Notes ~
It's not official yet, but I'm pretty sure that's a microscopic pistil there. I've gone ahead and switched up the name placards. (FKA Luke is now Leia and vis versa) I'm hoping for a male and female but I'll settle for 2 lovely ladies. The funny thing is, I can't find the spot where I seen it. And can't find it or another again. so... Who knows.

This gang needs another up Potting before flower. I've got a few more days before a couple large pots become available and a good week for the last one. Until then I'll keep training as strict as possible. Haze-L has reached the edges and is starting her curve like I did with Leia. (FKA Luke) As for the youngest one, it's pot is short on media. I'll need to transplant soon if outward training is to continue. She's a little light in the nitrogen as you can tell from her light green hue. This is easier to correct than a toxicity, lol, I'll take it any day! She's due for a feeding tonight.

Notes ~
Let's start with Emerald, it's fair to say that she's has been through alot. But now that flowering has set in she is becoming more vibrant and happy. She has a minor case of potassium deficiency or possibly an excess of chlorine evident by her browning edges but also the bronze colour on some. Ruby is the tallest of the litter, she has no apparent deficiency or toxicity issues. I'm feeding her as per recommended schedule. Sapphire who is in the smallest pot of the bunch is a shining example to the rest. She has done better than most throughout the grow, her feed schedule is the same as Ruby for now. Topaz, who came on strong after her seedling stage flushing is now the leading plant in pistil production. She's the only one who has a distinct lemony aroma already, and her pistils are very much thicker and whiter than all the others. Last but not least is Amethyst, a very turbulent up bringing she had received. Now that she's all fixed up and growing again she has made great strides to continue her recovery. I've eliminated much of the necrotic leaves and smaller growth tips from below the canopy. All in all these gals are filling out the tent very nicely :thumb:

Notes ~
There's not much to say anymore, cheese, about this beautiful, cheese, specimen of a, cheese, scrog free cannabis plant. Did I mention cheese? These Colas are thick and heavy, stacked from mid point all the way up the stalks. I can only keep her out of the tent for a few minutes, the inlaws are still visiting and it stiiiiiinks :high-five: I think I'm going to have to dry them inside the tent and I'll need to skip the perpetual darkness pre harvest. No closet can keep that smell in, whoosh!

Notes ~
This Pineapple Chunk is very potent smelling at the moment. She's just about done with her pistil production and will be getting flushed in the next day or two. She's clean and proper already so trimming will be fairly easy. I'm eager to see how these white bud tips smoke, it literally looks like candy to me...

Notes ~
I am thoroughly impressed with the genetics at Royal Queen Seeds. Their Bubblegum is to die for... It has such an awesomely sweet aroma, I go in the tent 5 times a day just to have a wiff. Frostiness factor of 10, some of the sugar leaves are totally enveloped. Honestly it's not green anymore it's like a silver coating, I am sure I can see a reflection. This is one highly anticipated harvest, stay tuned...

Notes ~
My corkscrew challenge is more or less a successful attempt. I think once she's harvested I will shine a light to cast a her skeletal shadow on the wall. I'll dub it's shadow the Snid Signal. Lol. Her growth is uncanny, it's such a jumbled mess. I can spend 20 minutes plucking leaves and still just be looking at green within the canopy. I've clipped alot of minor growth shoots that would never make it through the canopy. I'm enjoying this adventure, thanks oldschool for the challenge. Who would have thought it would take this long though. One thing is for sure, she's going to have 3 or for massive Colas. The main cola is coming from a 1/2inch stem at its base, my guess is it's going to be huge.

I've been waiting for this update all week. I so very much wanted to share these awesome pics with you all. I hope you enjoyed them and I'd like to wish you all a Merry Christmas wherever you may be this holiday season.

(Big nose inhale) mmm mmm! Damn Jedi snid, it smells delicious in here!! :thumb::high-five:

Both the cheese and the bubble gum look excellent. I was eyeballing some royal queen seeds today.. decided to wait but it was hard to come to that decision lol

For all that are following my and my plants twists and turmoil on this never ending adventure. I would like to say thank you once again for your support and encouragement. You've all been such an influence on my past year and being a part of this community of exceptional people. My presence has waned these past few weeks but you all are always in the inspirational corner of my mind. On this Christmas day, I am humbly grateful for your acquaintances. Much love and blessings to you all.

:xmas: Merry Christmas! :xmas:

Wow what an update! Reps man.

I agree that's pistils on that girl, nice catch.

Bubblegum does look delicious, great trichome density.

Sucks about the nitrogen. Negative experiences teach us more than positive ones. Sucks to happen but crafts you into a better grower.

Just a thought on the necrosis. I know defoliation is your style, it crafts your bud shape and density and let's the bud get lots of light. But fan leaves can be a big help. So I wondered, what if you did your same exact growing style but left all the very bottom fans and fans on the outside edges of the plant that wouldn't shade a bud? You would keep your characteristic cool style of budshaping but the extra fans would go brown before your bud sugar leaves as the plant cannibalized the mobile nutes in the fans instead of sugar leaves. And they would manufacture sugar for bud growth. Then trim the fans all off at the end and your plant will look the same as these do, just hopefully with less burn on the sugar leaves.

Much love Snid!

Thank you once again everyone... So glad to have you all along for the ride.
ShiggityFlip, that's a very solid point. I have duely noted it... It makes total sense Since it mostly phosphorus deficiency causing the necrosis. It would effect the lower leaves first possibly sparing my sugar leaves for more trim =hash.

Be safe and... KiG everyone :green_heart:cheers

Exactly my thinking. I can envision crappy lower and outer fans at the end as the plant cannibalizes nutes but then you trim them off and pristine sugar leaves are left for hash. It's a beautiful vision.
