Exactly Sue! What a lot of us don't realize is that eating healthier doesn't mean eating bland.
It's weird when we have guest that sit at our table and really enjoy meals never noticing that we eat somewhat healthy and stay away from those negatively charged foods. I've been called everything from a Chef to a Kitchenoligist only because of awakening taste buds in dinner guest they never knew they had (sugar & salt are so mundane and I use them in super moderation).
You should try some sauteed Lambs Quarters over baked fish; Last night's dinner.
You had my mouth watering with that B A R. Years and years ago I went back to basic cooking. I have salt in the house, but never use it except in bread baking. Properly prepared fresh ingredients and simple sauces for additional flavor. You and I think alike Reg. You cook, and I haven't gotten back to it yet. You keep tempting me though.
