Glad to hear your safe! I love dogs just not when their sniffing my car for cannabis :battingeyelashes:. German shepard's are amazing animals! So smart and so good looking. Hope your day is filled with lots of good meds. Promise me you'll take it easy on Chris. And you guys have a great time

May I kieth? So lazy. You want to cross 2 already good stabilized strains. That gives you and "F1" take a boy and girl from that generation cross them and you get an F2... and so on. There are a couple ways to stabilize. First is to line breed to an f5 or f6. The Gene's become so inbred that there is relatively no genetic variation.

F1s will normally give you 4 pheno types. But an F2 (and I'm quoting pennywise here) will show many many phenos... errrr.... sorry sue.... chemovars.

This is important because you want to search for traits you want in your final plant. Smell color nodal spacing flower time etc.

Okay next. Back crossing. This involves taking your f2 or f3 and crossing it with one of the original parents. Because it shares the same DNA the cross will take on that parents traits. Some times this also takes a few runs to stabilize but can offer a stable strain a bit quicker.... sometimes.

And kieth correct me if I am wrong but you can back breed your f2 or 3 with mom and dad? Like take your f2 pheno and back cross once with mom then the next run with dad? I'm not sure exactly cause my plan is to go with the line breeding.

There is a really good write up somewhere here on 420 that explains it a bit better but that's the idea.

I’m staying in a home with two German Shepherds Dabber, and they’re both incredibly beautiful, affectionate, intelligent canines.

Chris whisked me out to the desert this morning, just in time to catch the cacti blooming. I left some pictures on my Spot thread just a bit ago.

He loaded me up with goodies too. :yahoo:

I’m gonna relax and recover from the trip and the lack of sleep, fueled by an ATF capsule to top of the great buzz I achieved smoking the flower out among the wild flora.

I can’t fully express my appreciation to the universe for making all this wonder possible. :battingeyelashes::green_heart:

Oh fabulous! What a wonderful thing for @Chris Scorpio to do, to take you out into the wilderness a bit. It’s one of my favourite ways and places to consume Cannabis - in the wild :smokin2: Nice one CS! :thumb:

We have a cliff here where I used to go and sit to watch the whales migrating up the coast to warmer waters. Was always a blissful number of hours, with a thermos of hot coffe or chocolate and a good supply of doobies! Most excellent way to enjoy both the weed and the natural world :)

Hi Sue!

Now you know why I was so extra careful and stealth (and paranoid) moving my freezer contents across Americas Interstates! I detailed my packing methods to you in a PM as a sort of warning, some states are really looking. Yup, I was a bit paranoid! Dogs are very difficult to fool, but fortunately my many hours of stealth efforts paid off, my personal stash made the trip unscathed.

So glad you didn't chance it in a vehicle not your own. I know you aren't that kind of person. Americans in majority are getting more comfortable with Cannabis as a normal thing, but 48 different laws, it's just a plain truth we just aren't nearly safe from prosecution yet.

I’ve been able to more-or-less stick to my fasting regimen, minus the longer 17-hr fast, which I even managed to get in last night by having a light meal at around 6, before we went to the movies. :yahoo:

I’ve noticed the jeans are getting more loose every day. I think this is working! :yahoo: :slide: :yahoo:

It’s been most helpful to have a steady stream of good sativas at my disposal as I travel. This particular display of cosmic generosity has convinced me beyond any shadow of a doubt that the relentless song of deliberate control of your thoughts I sing to you has truth that even I can’t fully comprehend. I’m entranced with the way the universe engages me in play when I allow it to happen by suspending all disbelief in possibility. I’ve trained myself to eliminate the “but” from my thoughts, and the opportunities that I now notice are on a higher playing field than I’ve had the courage to explore.

I’m getting better and better at playing with the cosmos. Sharing a home with a family that wakes up miserable reinforces my joy and expectation of wonder ahead and I’m probably shining a bit brighter. Lol! Someone told me yesterday I’m oozing Love right now, that I was glowing.

You know what? Every life can be filled with this much joy. Maybe not this much Carnival :D but certainly anyone alive can deliberately retune the brain to see only that which delights you.

Eventually, everything delights you. Judgement falls away and childlike wonder steps into the empty spot all that frustration and discontent and fear used to fill. Life takes up a joyful cadence and you end up doing delightful things every time you turn around.

Things like this delicious buzz I have glowing through my veins. :battingeyelashes:

I got both meditation - surrounded by birdsong, nonetheless - and a morning greeting of eight brocades in by the pool. You all got the overflow of joy that created. Lol!

Get out there and share it with anyone lucky enough to come into your atmosphere. I’m gonna stay up here in the stratosphere, sneaking in bowls of Carnival every time I can.

All of my luggage smells of high-quality cannabis. Lol!
 
If there was a rep hammer I would drop it for CS for taking you to the desert and giving you that nice bag of carnival! What a super holiday!
