Still Growing - SoCal Hybrids & Mexican & Colombian Sativas Under Sun Natural Systems

Re: Still Growing- SoCal Hybrids & Mexican & Colombian Sativas Under Sun Natural Syst

Right on, man. Waiting for that too :tokin:

Re: Still Growing- SoCal Hybrids & Mexican & Colombian Sativas Under Sun Natural Syst

Spark a extra dubie for me. Tasty looking morsels back a page. Some bone meal works wonders in the slow release of cal-mag in soil amendments. Great era of music. I stopped with the new music, when the Scorpions made their first tour here in the states myself. But works for me. Guess I'm just stuck in the 70's. Looks great Keepem Green

I did I did, man :lot-o-toke: Fired up this new batch of OG Kush smallest popcorn of them all with some scissor hash. Small bowl but it did the job. I'm actually quite impressed with this weed. Now I see how I miserably screwed it last year, no comparison really. High Brix upped the high very nicely, and more sun, lower RH definitely worked. Still 50/50 split, but with great sativa spaciness, and high ceiling. I'm really high I have to say :lot-o-toke:

Top notch stuff no doubt with sparkling ammonia/lemon taste and hashy undertone that's very expansive in lungs although makes you cough like crazy. Similar stuff to Trainwreck but much gentler, a "safe" weed I call it. Hmmm anyway, HBrixers do you get this sparkliness/fizziness in your weed too?

conradino, I have on several occasions. :) strain dependent, IMO and most that I had that taste sensation, they were unknown strains. My WN has it..like Lemonhead candy..almost stings the upper palate and throat. :thumb:

Tasty nugs Conradino. Too bad we're all on the other side of the globe. :laughtwo:

So we're hitting the same spot with our smoke then :tokin: I'm amazed about one thing, sugar trim is as sweet as the bud almost, chlorphyll taste just disappeared. Ok, later guys, I'll be posting some pics of Ultra Dogs then :tokin:

The Dark Devil Auto smokes the same way. Smooth and clear, a sweet citrus edge and the sugar leaves are, IMHO, better than the buds and free of any chlorophyll taste. I figured it was good soil. She came off my 2nd run of the LOS no-till. So despite the differences in our soils we're coming close to the end result. I can't wait to try my first HB kit harvest so I can judge it for myself.

Re: Still Growing- SoCal Hybrids & Mexican & Colombian Sativas Under Sun Natural Syst

I'm still so new to growing high-quality cannabis and our budget never really allowed for much exotic when we were in the open market, so I question my interpretation of the smoke almost daily. I posted that and immediately thought "Are you imagining these effects from this strain?" I'm on my way out for my morning river walk to the labyrinth, so I stopped to take six "cannabis fragment" hits and try to stay coherent enough to describe what I'm feeling.

Typing is a serious challenge right now. I must say, if this is imagination at work I have one intense imagination! Hahaha! All in the name of Science guys. Smooth, sweet hits with no harshness and an unmistakable hint of citrus, not lemony though. The high is clear and zippy. I'm definitely ready to walk. I'm so geared to go my hands - my whole body for that matter - has a vibration almost to a tremor. I really need to get out the door and hit the streets.

I think I'm incredibly lucky to be playing in so many different types of superior growing medium. I didn't set out to be in this position, but I'm filled to overflowing with gratitude that I've arrived at this point in time.

See? I start to get loquacious too. Dangerous trait, that one. :laughtwo:

Really gotta get the body moving. Later guys. This was fun. :battingeyelashes:

So an update yeah, I'm gonna break it into strains so it'll be cool :laughtwo:

Here's a Grape Dog in The Shady Spot, more delicate sativa leaning pheno which got topped by nature. She's shown preflowers already and I helped her today with some compost rich microbial tea. Really good health considering the conditions.

These are two different phenos of Jarillo de Sinaloa, this Mexican one. They got very strong at certain point and just started blowing up!

And this is Punto Roja by Cannabiogen. Thicker leaves than Mexican. Also got topped and since then started growing very vigorously.

Ultra Dogs are coming :tokin:

Re: Still Growing- SoCal Hybrids & Mexican & Colombian Sativas Under Sun Natural Syst

Ultra Dogs, at least 5 females there and one excellent candidate for a male with super branchy tight structure. I think I see there early male preflowers or at least I hope for them.

And this is the rest with the the tallest at around 5,8 feet and the shorter one at around a foot. Many different pheno with few different aromas. As F2 this is gonna be a nice strain to look for a perfect pheno to clone or to cube or whatever. I think I'm gonna do BX to Aurora Ultra as well if both strains keep showing the same hardiness. Actually I got one female which looks slightly stressed. She also looks more hazey, and smells fruity. That's the one.

Yeah ok, rest of them :tokin:
