Stinky Snid's Nursery & Flower Shop - Welcome To My Perpetual Adventure

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SNID!

...he is second to none, grows everything under the sun, a true friend and incredibly fun.

He has donated many items to me, so I could see, that I can be free, growing medical weed.

His willingness to share information, nothing but inspiration, gardening motivation, stinky harvest domination.

But in the meantime, as weed remains a crime, Stinky Snid continues to grow, through sunshine and snow, helping those in the know.

His support unwavering, his birthday worth celebrating and his presence is illuminating. Thank you forever!

Beautiful words G2HM!

Been to long without an update... Might even be a record since I started this journal. As usual I'm glad to have a chance to bring you all an update from my garden. Some plants are progressing well and some not so much. It's been tough lately to tend to my girls like they deserve, as you will see.

Skywalker Rey has been harvested. She is currently in the drying box with Humidity holding around 55%. I was able to muster 0.8g of finger / scissor hash...Splendid.

20170415_212130.jpg

Her main Colas next to a standard Bic are impressive. The aroma still has that "train station" smell to it but with a sweet undertone now.

20170416_000304.jpg

I'm thankful to have received my bday gift, some nice fabric to upgrade my backdrop for photos. A very kind gesture from my 420 angel. Thank you G2heal :circle-of-love: The new backdrop is a major success, the plants stand out so much more. And greens... Excellent stuff!

Let get to the regular programming...

20170418_215642.jpg

Notes ~
In the close up pic you can see major problems arising. What started with what looked like heat stress is now much more. I can see a major magnesium deficiency is present. As well as the continued degradation of the damaged leaves has made this drama Queen the center of attention. I've foliar fed her twice with a mild calmag solution and doubled the bud candy with her last watering. She is by far the biggest of the litter but also the neediest.

Notes ~
A beautiful rectangular bush this has become. She formed in the corner of the tent with some mild training to help out. Pistils are emerging at an incredible rate. Seems like yesterday they were just starting. A very lush green hue to her foliage shows exemplary health in this plant. It makes me wonder what's went wrong with TSi #1. I administered a solid bloom feeding.

20170418_215059.jpg

Notes ~
As the leaves show us, this lady is the cream of the crop at the moment. IMO she has the most potential for supreme buds. But they all look very good... She got a full bloom dosage earlier this week and is due very soon for another. Pistils are massing into some fair sized buds already. Frost is also picking up on the sugar leaves.

Notes ~
Much like #2 and #3 this one is filling in after the stretching the occurred. Full feeding for her aswell, 3 out of 4 ain't bad. These trans Siberians all smell alike, I rarely get similar genotypes out of purchased seeds. This is a treat for me, since I usually have varying strains and or phenotypes..

Notes ~
Another healthy specimen, this black jack is smelling more like dark devil every day. I've moved her and the diesel Berry into the smaller tent so they can get some breathing room. I've spread her open as best I could, and I may defoliate soon to open up some popcorn to the light.

Notes ~
Oh my, oh my... The scents of this lady remind me of good good buds. I am highly anticipating this harvest. Some delightful smoke is soon afoot. She's staring to lose her luster now, a few leaves (larger ones) are becoming deficient. Not many thick pistils popping, but there's still lots of density to put on. A full feeding including a touch of overdrive she got...

Fruit Punch
Day 43
20170418_213813.jpg

20170418_213823.jpg

Notes ~
The Fruit Punch is in need of a transplant. She got a feeding last night and will get up potted once she's dry. Training is going well here and can only continue once I have more dirt to play with. A little droopy in the pics, but she spruced right up after her watering.

Bubble Bomb
Day 40
20170418_213607.jpg

20170418_213626.jpg

Notes ~
This Bubble Bomb is lush and thick as it approaches 6 weeks. A little stretchy in the main stem but still a beauty. It's just about time for her to be transplanted into her final pot. She received a full feeding and will be up potted once she dry.

Notes ~
My Durban Poison is also growing quite slow. Much further along than the Haze but still very small. I just topped her at the 4th node after 5 had formed. A solid feeding for her was due.

Notes ~
This little gal is not progressing very much at all. Seems like she's stalled... One node growth in 10 days, very odd. Her stem is very skiny, not sure what's going on here.otherwise she looks fine. She just got a mild feeding.

I'm so very glad to see you all here once again...till next time,

Wow, that fabric was perfect for you ;)

Little fabric secret. If you need to take lint off just grab a strip of packing tape and just press it against your fabric surface and it will instantly grab any debris, even when it's hanging. Then you don't have to keep taking it down to clean. Happy picture taking...;)

Happy 420...life is good...;)

Holy smokes, been a little while since I have been in here! How ya been snid? Happy belated birthday bud. Your garden is still looking potent as usual, glad to see you are still such an inspiration around here. I will be checking in from now on since I am back after a leave. Will even get a journal on the go again here real soon. Was hoping to get my laptop fixed up, hate using this tablet lol chat at ya soon my friend!

Been over two weeks folks, Apologies. An update will be presented sometime tomorrow. Consider this a bump so I don't get sent to abandoned journals. Lol

Thanks everyone, great to see you ShiggityFlip. I'll get back at you soon

KIG :green_heart:cheers

Great to hear snid, I was hoping everything was ok on your end. In fact I scrolled thru my subscriptions here earlier and thought to myself "hmm, where's snid been, hope all is well with him".. whatever it was, glad to see ya my friend!

"Been to long without an update... Might even be a record since I started this journal."

That is how my last entry started. well then! How about this gap of grow time. It's been since 4/20 that I last posted an update. Now that has to be a record... I sincerely hope you have all been well and have grown your plants to their finest potential.

I have finally quit my early morning job that had me sleeping only a few hours at a time whenever I had time. An all tolled 90 hour work week over 3 jobs got me to my breaking point. I am now enjoying some time off each day to relax and spend time with my loved ones. My poor dog didn't know what to make of my schedule, and it surely wasn't good for my health either. With that now behind me, new opportunities arise. It's summer time and it's time for some projects. My outdoor garden has been tilled and fertilized, ready for sowing once the Frost warnings are done with.

On a similar note, I've dropped 4 more auto flower seeds. 2x Gorilla Glue and 2x Amnesia Haze. They'll be sown into final pots and set under cfls until the tent is free.

On with our regular programming... :Namaste:

20170511_105241.jpg

20170511_105254.jpg

20170511_105339.jpg

Notes ~
What can be said about this needy little $#*#$...she has gotten exactly the same treatment as the other 3 TSi's. But she has been deficient since very early on. Weight will be an issue come harvest, I doubt she'll bring in much. Although she is very unsightly, she does possess the same aroma as the two following beauties, #3and#4, and very sticky. She got a mild nute flush, in hopes of reinvigorate her late stage development.

20170511_105809.jpg

20170511_105822.jpg

20170511_105836.jpg

Notes ~
Showing signs of her sisters deficiency (magnesium) she has lost alot of foliar mass over the past week or two. I've picked alot of the dying leaves off so she may be presentable for you. I just gave her a mild nute flush as I did with #1.i hope she finished with an all right density. One things is for sure is that she is sticky but yet less aromatic than the latter two TSi's.

Trans Siberian #3

20170511_110118.jpg

20170511_110128.jpg

20170511_110142.jpg

Notes ~
The third of the TSi's is probably the nicest with her stacked Colas. They have blended together so well and have formed up some spectacular buds. Still very healthy, her leaves are starting to yellow as she approaches her flush date. With one dosage of overdrive already she'll get one more before her flushing.

Trans Siberian #4

20170511_110348.jpg

20170511_110358.jpg

20170511_110410.jpg

Notes ~
The last of the TSi's has quite a beautiful cola array. Not quite as stacked as #3 but very bulky and dense. And there's still white pistils protruding, meaning even more growth. Her fading leaves are starting to fall off, I've removed a few from her buds to avoid them during harvest. Feedings continue as per schedule, she'll soon be in her final phase.

Blackjack
Day 83
20170511_110718.jpg

20170511_110724.jpg

20170511_110729.jpg

20170511_110748.jpg

Notes ~
I'm very impressed with the Blackjack. The buds are extremely tight and super massive. Her aroma strongly resembles that of dark devil, it's very intoxicating. Most of her leaves are still intact, and are just beginning to lose their luster. Her feedings are finale phase doses. I've begun lowering her nutes, but included overdrive in full amounts.

Diesel Berry
Day 82
20170511_110531.jpg

20170511_110539.jpg

20170511_110547.jpg

20170511_110605.jpg

Notes ~
This diesel Berry is in her waining days. Not much amber yet but the window is definitely open. I'll start a flush in a week or so once ambers reach 15%. The aroma is very sweet in nature and the berry odour are ever present. She's starting to lose her leaves to deficiency, but it's all in good time according to her approaching harvest. She got her last dose of overdrive, this should keep her until her flush.

Day 65
20170511_103942.jpg

20170511_104001.jpg

20170511_104013.jpg

Notes ~
The fruit punch is more like my style of plant. Carefully formed with some persistent training. I will let her go vertical very soon, maybe one more week of vertical growth and I'll send her into flower. Some yellowing leaves have been removed, mostly larger fans. She is a heavy drinker, I am feeding steadily along with the bubble bomb.

Bubble Bomb
Day 62
20170511_104232.jpg

20170511_104247.jpg

20170511_104257.jpg

Notes ~
The largest of the photoperiods, this bubble bomb had some serious potential. Unfortunately with my lack of persistence with her training, I split the main stalk trying to tie down the shoots. Some major taping was in order, I'm hoping she pulls through. Some defoliation was also in order, I removed quite a few of the inner fan leafs. Feedings are hearty and frequent, she drinks her share in only a couple days. She was the first to be up potted and shows in her size and stature.

Durban Poison
Day 48
20170511_104427.jpg

20170511_104435.jpg

20170511_104441.jpg

Notes ~
My cropking Durban poison has also progressed slower than usual. In fine form with her training, she is on her merry way to flowering size. Not much to report on her progress since there isn't much, she's being fed steadily now with a full nutrient spectrum to keep her healthy. Nodes are tightly spread, and she is in fine health. I've put a precautionary piece of tape to cover a her split, there was a small gape forming.

Liberty Haze S1
Day 48
20170511_104550.jpg

20170511_104557.jpg

20170511_104602.jpg

Notes ~
This little gal has not grown all that much up until a week ago. Now she's being trained like usual. I started a little too late and had to do some mild super cropping on the top stems. I'm sure the new pot of "soil" has made her new found growth a possibility. Her tiny starter pot was surely not enough space for her to grow properly. She is still on a basic nutrient regiment with a occasional root tribe boost.

I'm so very glad to see you all here once again...till next time, I will respond to your postings shortly. Thank you for all of your support and friendship.
