Sweet Yet Haunted Seedsman's Purple Ghost Candy Comparative

Highya SO,

Great looking pictures, every one! The leaves have seen better days, but, oh, those buds!!!That tall apple betty has huge colas! They all have a great amount of bud! So gorgeous!! Happy Smokin'

If I wanted to sneak some ewc on top of my bark to water over to fuzz the line up a little more, what amount do you think is necessary? 10 gallons of soil. I can't get past all the scaffolding to remove the bark and replace it unless it's really necessary. But I can water over some if it doesn't clog up the works too badly.
I usually do about a quarter inch layer and water it in with a showerhead jug. It will bury some of the bark but in a few days when it dries down you crumble it up and shower it again and most of the bark is back to the top. Any more than a quarter inch and it seems to plug the soil.

This one's in! I think I checked the first Cherries DubeLee SIP I grew. Let me get back.
Ok @Azimuth I went into the Cherries D journal and found we got a 12 brix there. That was by sticking the plant in, covering it with the mulch cover and rez watering with cal/mag the entire run once we figured the cal/mag need. Never a top water. For your info.

This is great info. Now you just need adjustments to get it up to 17ish. The base of it is pretty solid. Too bad you didn't take moisture readings at the time but you can now👍

Thanks Bode! They have seen better days, but the good news is they seem to be stable as time goes forward! It's a real mix of ugly and beauty in there! It's easy to see past the not so beautiful.

Good fan leaves protect the beauty. They may take a beatdown but they hold the issue away from the colas👍👊

That rootopsy had the top half of the pot with light roots and bottom half dense as it gets
So likely a mineral topdressing with EWC and a light top watering to keep it optimal would have had your brix up higher. 12 is really close.

You were almost sequestering carbon. Once a plant can do that it's off to the races. Only a true healthy plant can complete the carbon cycle and turn a profit off photosynthesis.

You should use your refractometer to check how crisp or fuzzy your calcium line is. Most of the time making it fuzzier puts you over 12.

This grow is showing that! I'm so happy these leaves have come back, stayed the course as much as they have! Those tall betty buds still in full bloom say so! So do short Betty's ever fattenning buds!
