Talk about a lamo update, eh? Too bad! :riskybusiness: lol

KiG everyone :green_heart:cheers

What's lame about awesome crystally buds???!!!
I guess nothing, I'm just running out of things to talk about. I'll let the pics do the talking.. Eh?
Girls look great...but the one thing that threw me of today is that you changed your picture on here. Yes I'm the guy that notices when people get hair cuts lol
Lol... Haircut, I haven't cut my hair in over 6 months. I got 6 inch wins... Haha. I was tired of looking at my dogs face, it's spring at folks are constantly walking by the house and the barking begins... Oooyyy! Thanks for noticing though. :)
It's been so nice to watch your girls grow this whole time, Snid. I hope they reward you for all the time and care you've given them.
I hope so too 4x4, you're presence is very much appreciated. As are your kind words brother, :thanks:
Leialoha, oh my! She truly is one beautiful girl :goodjob: It looks like all of your hard work is really paying off.
Cha- Ching... Let's hope I hear that in s month and a half. Thanks Premed, Leia will be glad to hear it.

KiG everyone :green_heart:cheers

April 29th, finally a day to look forward to. Friday today and it's a busy one. Lots of spring cleaning to be done with my early day off work. That and tend to my girls s little extra. Temps are regular these days with a high of 81 and a low of 64°f.

Ellabella day 70 +24 : 13.0 lbs @ Ph 6.2 - 70°f

Ellabella is getting very clustered within her canopy. I failed it maintaining a proper canopy. Lesson learned and already applied to another project. Slights deficiency still lingering, can't quite diagnose it yet. The initial symptoms of several element deficiencies all look similar. I think it's copper or maybe boron. Idk. Research in Progress.

Winnie day 70 +24 : 9.6 lbs @ Ph 5.8 - 70°f

Wonky Winnie is more like wild Winnie these days. She's an absolute Beast, her four main Colas are already stacked. Her pot is becoming dry much faster now.

Leialoha day 85 : 8.2 lbs @ Ph 6.3 - 69°f

Lovely, just a beautiful sight to look at. This darling child is going to make her papa proud. I can't wait to see her fill out like my Maria, I can only imagine. Is it possible or do I have too many Colas to get some massive buds? Just fed her a strong dose of bloom nutes including overdrive.

Hope that tides you over for now, more updates this weekend. Happy Friday to you all and I hope you all have a great weekend.

KiG :green_heart:cheers

Hey snid, more issues/questions. After my last flush with nutes she started yellowing on top really fast! I backed the lights off thinking it is bleaching but now I don't think so? sos
I responded on your thread, but I'll repeat for you and everyone else. It's using all its energies to produce the buds. It no longer need the leaves for energy conversion, it's using what it's already stored up, which is evidently running out. The required flush you did previous exacerbated the situation and accelerated the leaf die off. It's too late to do much about it now, let it ride for another week or so then she should be ready for 48 hours or dark. What day is she at now?

Leialoha is about to become one of the next 7 wonders of the wold. I wouldn't doubt she will produce some massive buds for you!!
Thanks Premed that's so kind and thoughtful. I am very appreciative of the thought of her being a superstar. But...
:geek:
what are the other 6 wonders going to be? Hoo! Hah!

April 30th, hey hey it's Saturday! No sleeping in though, lots more yard work to do before it gets too hot out...and before a week of rain hits. Spent the weigh in session today with my bf explaining my processes and what I've been doing for the past few months...
:jawdropper:
Was he ever surprised, amazed and utterly intrigued by the whole thing. The smells, the sights and the sticky fingers... Haha good times! Let's move on to the day's picture update.

I've got to get her opened up, I'll string up the outer shoots and pull them outward

Winnie day 70 +25 : 8.6 lbs @ Ph 6.0 - 69°f

20160430_154336.jpg

I can just picture her buds now, they've got plenty of space to stack up together. I hope she turn out ok since she is a mutant. My concern with her is the roots, if she will have enough space to finish I'm the pot she's in.

Leialoha day 86 : 6.2 lbs @ Ph 6.2 - 69°f

The inner sanctum of buds is getting very sticky leaves compared to the outer buds, But the bigger outer ones smell amazing. Not much today but admiration and some smelling of her buds. She went through 2 lbs of water since yesterday. What?? I think I'm going to go plain water for the next time.

Stopping in before bed to say Leialoha is absolutely stunning! You've got quite the talent my dear.

:hugs: thanks smokie, she's my little darling child..
Hey snid she's at day 76
I'd shoot for 90-100 days depending on trichs. Definitely another week and then let's check again.
:goodjob: brother
I think I missed a few updates, holy crap shes looking awesome!
The updates go flying by don't they... That's the beauty of journals, you can always catch up. Sometimes it's better that way, you get to see a good time lapse of growth.

Thanks for the visit everyone... KiG :green_heart:cheers

May 1st, it's Sunday and a very relaxing one at that. Got the pyjamas on all day, it's raining so not much to do. I guess I'll play with my plants, better than playing with myself... Hoo hah! Just kidding.. But ya that's funny!
Spent some time trying to spread out Ellabella. Other than that they all got the usual daily checkup. I've spent most of the day catching up on subscriptions. Now that I have done so, it's time for my updates... Here we go!

Ellabella day +26 : 11.4 lbs @ Ph 6.1 - 67°f

Ellabella has gotten her limbs spread out some. I've attached screws to her pot so I can Tie her down properly. The longer outer stems have been pulled back down giving the central mass of Colas more room to stretch out.

Winnie day 70 +26 : 8.2 lbs @ Ph 6.2 - 68°f

Her buds are stacking up very nicely, I'm very impressed with her development. I lollipopped her biggest cola, I want to see the results and apply it to future plants.

Leialoha day 87 : 5.2 lbs(dry) @ Ph 6.1 +70°f

Leialoha got a straight PhD water feeding, no nutes. I gave her 2.5 litres of water enough for significant runoff. Haha no nutes means no worries on wasting my precious elixirs.. Her buds are forming very well in comparison to my previous plants. She's going to get fat once I start adding sugars to her diet....my guess is 3 weeks more.

Clones day 9
20160501_130652.jpg

3 down, 3 to go... I've had minuscule roots form on the ones that died so I'm hoping for the same with the remaining ones. I'm also hoping they have enough stored energies to get them through until they form enough roots to transplant.

Snid "Ganny" my hermy dropped 2 seeds 3 days ago I germinated them immediately and they popped

I accidentally knocked over one of the planters and I knew I would never be able to find the seed and I had just put the seed in soil so I just left the spilled pile in the grass and watered it knowing that if it did sprout I would then be able to find it and I did!!! So now the breeding begins!!!!!

I don't get how there is virtually no main stem or stalk. I mean from the top of the soil to the first node is an inch..... How? After my spears I get at least 4inches before my first node

Haha I wish I was that lucky either my DDA seed I lost. What a happy day! I've found that seeds from off the plant are vigorously quick at springing to life. Let the hermie testing begin. Awesome :thumb:

My t5's keep the nodes very tight. I use 4x 2' @24w each of 6500k sunblaster tubes. That and I always backfill my at stems up to the cotyledons(first round leaves), but for the most part under my t5s they stay very compact.

Thanks for coming by the shop, stop by any time...
