Tead's Indoor-ish, Winter, Hempy, OGK, SOG

Tead was nice enough to pm the link to where she's sold, but a-last no more, she's a collectable now. I just like what Tead named her, I used to use the term often as a youngun' and with my son and nephew as well trying to keep up the tradition :thedoubletake:

Bettys!
I wonder if the term originated with the Archies or Betty Boop. Love it the same either way! Keeping it alive and kicking.

Hows your plants looking tead ? They coping with the temp swings ok.. osmo girls giving you any trouble?
Hey also... hows that build going sorry might have missed that wernt you redesigning a bit for better climate control

Photos tomorrow... maybe today.
I really think the low temps had a dramatic impact all around. Harvest quantities have been somewhat low and I'm certain that's a direct result of the temp wackiness. It will settle out soon enough as the heat takes over.
I built the big cube... moved it into the shed... tried it out for a few days.... decided it sucked. It wasn't really big enough for the plants, but was really too big to fit inside the shed. Bad idea from the start. Lesson learned. Plans changed. I'm gonna clear out some space and move things around, then apply some additional insulation.

Osmos have been cruising along. Moved to a double layer (high/low) configuration. My top placement of the osmo was not great. I'm seeing better results with the dual layer config. Had a ph problem with them... but that was a result of my own misunderstanding.

Thanks for checking in. Wish I had more time to babble on the 420 threads, but life can be busy.

Bad juju afoot this morning...

And the cause of the whole affair....

Sometimes I just loose my mind. What the hell Tead? Thin white plastic bucket... oh sure.... no light's gonna leak there.
Dumbass.

Lesson learned. Plant chopped... not gonna screw with it.
She was Osmo2. Osmo1 is cruising along fine.

Anything else could be the cause as well? Never seen as drastic a change as that from light on roots..

Not really any other options. Now that I check, I see the plastic pots are quite opaque allowing growth in the medium. Once the root rot starts in any kind of hydro, the plant do exactly what mine did. I used the same mix on the other plants. It's totally gotta be light hitting the bottom causing (probaby) pythium to set in. The roots get coated and the plants have no funtioning roots. Sux.

So have you harvested any of the osmo girls yet? Can't remember if you have had any go the whole way through yet. My memory has been horrible lately lol! I guess why im asking is if you have are there any noticeable differences between them and girls hit with other nutes you've done. Sorry hope that makes sense im pretty lit lol! :tokin:

Not yet. OsmoGirl was the first under the bloom light. She's moving along well. Osmo2 was the white pot with the root rot and is gone.
I can't wait! When OsmoGirl gets close to harvest, I'll start comparing her bud production and timing. She hit 12/12 on 28 Feb and is moving right along.

Was the cola ready or is this a feeding the need moment? Lol either way I want to know what you think of the 2L girl overall in the end lol. Take it easy buddy!

Geez... I been too busy to chat here since easter... WTF?!?!
I'm not much of an easter fan really. I do enjoy shopping the after easter candy isle clearance!

Now this is the kind of wisdom I have come to expect around here! Off to the grocery store tomorrow morning. There will be peanut butter filled eggs and jolly rancher jelly beans by the case!

That osmo is a cool looking girl. :thumb:
