I am going to be hitting you up with some questions soon! im doing an expiremental dwc grow with some veggies for the wife! cucumber and tomatoes.

I would love to grow all my food organically indoors! but that would be a full time job!

yea ill be coming by your journal to see your plants going. 3 weeks old huh? just 2-3 weeks behind me so this will be fun for me to see. everytime u check in just remember that yours will be looking like this in a couple weeks.

fimming is fun but a hassle to fin a very detailed video on the case. ive seen a few fim tutorials but 9/10 dont show close ups of what your cutting or the cameras cant show clear enough shots. fimming is stressful but worth it when you find the only video out there that makes the tutorial easy to understand

I have a good idea of how to do it that diagram from earlier in this thread strengthened my understanding. I was wondering how much fimming would increase yield. I started with 3 WW but one lost all it's root getting put in the rockwool and didn't make it. So now I have two looking pretty good but if I could do something to increase the yield of two plants to that of three I might would do that? So just from your experience how much does fimming increase yield?

Hey I too am growing some of Serious Seed's White Russian, so I snapped a couple pics of my White Russian girl for ya She's a week and a half into flowering under 600 watts, and she's just over 2 feet tall and in a 7 gallon pot w/soil. I plan on harvesting them the week of 4/20! Peace

oh yea that diagram gives u the general idea of where to fimm but if you fimm exactly how that diagram shows youll miss everytime. you dont want to snip those fan leaves and how the diagram shows, and also that top new growth on the plant isnt at all how the top new growth looks on a live plant. there are minature TINY fan leaves surrounding it that you have to peel back and THEN snip the new growth. your plant will look a lootle goofy if you snip the mini fan leaves.. once i started fimming i noticed that pics doesnt give u an idea of what this new growth looks like that im cutting lol just shows a top of a plant missing all the things that are really on it

hey Msquared thanx for the compliments. i got some new products today to prepare for flowering phase. posting pics soon. my flowering additives arent done being bought. ill post what im using and post what im getting within the week

some people know what these products are.. this post is for people who are curious.

left to right:Overdrive for the last 2 weeks of bloom. Final Phase for flushing my last week of bloom. Bud Candy for weeks 1-6 of bloom and improves flavor and aroma and rumored to improve yields according to AN. Sensi Grow part A&B will be replaced with ph perfect Sensi Bloom part A&B.Rhino Skin i just bought for stalk strength and possibly bug repeling im reading weeks 1-6 of bloom. h202 for oxygen. Big Bud for bud enhancement weeks 2-4. UPFRONT we have B-52 for root development. and finally i have powdered Bud Blood for accelerated bud growth for weeks 1-2 of bloom

coming this week or next is Sensizyme, PH perfect Sensi Bloom A&B, Nirvana and Powdered Piranha. was going to get voodoo juice but i should have gotten it for vegging and not so late into it. not worth the 100+ bucks for 1litre or the 45 bucks for 250 ML bottle if i wont get the full effects from it

got new airstones today as well and getting more fans for circulation soon also

your grows going well too. i check in on your progress almost every day. you got such a busy journal i find it easier to post when its slow. i noticed you respond to 10-15 comments each time you get on

you have no more goin since u chopped that vantage? it feels like it went real fast then. i could have sworn u had more goin..well from what i remember that vantage turned out GREAT looking. bummed your not in the process of a grow but looking forward to the day u get another one going yet again.

if the water level gets too hihg they can get roots rot. i never let the bottom of my bucket lid get 1" to the water level. i rarely put it just an inch away usually an inch and a half.

too far away and they just dont seem to absorb as much nutes. they almost droop more on my plants when i give them too much space[/QUOTE/]

ok cool i thought you might have been talking about a significant gap between water and lid. and another thing i use about the same line up you do as far as additives. can you tell the difference with the rino and without.

yea i can let you know what i think about this rhino skin ive heard alot of good things about it.I'm mostly excited about trying this powdered Bud Blood. my co op recomended it and both hydroshops i visit recomended it over bud ignitor which i originally wanted to get. I'll be posting very detailed observations and pics so stay tuned my friend

wow thats some line up. im gonna be honest ive only used nutes once this grow...2 weeks ago i gave em 1ml per litre of grow, an nothing since, gonna see if they can last without nutes imight give them some bio bizz heaven towards the end of the grow keep em as natural as possible, when you gonna be flowering?

all natural growth going huh? i always wanted to test and see if theyll grow with out nutes. i saw a grow on here a few months back where they didnt use nutes either. they were growing and getting big thats for sure lol

this lineup is probably the most expensive part of my whole set up.. i spent more on nutes than i did my ballast and hood combined. i got a few hundred dollars in nutes and PH up and down, calibration fluid and cleaning supplies for the rez. im going all or nothing this grow.
