Stunger's Last Stand: Banned To The Balcony!

Cheers Otter, it's funny that you've already grown out 2 of my 3 strains, and very reassuring that you liked them! :high-five:

Thanks Fred! We gotta use what we can eh. :meatballs:
Like them? No LOVE THEM! A lot really, and your plants are super specimens! I've grown a bunch of plants that I really enjoyed yet don't have a yen to go and grow them again right now. But both of those I've regrown and plan to again. Besides I can watch a good grow all day long!

Damn, Stunger...I agree with jonoldstyle ^^^ perfect!

Get dem bugs.
Bugs are hard to avoid outdoors, thankfully just a few little bits of damage this grow. I did more preventative spraying this year than last, and if I have learnt anything, it will be to spray from beginning of flowering next time and do so even more regularly.:meatballs:
Love the balcony! Really! It looks dense there bro! Cant wait to see the buds when harvest
Thanks Skottel! I'm looking to harvest the Mango and the Godfather next week, the Strawberry perhaps a tad longer. I took a look yesterday at the trichomes and they're close to ready.:nerd-with-glasses:
Holly shit that’s a beautiful bunch of girls. They’ve muscled up nicely. Going to be fun times testing the produce soon .
Cheers Zeb, I'm not just sitting around, I've already rolled up my sleeves and got stuck in to some early testing before it gets away from me!:ganjamon:

Haha cheers Otter. Your Strawberry was amazing for her growth once you unleashed her. The little early tester I've had from my one was a really nice kind of high.:surf:
I think that’s the most gorgeous balcony I’ve ever seen.
Thanks HH! The wide open spaces would be my ideal choice - where it'd be nice not to have a 2 foot height limit.:meditate:
Sir: you’ve grown what appear to be perfect plants.
Hey thanks Jon, altho I find there's always learnings to take away for the next grow.:nomo:
Damn, Stunger...I agree with jonoldstyle ^^^ perfect!
Cheers Carcass, just trying to do my best to keep the stash jars full!:blunt:

Yes very close Sy. I am readying myself for their harvest day. I hope you like the look of the Mango Sherbert, I wouldn't be growing her if it wasn't for you buddy :thanks:. I had to 'cramp her' from her former natural early open shape in order to fit her into the narrow end of the balcony. I can only imagine her potential if she'd been given a bit more space and sunshine, and a bigger pot too!

I was so very happy to help facilitate this! And even happier now I get to witness the fruits (flowers)!

:cheer: :high-five::popcorn:

The Mango Sherbert is delightfully frosty with trichomes and so far in early testing (which I have been doing as I don't want to look like a slacker!) she is very nice with a nice lift of euphoria which is always welcome!

Balcony plants on their final days

I will look to harvest at least 2 of the 3 plants next week. They're getting very close. The training I carried this year has resulted in canopies that have remained at my acceptable height limit of 2 feet tall from the pot rim, so I am quite pleased that compared to last year I judged it better, last year I ended up supercropping 18 inch stems to recover some semblance of stealth, this grow they have been much better behaved from me carrying out the initial training a month earlier. Here's an almost eye level pic to show how well their height has stayed.

And one slightly from above

Just days to go now. All the best folks! :ganjamon:

Damn stungs! They are really beautiful. Well done on the grow and for keeping it stealthy. You got some lekker(nice) skills on how to keep them stealthy. I learned a few things out of this journal. Can't wait till you start a new journal again.

Those are indeed near-perfect plants! Lovely training <3
Thanks Copper! Just trying to grow out a few stems while keeping them short. I applaud your own wonderful barn door beauties, altho they're a bit too big for my balcony! :yummy:

Thanks Skottel, I've enjoyed making a journal here at 420 where it is a great community for learning and sharing. Your own journal reminded me of the garlic/onion approach for bug spray prevention and it was cool hearing that several generations of your family had used it, but probably only you for this particular variety of plant eh! :ganjamon:

Very beautiful Stunger. Just gorgeous.
Thanks Carmen, it's the home run now, and today looking out the window with the noisy wind and rain bending the trees and beating against the house, it's not too soon.:)

Mid Autumn, late flowering pic update

Here's a quick snatched pic of a bud of each plant. These are not the best pics but I had very little time to take them.

Mango Sherbert

Godfather OG

Strawberry Cough

The 2 left girls will be harvested in the coming days so I'm hoping they're packing on the potency. Here they are catching some late afternoon sunshine with harvest time imminent.

I hope you are all enjoying the fruits of your gardens. :ganjamon:
