Hi Gee, just reading that bit your thinking of doing with the doughnut thing, can’t you get a bucket, or hard plastic pot the size you need for the outside of the doughnut and cut a piece the right depth, and do the same with the right size pot for the inner doughnut, just a thought mate 👍
I was hoping for that, but I haven't found one just the right size yet.

Mass Sticky Clones - Day 15.
Yesterday.

The one that didn't root and the other runt both got culled. Down to 14 now.

Here is the manifolded revegger's pot surface. It's the plant that I added 5 gallons of soil to raising it's surface about 4-5".
20241105_142949.jpg

I cut a hole into the carpet of feeder roots that filled in the extra 5 gallons. It was a solid mat.

20241105_142940.jpg

When I added the soil it raised the surface up above the 1st node in the manifolded trunk. It buried it up almost to the 2nd. At 1st I kept it away from the trunk but top dressings and EWC eventually filled it in.

20241105_142927.jpg

If you zoom in you will see the trunk was putting out roots at the 1st node buried under😎. That's kinda cool.

She still had 1 larfy bud trying to survive. Pretty in Purple🥰

So if I can come up with a walled system to build a donut on the soil's surface then I can add a couple extra gallons of soil. I don't want the new soil to touch the trunk.

Even tho this one was trying to root, I've lost plants by burying them up. The rotted off in the new soil zone.

It was amazing how quickly the new soil filled with roots.

Well I have started quite a few seeds over the last couple weeks including 1 auto. I just returned home after working out of town and found it out of the soil. Haha it's a mutant unlike I've seen before and perfect for Gee's page. I believe it's already topped itself lol.

Miss Sticky - Day 47 of Flower.

23-ish days to go, 10ish more until senescence starts.

Hopefully I have leaves left, she lost 3 more yesterday/today. All from below in the shade zone, and there are others yellowing that I can't stop but have greatly slowed. That's banking on a 70 day flowering, but I'll follow the trichs.

Are you thinking her losing 3 leaves a day now is due to hunger? My cloth pot plants almost always have a period when they drop leaves. Some of them didn't look drained to me so I didn't think they were all being eaten.

She needs something that her leaves have and the soil doesn't. These leaves she's dropping are completely consumed. She should be OK tho. Once senescence starts they will all fade anyways. It's just the lower fans starting to yellow. She got top dressing and EWC yesterday and gets fish today. I think she will be alright.

If this was a normal grow would you be top dressing with other than microbes and maybe castings for calcium?

Normal grow?? haha that's funny!🤣🤣🤣, but I know what you mean.

Normally I top dress EWC weekly and use fish water weekly, and I topdress minerals once in veg a week before stretch and once in flower after stretch has finished.

Growing a plant this big in a 10gal is like growing a 3' plant in a 2gal. You need to feed it constantly.

This plant should have been in a 27gal tote. Oh well, live and learn. I'll grow her again from clone and flip her a bit sooner.

This one should make it. She has enough leaves to get her thru. So far she's only robbed the shady leaves down bottom, but some up in the light are starting to fade now.

At least she's not a full on self-cannibalizer like RVDV was. RVDV was a pleasure to trim tho🤣

The colas are starting to sway from weight. The hairy tops are growing a lot of meat under the long hairs and all the new hairs are coming from the new calyxes stacking into nugs.

This round of calyxes has heavy resin content. Even the larfy tops are bulking up.

If these things fatten in I could be looking at some pretty good weight.

RVDV had 3 big flushes of white pistils and a lesser 4th flush. I'll call this one that's starting flush #2.
