Stinky Snid's Crop King Journal Contest - Northern Lights & White Widow

Hi
Really nice journal bud very educational and got some real useful tips :) done few auto plants myself in best with fairly good results :)
How your clones started? Will be following these with much interested as will be cloning my girls at some point :) never done it before but think learning from yourself im confident enough to give it go :)
Well wishing the young girls a healthy start etc bud. :)
Couldn't leave it at just a smile, eh? :) thanks for introducing yourself and speaking so kindly of my work. The clones were started in straight perlite (rinsed) in a little sectioned garden tray for my propagator. I tried peat pellets, too wet... I tried my soiless mix, dried too fast on the heat mat. So when I saw someone using just perlite I thought to myself... Idiot!! Of course.
Your a pot Demi god being of energy lol awesome job snid one day I'll have your results
Well!! :bigblush: That's flattering. :thanks:
:bravo: as always
:Namaste:
Man those bowls of herb :jawdropper: :adore: so many beautiful colours!
Always a pleasure to see you here Pigeons, thanks for the morale boost :thumb:

I've been MIA since pretty much last Wednesday. I got food poisoning, I posted it in my perpetual journal. Thank you all for your kind words for my recovery, it's been brutal and I appreciate it. I didn't want to clutter this thread with a page of sympathies, but I do appreciate them all the same.

I'm think tomorrow is the day for my next update, I don't even know what is going on those Tents. I've spent maybe 5 minutes in the last 5 days in the lab. I've been mostly bed or recliner bound rubbing my tummy.. Lol doesn't sound so bad does it. But damn!

I squeezed Ellabella buds and they are so dense. Small yes but it's in not fluff like some of the autos, these are like hard rocks that would make a cowbell ding.

I am probably more excited about this next update than anyone. Can't wait to give you all the pics you've been waiting for.

KiG everyone:green_heart:cheers

June 7th, Well it's been exactly a week a just about total neglect of the remaining two ladies. My personal health condition has left me helpless to take care of my girls. Environmental controls were all at nominal capacity and there's was no sign of variances from that throughout the week.

Ellabella Day 70 +64 : 10.8 lbs

Ellabella luckily has a larger pot compared to Winnie's. She managed to use up her water just in time for a scheduled feeding. She'll G/M/B and overdrive in the solution.

Winnie Day 70 +6r : 5.2 lbs(dry)

Winnie was totally lack luster, fading fans and soft buds. She has not taken well to the extra 4 days without feeding. She got a booster shot of g/m/b and b52 nutes mix... Semi flushing, she's at the 10 to 14 days mark. I only be able to see results..

Good be back posting... THANKS for the WORDS of Wellness. Morale boosting for sure.

KiG Everyone :green_heart:cheers

Glad to have you back Snid :thumb:
Good to be back, what an ordeal that was...
You should juice some foliage it will speed up your gut recovery glad your better I kept positive thoughts for you. Wish I were there to help sample lol
That's probably not a bad idea... I'm feeling much better now but I'll look into it to see what I may accomplish.

Everyone is looking fabulous snid. Welcome back brother of green.
Definitely missed the people here and budporn, I can't believe I was that out of it. Thanks Nismo

Girls looks great!
:thankyou: CMJ, I appreciate the comments
Great job Snid my man! Everyone looks to have survived your bug. :)

Welcome back to the land of the living.
Your aren't kidding man, guys at work on Tuesday (first day back) said I looked like I was dead. Brutal past week, but I've proclaimed this to be the summer of Snid Ala George Costanza Now that I am recovered.
Thanks RTK
If I plant in December outside will they flowery even if they don't get 12/12
Autos will flower In any light schedule, but photoperiod plants will require 12 or less of darkness to initiate

June 10th, it's Friday and also the end of my work week back from the dead. What an ordeal to have to deal with, it's too bad I was such a neglectful father to Winnie. I failed her, and she's has now been stunted in potential.

Ellabella is going to be about two weeks now. She was less affected by the lack of water than Winnie and has retained her vibrancy. She'll be the main attraction once again.

Winnie Day 70 +67 : 8.2 lbs

Winnie is about a week from harvest I'll give her a last flush in a day or two. She's got lots of amber now since the wilting. I'd call it at 30% I'll harvest her at 50%...

Bella Day 25

Clones are now moving onto creating gnarled growth tips instead of new weird single blade leaves. They've been kept moist with some b52 and voodoo. Cloning is slow, if I could ensure similar genetics via seeds I would much rather deal with that procedure than cloning. Imo.

Hope you all enjoy a weekend of fun and as always...

KiG :green_heart:cheers

June 12th, Bright and early update for the white Widow family. Did early morning lab work and finished my chores so I can enjoy my Sunday. It seems I may have appendicitis as a result of my food poisoning last week. I've still got pains at times and it doesn't seem to be going away. I'll probably get surgery and come home with a staff infection or something and be worse off.. But I can't have my appendix bursting either. Sigh.... I f@#&ing hate careless ignorant people and the problems they cause others. Makes me sick! Literally... Anyways, woossaa.

Check out the ladies today, it's getting down to the nitty gritty here. I hope Ellabella can make the contest deadline.

Ellabella is doing great, her terpenes are kicking off some fantastic aromas. The buds are all getting so much more uniform, they're filling in the gaps. Should be within 14 days of harvest. I've found about 5 percent amber trichomes on the mid buds. Pre harvest flush is imminent.

Winnie Day 70 +69 : 7.4 lbs @ Ph 6.0 - 72°f

Winnie is much uglier to look at, but those buds are now basically pre-trimmed and look ready to smoke right on the plant. Great bud shapes, I don't think the trauma week made her lose much potential, since she was so far into flower..She's getting her flush tonight, will be harvested once the pot is dry. Her average time between watering was 7 days throughout flower phase. So she'll go dark in 5 days.

Clones Day 26ish

Bella
20160612_094828.jpg

The clones are now making regular leaf sets. They are so delicate compared to seedling. I've broken a branch on Bella, I'm not a big fan of clones. Only purpose I see is preserving genetic material. They are being trained so I can control their shape. The growth tips are so gnarly coming from the main stem.

Thanks for coming to see the gang, we'll all see you next time

Shit dude sorry about the shit luck with food poisoning. I had it real bad off some chicken wings once... puked 36 hrs straight and started to come up blood. Don't usually go to hospital but that was fucked hehe. Hope it all works out for ya.

If you haven't found something for your root aphids. Check out SM-90. Stuff worked a treat. I had a couple bugs showing up and blam one watering with that stuff and done with.

Wow, that is a sh*tty buzz from the continuing stomach issues. That reminds me a little story about one time I went to the hospital for my brain injury. Because I'm in my 40's they didn't believe me that I had a brain injury, refused to take blood, CT scan, or anything. So the doctor comes in and said that I need a breast reduction and that's causing the debilitating headaches. No lie, that was the truth and that was just in April. They wouldn't even call my family dr, or neurologist to confirm my condition. I mean COME ON, hahaha. Anyways, your plants are fabulous and so is your friendship! Blessings to you and yours...:Namaste:
