I hope this helps...these pictures from this year's crop...I now have clones so no more guessing...I prefer clones to seeds, but you have to find strains that work for you.:cheesygrinsmiley:

I've been waiting and waiting for the Thunderpaws to get thirsty. FINALLY #2 is ready for that Growth Energy drench that was scheduled for days ago. The companion shows no signs of thirst yet at all, but isn't under those lights either. Might be another day or so with this one.

Thunderpaws #1 (Day 35)

Back under the lights. :battingeyelashes:

This is not the time for me to get started in breeding. I'm just now becoming comfortable with growing. Atrain pays attention. Thank you for paying attention Atrain. As you posted I was thinking how much I didn't want that pollen polluting anything I had in there.

I have an idea. I'll grow with passion the seeds you guys create. How would that work for everyone? :battingeyelashes:

If I ever get to pollinate something worthwhile I'll send the seeds.

Which one was it?

Why thank you MagicJim, for that speedy response.

This was Afghani #3, the challenged one I'd initially yanked because it lacked vigor. Then I relented because I have a soft heart and sometimes make foolish choices. :laughtwo: At least I paid attention.

Not one to miss a teachable moment

Now we have a bunch of visuals to keep me and others from ever missing it. Be alert. Be diligent. It happens overnight.

Good morning Llama. Haha! It feels like morning to me, since I didn't get rolling until almost 3. I typed that, looked up and saw its already 5:20 PM. :laughtwo: Such a sweet life.

Good evening Llama. :battingeyelashes: :hugs:

Carnival (Day 90)

She pretty much speaks for herself. Day 13 of 11/13, Day 10 since pistils.

I took the time to trim out small growth.

Cleaned it out and tossed all this into the bag in the freezer.

You caught that male just in time they can do a lot of damage if you don't.

Thanks for the pat on the back Pot Chimp. I had a moment this afternoon when it screamed through my mind "CARNIVAL!!!" At that time it took me all of two minutes to get the tent open and remove the offender. :laughtwo:

Sue, that Carnival is outrageously beautiful. It's also really helpful to me, at least, to see what a cleaned up undercarriage looks like :) I'm never sure how much to clean up down there - am I just tidying or am I giving her a full Brazilian, if you know what I mean :)

:laughtwo: You want that full Brazilian glimmergrass. :battingeyelashes: I did a clean up when she was topped, up four or five nodes. This grew in since then. Doc Bud actually recommends a much more severe strip, to be repeated later in the cycle, but I can't go there yet. I'll have to try one like that though, before I stop playing with the kit. Maybe sooner than later, since I'll want to repeat it if I like the results. Asthetically I'm more comfortable with lush, and if the meds are good........ why cross the comfort line if you don't need to?

Once for experience. :laughtwo: Gotta try once, right?

Good job! Thunderpaws is looking great too. Thanks for the update 8-)

They're easy to showcase. What lovely specimens, and so different in expression. I'm fascinated with them. I admit, with chagrin, that I haven't researched them so I have no expectations at this point other than they be healthy and happy. And female. :battingeyelashes:

My only regret was that I failed to get more to germinate. I'll breathe easier when I get them flipped and we know what sex they are.

Have you any expectations of them?

Taking a look back from the door. A little blurry, but then so was I. :laughtwo:

If only I had a dollar for every time that's happened.....
:tokin:

I have never before in my life had music pieces obsess me like they have since Dale died. Maybe it's the earbuds that bring the music right into the center of my head and keep everything else out. Maybe it's the repeat function reinforced by my laziness and my need to fill the incessant quiet. For whatever reason I've found myself lost in song after song. Remember when I fell into Sierra?

Somewhere in the night I stumbled onto Ani DiFranco. I cannot believe I'd never listened to her before and the song I ran into is titled "Falling Is Like This". Good grief! Driven guitar and breathlessly poetic lyrics that perfectly capture that free-fall delicious and frightening moment when you realize you made that choice without realizing it happened and OMG, what the hell do we do now???

Are you aware of Amos Lee? Dude's one helluva' singer songwriter. I suggest giving him a listen if you've never heard of him. Really good tunes to kick back and chillax to.

Daily Update: Perpetual Tent - Week 14, Day 3

Maintenance notes:
- Culled Afghani #3. Such a cold ending to a hard life. He'll be recycled and turn back into soil. It's what's supposed to happen to us, but that's waaaay off topic. :laughtwo:
- Thunderpaws #2 got a Growth Energy drench.

That's it for today guys. Thanks for stopping. Wasn't that fun? They sure make me look like I know what I'm doing. Good soil. Choose wisely my friends. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Time for Callanetics, so if I don't see you again tonight I'll look forward to tomorrow.

Joy. Spread it far and wide. Deal? Ok then. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:

Thank you UncleCannabis. I appreciate the offer to expand my musical horizons. It's been one of the greatest benefits for me to joining this site. I'd allowed myself to set much of music aside for many years as things deteriorated and his health got life-threatening challenging with such regularity. I'm reveling in bringing music back into my life. Not having anyone to listen for means earbuds are in most of the time these days. Amazing what I can compose with music blasting in my head. :laughtwo: I think it may be feeding a part of my brain that was asleep.

Too stoner a thought? Geez, I was just about to start smoking, so we can't blame it on the meds, can we? Oh well, I'm still gonna fire it up. I'll pull him up now. Thanks again. :kisstwo:

Music is medicine for the soul.
:peace:

Edit - That just gave me an idea for a song title. "Soul Soothing"......my guitar will be getting some play time tonight. :)

UncleCannabis, I've been lost in his music ever since I wandered off.

 :hugs:

Sometimes being lost can lead to wonderful destinations. Keep on wandering my friend.
