No worries, like I said, your posts aren't bad. Reading through your journal now, and it's all good. You'll know what i mean when you see it. When I have to try and decode every word... I stop! Medicate and move on! lol

Anyway, glad to see you posting. Sorry I hadn't seen anything earlier. Subscribed to your grow thread now though. I'll do my best to keep up to date.

For myself, and perhaps a lot of others, this site is kind of an escape from the crazy bs out in the world... so it's nice to focus on the one thing we can all agree on... growing killer weed! :cheesygrinsmiley:
 
Seeing that there are a bunch of smart fellas here can one of you help me with this ques? What is the best thing to do with the larger leaves ,the ones without many trichs,like the fan leaves. I plan on using the little buds and trim leaves for hash or cannaoil, but I think the larger leaves need something else done to extract anything usable !? Thanks guys :peace:

Just popped in and happened to catch that. I just wanted to say , I've done six runs with the bags. And I couldn't be happier! For 80$ shipped you would be real hard pressed :)grinjoint:) to find a better bag. The quality of the bags, and especially of the Hash is amazing. Don't remember when I posted that stuff I made, but it's been at least a couple weeks and I still have 1/3 of the stuff left. And haven't hardly been smoking any weed. Bubblehash and BHO (my other new favorite thing) I've been high as a kite all week.

But yeah, just wanted to vouch for Sprung Bags. took six days (maybe 7 :smokin:) but they were in perfect order. Good company!

Man I miss hangin with you guys. Back to work......

Oil extraction... but I can't talk about that here. PM me for more.

Otherwise, those sprung bags work great (ice/water extraction)

I also use fan leaves to make canna-butter :thumb:

My ONA arrived today. I dumped out the Target stuff and washed the bucket good, added new water and about 2 TBS of the ONA and voila! the house smells great!

I am wondering if I should move a couple of my plants, they are all 4 together at one end of the tub right now, and they'd have more room--especially later--if there were two on each end. Is this a good idea? Or the meds talkin'?

I would definitely move them if you think you can do it without badly damaging the ladies. That extra light in between the plants could make a huge difference. Ive moved my plants twice, once at 2 weeks flowering and once at 8 weeks...just to keep em centered, but its not worth breaking them!!
 
Moustache well said. Let the goverment figure it out and we should do what we do be growers for our meds. Politics and even the news make me very upset because most of the stuff is so easy to fix but it just seems like if they do they won't make enough money. Enough said.

Now back to my grow. To catch you up my ww was a male and an unknown indoor mix. They showed sex early to me 5 week veg. I tossed them. The issue I am having now is I want to go to flowering next Monday, but I don't have long enough roots. I have a good root system but short. My last grow I was loaded. Should I just stay in veg longer? I did put the other 85 watt 6500k in the grow closet today. I also added that biotanicare ripe again.

RIP my two beautiful males....one was really nice looking.
 
It's not so much what is happening on the bottom as it is what is happening on top. I go by plant maturity and for me that means the leaves are alternating or not growing right across from each other. Are your short roots in good shape? White and good smelling?
 
I do but it's not absolutly necessary. You want the old, possibly humid, air out and some fresh air in and that doesnt take long in a one quart jar. Early on I open them up and keep them open for 1/2 hour sometimes. Later on it's a quicky so they don't get too dry. Just one good smell of the coming attractions and I seal them back up.
