Tangwena's Malawi-Style Cob Cure: Fermented Cannabis

I’ve been smoking a bit off my cobs, I found that if I turn my grinder upside down to grind it up very fine it burns perfectly in a joint and it’s so smooth you can hardly tell if it’s even lit or not. It burns real slowly though so mixing it with regular flowers creates an uneven burning joint.
:passitleft:

That's good to know on the different burn times. Mixing flowers and ground cobs would have been the first thing I tried. Cheers.

Hi my friend
I chewed a mix of GT and Panama x Honduras a while ago and its insane. The next time I grow these I will try chopped bud mixed in the correct proportions sweated together in the one cob this would be acid like mixed like that.
I'm 1.5hrs in and its getting the better of me the next few waves will take me away ha ha. This is good weed.
Maybe something for you to experiment with you have a wide selection and boy will it be fun

ok, this cob business is too much, I have to jump in and give it a try.

I managed to buy a 2nd hand unopened food vacuum sealer at a great price and it arrived on Friday morning.

Friday evening I harvested the remains of my White Widow and Blueberry grow at around 11 weeks, I had harvested the top buds around 10 days ago, so these buds were the smaller ones, managed to set aside a little over 30 grams for a cob.

I couldn't find any corn husks so went ahead and cobed it up anyway after giving it a good roll and squeeze on a sushi mat.
The aroma was amazing, strong terpene smell.

Cheers. Looking forward to it. It's a long long time since I smoked good sticky hash. I've a feeling I might be doing this again. I have some Jack Herer that should be ready in 3 weeks and some Amnesia Haze in 6 weeks. They should be interesting.

Gods green crack, granddaddy purp, 2 from Costa Rica hybrids and LSD. I did 28 hour sweat on 6/4 tested a little smoke yesterday and smooth as silk. Looks like I'll be cobbing my next harvest.
Its early days yet wait until they have aged they will be like champagne. Some heavy hitting strains in there you are going to have some very interesting highs from that lot he he.

Tangwena......that buzz sounds awesomeee!! I've always loved Indicas but Sue has kinda changed my mind as well as just trying it out myself. It only took a couple puffs to see the Cob craze! I've always been one to hack & cough while smoking.....Sues was smoooootthheee....tasted good too. I can't even imagine eating some. But it sure sounds fun!!!! :rollit::volcano-smiley:

I always get disappointed when I try hybrids like Nevilles Haze for instance smells great looks great tastes great the high starts off really strong but half way through it just dies and finishes up a stony couldn't get off my ass couldn't be bothered type of stone.
To me anything with Indica in high proportions kills itself half way through.
I like the kind of highs that just keep going up the faster the better, that then level off for you to enjoy them and just fade away leaving you happy and still energised at the end.
I am not saying dont use indica hybrids they def have a place just not my place ha ha.
Try the Panama x Honduras you will wet yourself like a baby from having such a euphoric day. The high finishes as if nothing has happened no hangover no lethargy just a strong desire to do it all over again ha ha.
I have a long hedge to trim today straight I would put it off for another day. But high on Panama I will make a work of art out of it and have fun doing it.
Yesterday I spent about 2 hours alternating between dancing and exercising to music it was the best feel good tripped out feeling I have had for ages. Giving it a rest today or I would be dancing instead of trimming the hedge tough call but sacrifices have to be made.

Ahhh, Tangwena..... you describe the perfect high. :battingeyelashes: You and I share that fondness for soaring with a big smile. Lol!

Pyr0......drift.... kinda took my breath away there guys. :battingeyelashes: Well done, both of you. :bravo: I’d say this crew are fast learners.

I can appreciate getting lost in the cobs. Tonight I found myself standing before the dispensary

lost in the cobs. Lol!

The bag says it’s not due to open until morning........

Couldn’t resist. Lol! Ok....show of hands....how many have their heart rate speed up when you know you’re about to stick your nose into a freshly-opened bag?

That’s what I thought. All of us. :battingeyelashes:

The Timber COBs give the truest color in the garden. Isn’t it lovely?

Tomorrow I’ll give it a taste. I let it drop some water weight before sealing it back up, and using the ziplock vacuum bags’ll make it easier to access.

Geez.....I really wasn’t expecting it to be this good this fast. Lol! Here we all are planning to cob the majority of what we grow, and we’ve barely started. Lol!

Thats because you are blessed Sue, you took to it like a duck to water. You and the other members here are tuned in to your plants and it shows in your cobs.
I really couldn't do better myself. I find only certain people get it this fast. COOL people.
That waxy look in your pics is perfection for this particular style of cob, you have aced it.

Love it. You guys are making me laugh. panama and honduras for the win. Oh No. Another bean order :)

Just a heads up; last time I checked, Panama X Honduras was only listed in their R&D section and requires you contact them to place an order rather than go through the normal selection and checkout process. Appears to be only available as standard seed, fem supposedly coming in near future. Also, FWIW, Golden Tiger only available as standard seed. According to Luis, fems won't be available again for about three months.

Thus far, I've grown fems exclusively because of space constraints but am hoping to expand my area a bit in the near future and do a small SOG grow with regular seeds. Just makes better since in my application. Can hardly wait to delve into the fascinating world of cobbing. Thanx to all you great tutors!

Just ordered some beans from Ace for my Future Cobs

The following description had a lot to do with it :)

We recommend Guawi to all growers looking for sativas of great vigor, high production, complex terpene profiles, and overpowering and long lasting psychedelic effects.

Guawi ACE Seeds

The current and updated Guawi version was recreated by pollinating the same Old Malawi Killer mother, but in this case
with a very selected incensey and fruity Tikal F5 parental plant.

Tikal (with 75 % Guatemala sativa genetics) complements Malawi with a stronger, more compact structure, bulkier flowers
and a shorter flowering time, considerably improving the african aroma and flavour of the original Malawi with its very
refined terpene profile of mango, peach and strawberry bubble gum.

Tikal produces an overpowering sativa effect, very complex. Strongly psychedelic at the beginning, with a long lasting smiling, hilarious and relaxing development.

Shout-Out for ACE
Ordered Thursday 21st June 2018 (Regular / Standard Mail, the cheapest)
Received email Shipping Confirmation Next Morning

RECEIVED Monday JUNE 25th 2018 ( SPAIN to CALIFORNIA )
ORDER to DOOR = 4 days with a weekend in the middle

EDIT: BTW There were actually 6 Guawi Seeds in the pack ?
Should of been 5 but I did notice the included catalog had them listed
a bit cheaper so THINKING they added an extra to compensate :)
