rather when I learn to clone, I can keep the line going when I hit another winner.

This site is like a never-ending university of cannabis cultivation. Do you realize how many successful cultivators there are on this site that I could reference to research past successes with cloning, could follow cloning they're doing right now or could contact directly through their journals and get a personalized response in the form of a tutorial? It staggers the mind.

These brownies are something else. :battingeyelashes: Enjoy the day Canna. I'll probably run into you again. :ciao:

Hey Sue. I have had very good success with my Clone King. Easy to use and almost 100% success rate. :peace:

Daily Update: Perpetual Tent- Week 18, Day 7

No maintenance, other than the daily 1/4 turn to anyone needing it.

Edit: I did a TransWater drench on the Unknown Seed.

The Tiny pots. I'm trying to stay away from these. Every day they're fatter and frostier. I don't need to interfere.

As I was backing out of the grow space I spotted this new growth exploding from the Oldest Dark Devil Auto, at Day 80. The rest of the plant seems to have slowed down a bit. She's getting her first CAT drench tomorrow. I'll be interested in watching what happens. She's already coated with trichomes.

Just because I love line. :battingeyelashes:

image3400.jpeg

Carnival, from underneath. Look at them stacking the branches. Hehe!

image3401.jpeg

That's it for now. Think I'll take a walk in the sun. Wow! I just realized I'll be in Phoenix during the time of the year when temperatures are at their worst here and their best there. Well, that worked out well, didn't it? :battingeyelashes:

I'll catch you around the yards. Have a great day.

:Namaste:

Awesome looking garden of joy my friend :) bravo indeedie :)

Why thank you LA. What a delightful compliment. :battingeyelashes:

Your garden is delightful Sue. Carnival never ceases to amaze me, she is a smasher. :hugs:  :hugs:

Thanks Mr Am4zin. :battingeyelashes: She's got such mellow energy. I didn't expect that, but she's just cruising along at this point.

Unknown Seed (Day 92)

She asked me to please do her TransWater drench today instead of tomorrow. After lifting her I decided she was right.

image3403.jpeg

The pistils are pulling back now in a more unified way. I always think of Duggan at a moment like this. "Wait until the pistils pull back and give it a week." Let's see if I can figure out when to start that countdown.

The tiny branches are nice and full.

She'll rest easier now, and so will I. :battingeyelashes:

Spectacular work as always Sue
