Stinky Snid's First Journal - Crop King NL's Automatic - Promix Bx+ - CFL & LED

I am going to pray for her tonight and hope for better days for my "stella" ellabella

So how's she looking today? I'm no diagnostician, the only thing I'd suggest is maybe starting a new thread in the problem/pests subforum and hope it draws some attention from our helpful, but highly in demand expert growers.

Couple questions...
1)is that too much in one jar, should there be more air space?
2)once it's hung is that considered DRY?

If so then my first 1/3 of Priscilla's harvest is at 16.6g still lots of her on the stalk ripening up now. This trim and buds smell fantastic and the stickiness is outrageous. The buds are a tad loose but very very yummy looking.

Really need an accurate hygrometer in your drying space and jars to really know for sure what is dry.

I've found so far that I like curing for a week or so in many smaller jars half full and then upsizing to a large jar about three quarters full. Personal and inexperienced opinion only.

Done that, thanks for the advice. Matter of fact I've posted in several places and looked everywhere to find a comparable pic. None!

I'd had been hanging for 4 days, felt crispy on the outside but still damp in the middle. Hygrometer said 55% while it was hanging. I took them out the jar for a few hours today to allow it to dry out a little more. I'll put it back into 2 jars instead of one as per arteekay' suggestion.
It's smells good that's all I can say.

It's been a long recovery for this gal. She is churning out pistils at every node. I've clipped some of the tiny inner branches with tiny buds in hopes she will direct the energy to the main buds. Her green is still light due to low nitrogen and she has a slight phosphor deficiency too but her pot is to wet for a full feeding. I've done to foliar sprays on her in the past week. Diluted cal mag and g/m/b misted on her underleaves. Then sprayed again with PhD water after 5 minutes or so... She's has a wide open stance and I'm thinking that will help with bud development with the extra light penetration. She's well past the scheduled harvest date and she is just starting to get frosty.
Come on girl... You can do it, please... That's my daily pep talk with her. Hope she finishes with a decent harvest. She smells better than Priscilla almost a fruity aroma.

Aw snid, I thought you knew better by now. You can't beg her, she'll sense your weakness. Walk in there tall and drop a "Nadine, you ignorant slut! Get it together if you want to see tomorrow!"

It may be too late for you to assert any real dominance over this one, but you'll know better for next time.

I'll try and whip Maria into shape with that attitude, just hope Nadine's spoiled brattiness doesn't rub off on her too much.

Honestly that's the best post I ever read. I almost choked trying not to wake the gf with my laughing. RTK always a pleasure man. Cheers!

Nothing special to report for Maria this week. She's been very thirsty and has gotten 2 feedings and is due for one tomorrow. Her pot is very light as of now, but will wait till morning for a feeding. She's going through 1.2 litres every 3 days or so.

Foliage at the bottom is starting to turn yellow, very slow and evenly spread. No sign of major deficiencies or weird ass rotting leaves. Her pistils are plentiful, very thick and white. She's going to finish best in show for sure.

Looks like another few weeks for this girl. Cheers everyone, thanks for the help this week

This is what's left of her, still quite a bit. There's one patch in the foreground that is going to be plentiful, it's the lower part of the main stem. Several big nugs there.

Her pot is almost bone dry. Should I water/flush her again or just let her dry out and clip the buds which should be ready in a few days. Also can I put her in darkness to accelerate the trichome change?

ps. I've been applying colloidal silver (30ppm) to a few of Nadine's lower budsites. Still no male flowers, I apply daily.

Yes, and no. Either order depending on who answers. :)

The extended darkness is supposed to increase trichome production i think, not necessarily accelerate a change between states, assuming you meant from cloudy to amber.

I've put Priscilla into a 48 hour dark period to finish her grow. She's is glistening in popcorn and smaller buds are like shinning diamonds. Forgot to take a pic before she went into the box, sorry. Will be updating the harvest total once she's been hung up to dry.

She's is now at day88, in bone dry soil under a big rubbermaid container. Suiting, it's like she's in a mortuary waiting for embalment. My first non experimental plant.
May she R.i.P. Here's a week by week remembrance photo album

Priscilla my first, my dear, I waited until all of your trichomes were no longer clear. Stay still and Have no fears, it's just my set of sheers. I'll give you just a trim behind the ears, cheers! :amen:

Quick story; I was out and about today and met the first lady I have ever met named Nadine. The first thing that came to mind was your lovely lady..

I think I need to back away from journal reading
