I'm a bit late to the party, so I don't know what you're growing yet - and will probably forget soon after I do learn ;) - but it looks like you have a good mix of strains amongst your various areas.

Will this help TS? :battingeyelashes: This is just the veg shelf though.

His journals are, unfortunately, no longer with us. :( I was unaware of this until this minute, but rather than be distressed I went to find his most recent video of the process, which I consider his best so far.

I'm gonna spend a moment and be distressed for you.

WTF? Why must that knowledge and experience be lost when any given user decides to pull the plug? Many other folks contributed to those threads... shall we just toss those words out with the bath water as well?

I'm sure there was some dance between D and the 420 staff. I'm unaware of the issue. I'm sure everyone involved felt it was best, but how does that serve the basic concept of sharing ideas?

Of course, these ideas regarding the freedom of information can only be exercised on machine I control... but I'd like to promote such ideas. It should also be noted that nothing in 420Mag's mission statement address such concepts, so I really have no leg to stand on except for some moral objections about 'disappearing information'. Still tho.... when Tead sees words uttered in public places disappear, it worries him at a very basic level.

Damn! Duggan's gone?!?! Always a shame to see such actively contributing members drop off.

Stuff still here. Search Rex Pigeons. Oh here's a short cut for ya.

Not Duggan, Pigeons, and Jim magically corrected me. Thank you Jim :kisstwo: I'd forgotten the name change to Rex Pigeons after he accepted the position.

Whew! I wanted to believe I was wrong. I have more faith in the site than the belief in that information loss suggested. Journals have been locked away, so the possibility always exists in a kingdom. We often forget this is not a democracy.

Wanted to share a couple pictures of Pigeon's harvest of the Headband. He took her down early last weekend.

That doesn't count the concentrate bin. Lol! He's a happy Birdman today. :green_heart:

Have you grown candy cane before? I have a couple candy cane autos going I am looking forward to. If you have, how did you like them

The one in my tent is the second I've grown and I have the newest one in veg. I'm not a fan, myself. Too indica for my taste, and it left me feeling a bit intoxicated, which is not my favorite sensation. I much prefer a Carnival buzz or the motivation of a Dark Devil Auto. Chem Dawg is the only indica I've found that lights me up, and that one knocks me flat within 30 minutes.

It's my daughter's favorite, hits all the right indica tones to get her through her day when anxiety hits. Her favorite method of consumption is to take a brownie with the equivalent of about half a gram of cannabis on average and cut it into 8 pieces, then nibble on that throughout the day when she feels anxiety sneaking up behind.

It's been a while since she had one, I'm determined she won't run out again. This girl is going to see to it.

My first had mites. The second I burned with uneven distribution of the osmo in the pot. My third is the prettiest I've grown so far.

Good morning everyone

Decided I better get this done before we slip into afternoon. Lol! Woke up ready to play and haven't stopped to make breakfast yet. I did take time to feed the soul with meditation, but my stomach is beginning to complain about the neglect. It makes me laugh that I'll make sure all the plants are cared for before I remember that I need to feed me too.

As you can tell, I'm already bubbling over with joy. After breakfast I'm headed out to stroll along the river. It's too beautiful out there to do any less. I encourage you to let your own joy and gratitude bubble over and fill that atmosphere around you with irresistable magnetism. Watch how often you get smiled at. Hehe! It's a game I play when I'm out.

So get out there and share your light with the world, even if it's a digital street you trod. We make a difference with all this joy, often in ways we never know of. I kinda like that idea too. Share your light with the world. There's no one as special as you. :hugs:

I'll be wandering in and out. Just wanted to take a moment to say have a wonderful day. :hugs:

Hey sue and folks ! new to this whole thing ! I'm working on getting my growing licence ..but the Canadian government likes taking their time ...been waiting since March ...anyways wanted to say I'm quite jealous of what you grow sue !! one day I hope I can grow like that too

Mine took almost 6 months. It will come don't worry.

Oh, you will Rang3rDang3r, and may I say, the user name made me giggle. :laughtwo: :welcome: my new and dangerous friend. :hugs: Make yourself at home with this delightful band of cultivators.

You don't grow yet? Have you ever grown? I've been at this since about August of 2014, joined here in September of that year. The community is wonderful at getting you through whatever comes your way and cheering you on to a successful harvest.

I have no doubt you'll be growing circles around me. I have the advantage of incredible lights, unbelievable nutrients and soil, friends that surround me with their love and creative input, and a joy of life that infects my plants and the people around me. You'll like it in this neighborhood. We look forward to getting to know you, and I'm honored that you chose my joyful journal to step out and engage the :420: community. :battingeyelashes:

Any idea what you want to grow? Any particular concerns you're growing for? If there's anything we can do to make your settling in easier, don't hesitate to ask. :circle-of-love:

Getting ready to start Callanetics. It's an intense mind/body experience, enhanced by a few cannabinoids prior to the first movement. Sometimes you just want a joint, you know?

Hi Sweetsue!

I've been catching up on 2years worth of your journals .. I have very square eyes ...
haven't read all but have read an absolute shedload and enjoyed the many twists and turns - thanks!

I'm jumping ahead to the present day, here, to ask you a couple of questions:

1. Do you still soak your seeds in a coconut water/water or aloe/water blend? Or just water?

2. Could elaborate on what you mention above re the uneven distribution of Ozmocote?

Cheers,
Hope your today is a good one .

Oh so many questions :-D ... Sue I've been lurking in the shadows of about 3 of your threads ...I especially love the wealth and knowledge in them

as to growing ..no I don't and have never ...but I took 5 years of horticulture through highschool and went to college in that area as well so I have a very good idea haha but I will definitely need help once the time comes .. now that I need mmj on a daily basis , growing just seems better ...plus my LP stuff isn't that good hahah

right now starting out with what I can ... I got a 2.5 x2.5 x6 mars hydro tent and 2 mars hydro 300 light (132 watts) for 200 bucks .. just need a filter and fan, soil and nutes ..oh and the license :-P

as for what to grow I was thinking CBD shark shock or the likes and maybe a 20:1 cbd plant ... and then something fun :-) ...I use the cbd plants for excruciating muscle spasms in my should from a previously pinched nerve ... without it I cry my self to sleep from the pain ...my family doctor prescribed me anti depressants at first and that didn't go well :-(

You're in pain and they offer antidepressants........ * deep breath* I take it you've wisely let them go? :battingeyelashes: We put so much faith and trust in them..... To be fair, we've only been aware of the endocannabinoid system since the 80s.

You've chosen a much better path, IMHO. Have you tried a topical? We have some great recipes when you have the produce, and OMG, you will be so happy when you harvest and find out what cannabis is supposed to be. :laughtwo:

Good price on the tent setup. Fan and filter will probably run you close to the same. You're in for a whole lot o' learnin' buckaroo. Lol! Would that "something fun" be a high THC sativa, by chance?

I'm pleased you enjoy my threads. I open those doors and brilliant minds congregate and share. It's a beautiful dance, eh? :battingeyelashes:

yep off the anti depressants ..they screwed with my head terribly...worst decision of my life so far ... but ya live and you learn :-)

I actually have not tried a topical but it's on my list of thing to make after my first harvest ! that and some fresh harvest oil I've seen you ranting and raving about :-D

yeah I couldn't turn down that deal ...and the lights were never used !! well I'm here to learn and hopefully make some quality medicine ... that something fun would be a sativa but haven't decide on any strains yet other then cbd shark shock and nordle ... but there are so many strains out there to try so I'll buy a couple and see if I can even grow some hahahha
