Stocking Up For The Apocalypse: Goody's Perpetual Grow By The Beach 2020

And then there was 1.
I gave them the bigger and already preflowered #1- that way if they do nothing else but feed it MC, it will still be fine.

#2 is just big enough to top so she got it today, as well as moving up to full 4g MC, and off she goes.

She’s one fat leafed sativa

Lost my little friend Samson yesterday as we helped him cross the rainbow bridge. He had been suffering from complications of feline coronavirus (FIP) which has no cure, so all we could do was watch.
He was the sweetest, best little smoking/growing/kayaking buddy I've ever had. I got him as a kitten last Christmas and we've had an amazing 13 months together. He loved the beach, the garden and the life here.
Today was the first morning he wasn't up to check on plants with me. I'm going to miss that sweet face, and the inspiration he brought to life. :rip:

Smoking this plant in remembrance (and to forget) friends gone too soon. Hug your pets, you never know.

Devestating to hear that Goody. RIP Samson :(

Sorry to hear about Samson- My cat is a pest, and in my way most of the time, (I'll probably trip over him, and bust a hip one of these days) but I'll sure miss him when he's gone...
:rip:Samson...

Sorry to hear of your loss, Justin. He seemed like a loyal sidekick. I too will light one up in his honour.
Ah mate that sucks. Sending love from across the pond. RIP little Samson. What a great photo to remember him with. :green_heart:

I'm so sorry Justin.
I loved seeing pics of you two together. It was clear as day that you two had a special bond.
I'm so sorry for your loss Justin. Animals touch us in special ways. It's always a sad day when we lose a family member.
Thanks for all of your kind words, he was a friend more than a pet.
My girlfriend (poking some fun at me) sent me what is probably my new favorite pic of him-
This is me, taking a pic of a @Carcass LRX for the POTM contest this past summer. And there's Samson, right behind me like always.

Friendly and Fearless was his thing.

Green crack #2 is doing quite a different dance than #1. It popped up way faster, but now is growing very low, especially for a sativa...I haven’t even done any training! It’s fine with me as I was worried about headroom in here. Flowering is just starting, I’m sure the stretch is going to be epic.

skip the paper towel,
My sentiments exactly! As a general statement. :D

hi JGoody13 :ciao: Realy beautiful autos you’re knocking out over here. Wonderful time catching up. :yummy:
Hi Goody! I was planning to make half a batch of lotion with this guidance above and realized that your oil may be coconut based but my current one is EVOO based. Do you think it will work the same? :thanks:

Good morning!
Supposedly the coconut oil isn’t the best for soaking into skin. Your evoo should be better, if anything! Let me know how it turns out, good to see you making lotion :)
IMO and experience/research I don’t think EVOO is much good on the skin either. Not fine enough. Most of the consensus around here is around pumpkinseed oil, grapeseed oil, almond oil. Many internet sources talk about MCT, refined coconut oil (that’s liquid even in cold temps), but many of us find it a bit greasy and not as good at absorbing as the the other nut/seed oils I’ve mentioned. It can be good to mix with something that’s highly absorbent though, to aid spreadability. But, AFAIK, EVOO is not so effective as a topical or cosmetic carrier.
:rip::love: I am so sad for you, for that. Sending love across the sea  :surf:

This is an incredible shot. Just the context alone makes it so  But the photographer in me is blown away by the dedication to set and setting. Friggin’ awesome :adore:

That’s one of the nicest replies I have ever received, thank you :battingeyelashes:
I’m glad you had a chance to catch up, and I appreciate the compliments. Samson was right there behind me in a lot of those pictures. I’m happy to have him immortalized here, he was an amazing little guy.
Thank you for the kind words, it’s been a tough year already :laughtwo: can only get better, right?

Green Crack is growing very reminiscent of a @Carcass grow.

We are using the same light, I wonder if Sativa just likes to grow low under these?
This one has a massive (healthy) stalk and branches, and doesn’t seem to want to get tall, just wide. So far...
