Tales From The Krip!

Hey! That gives me a great idea! :D

I'm gonna' start a GoFundMe page to help support my seed habbit! I'm sure there many generous and understanding people out there willing to help; and it is a worthy cause!
This is a brilliant idea! Now I will send as many people as I can to your page so long as you agree to split the seeds or seed money with me!

Hello, my name is Bill C and I'm a seed addict.

That wood be interesting to start a gofundme. account? Seen it done stranger reasons........

Wow! I just did some trimming/lollipopping on the Fruit Punch which is still vegging along with the rest of the girls in the tent and my fingers were so sticky afterwards, I had to use alcohol (actually, Purell) to get them clean. Never had a plant this sticky in veg before! Smelled kind of piney with some hints of fruit, but mostly a light pine scent. I haven't noticed any trichomes and don't get that same "stickiness" from the other plants (yet!), so possibly just this pheno or a combination of this pheno in the HB soil. Either way, makes me anxious to see what will happen once she goes into flower. :slide:

Better take some cuts of that one !

TUTS ARE TAKING OVER!!!

I need to flip these Tut's before they take over the whole house since they've already taken over the whole grow tent!

The left (Tut) side of the tent is totally packed:

Tut #1 is out front and is just an absolute monster and loving the high brix soil:

And, Tut #2 would likely be just as bushy if she got all the LST the Tut #1 received, but she's about perfect taking up her fair share of the tent while Tut #1 is spilling into everyone's space. Both have incredibly thick stalks:

The right side of the tent is still much further behind:

The Fruit Punch looks good, but is just a short, stocky, "hairy" indica and isn't craving much for height:

The White Widow is the one I've been waiting on to catch up, and while I'd like to get her a little bigger, I'm not going to be able to wait much longer on those Tut's. We should get an oz. or two with the UBT, even though she's still relatively small:

This weekend, they should be due for their next TP drench and, same day, I'm going to flip to 12/12.

I'll get a veg update in later, if I can!

Happy Harvests!

Those guys are amazeballs! Nice work bud!

:high-five:
Wat Ween said...:cheer:

Thanks, guys! :thanks:

That WW looks like it would be nice if I gave it some more time and it's the only plant I didn't take a cut of since I have a ton of WW seeds and really want to get to the other strains first, plus, I don't want to do anything to put her any further behind, at this point (like take a cutting now!).

The Blackwater cloned easily and I'm working on rooting a Blue Gelato 41 clone now, too; so those will be the two strains I look to run next round, then onto the Dolato & Forbidos from IHG! :yahoo:

VEG CAB UPDATE

The cabinet is packed with 10 rooted plants and one fresh cutting that's rooting:

I tried to get a pic of everything, but it seems I forgot the Forbidos, so you'll have to wait on that one or just look at it above again, but here are the others...

The Blackwater rebounded very quick from her topping and has some pretty thick stems for her young age:

And, her top rooted in less than a week, stayed healthy the whole time, and had multiple long "hairy" roots coming out of the cube when I planted it:

The Blue Gelato 41 got topped this past Sunday:

And, her top is the one cutting that's rooting now:

Dolato is coming along nice but still a week or two from being ready for a topping:

Tut #1:

Tut #2:

Fruit Punch:

And Bad Azz Kush:

I really need to get that bigger cabinet soon!

Happy Harvests!

PRE-FLOWER PREVIEW

I'm going to flip to 12/12 tomorrow and wanted to get a couple shots of Tut #1's pre-flowers before making the flip:

So, that's day -1 of flower and something like day #10 showing pistils! She's definitely ready! :slide:

LAST MINUTE ADDITION TO THE LINE-UP!

I was checking the girls in the tent tonight before I make the flip to 12/12 tomorrow and, while everything is looking good, because I did that late replacement of the BAK with the White Widow, there was a little more open space than I would have liked and could see my total yield would be far short of the potential.

So, I figured I'd throw the Blackwater in there to get an early sample of her buds and make the White Widow feel better now that it's not the smallest plant in the tent!

She's in a SIP that's maybe a little bigger than a #3, but being transplanted from a 4" container, she should have plenty of room to flower. I don't expect much from her, but whatever it is, it will be more than I would have gotten without her.

Plus, if the quality isn't HIGH enough, I can skip it on the next run and go for one of the IHG strains, instead.

It's a little ironic that the whole "mystique" behind the Blackwater was an attempt to create the darkest blue OG strain, but most of the grow pics I've seen show green buds! Usually I'm not a big fan of the purple buds, anyway, which tend to be more for bag appeal, IMHO, but if you're deliberately creating a strain to express the purp's, you'd think you'd lock-in the trait before you started selling the seeds! That being said, it did take a 3rd place in the 2014 LA Cannabis Cub for Indica strains, so hopefully, she'll be potent either way.

Here's the pic of her in her new home - won't she be surprised when she only gets 12 hours of daytime tomorrow! :)

Happy Harvests!

Yea i noticed when i ran pure purple strains if they did actually go purple i always ended up having issues trying to trim all the leaf off cause if the bud and leaves r both dark purple its hard to tell the difference lol
