Stanks Switch It Up In 2019

His response to sounds was a bit delayed. Granted we picked him up about as early as possible so he might have just had a bit of delay in reacting or responding to sounds. We got him the day before he turned 8 weeks old. About the 10-11 week mark he started responding to sounds much better.

He has no issues now. He hears the fridge every time we open it! :cheesygrinsmiley: No wondering when it comes to things to eat.....he hears just fine brother!

VEG girls looking super. They growing great and look great too.

With the dog stuff - just went thru this with our 2 pups.

Teething will go away with the puppy teeth. Try some bully sticks or rib bones.

My girls wont go near any pups with puppy teeth - they know whats going to happen. lol

Them teeth are sharp, just be glad he doesn't chomp down on your forearm.

When they get older the back teeth, a few of em are like sharks teeth.

We got rid of all our carpets before we got pups. Not on purpose for pups just Anna couldn't stand carpets so she ripped them out. She's a bull dog. lol

New home has carpets in a few rooms. One of the girls has taken to squirting ffs. Even after they went out. Dogs.... Had to shut the doors and keep em off the carpets.

I would normally blame the young one, but the older pup is smart, she wood pee to get her sister in trouble. I just put the kibash on the whole carpet deal, its a no-go.

She’ll be marking because there was likely another scent there from another animal having been ‘incontinent’ in the past.

Could be, the lady that lived there had cats. Still getting up the hair.

Shar-pei are half cat anyway so yeah you might be on to something.

I did see the older one smile a little when I gave her sister the evil eye when I found the pee.

Deer tics are everywhere now. Check your dogs and check your privates.

PRo Tip: get your SO to check your privates. lol could lead to something hopefully not tics.

Great pro tip!! I love doing tick checks!

So.......been doing a lot of work down in the basement the last few days as well as cutting the winter fire wood. Broke out the old 4x4 (remember the bottles on the corner posts :eye-roll:) and got it set up on some new subflooring that we painted the wood with some mold resistant paint.

What light to use in there? :hmmmm:

Ah yes, the post man came a couple days ago and brought a nice new shiny toy to us to play with. Figured might as well take it for a test drive in the 4x4.

Very nice looking light. What do they claim is the footprint it will cover in flowering?

Veg Tent Update

Got the tent up, cleaned the hell out of the outside and the inside and put it to use! Just in time as well.....the plants in the other tent all got flipped tonight. Nice to finally get plants rolling into flower! This is what we have left in veg for the time being. No definitive plan for anything in here other than the Stank Surprise (which will be flipped in 2 weeks).

Afghani (Fem) - Sensi Seeds - Veg Day 51

We up potted this little lady last Thursday. She has adjusted well to the new 2 gallon pot she is in. We have been running her under an old T5 until we got the 4x4 set up today. Now she's under the new Next Light Core that we got from @NextLight for last month's POTM. She's definitely had an easier go of the transition than the Zkittlez which also got up potted (but was under the Spydrx getting her azz kicked) and looks really good.

Zkittlez (Fem) - Dope Seeds - Veg Day 51

Up potted this lady last Thursday as well. Having harder time getting her feet under her going under the Spydrx. I should have really done a better job with getting the girls broken into the intensity of that light. I raised the Spydrx up a few more notches as well. I figure a couple days under the Next Light and she will be nice and perky.

Labyrinth (Fem) - Exotic Genetix - Veg Day 58

Next lady up is kind of stealing the show in my eyes. Loving her structure and how she's vegging out. Reminds me a lot of the DTF #2 that we grew earlier this year structure wise. She is due to be up pot next week. Still not sure what size pot I intend to up pot her to....but I am leaning towards a 7 or 8 gallon. Will likely give her 10-14 days in the new pot and then look to flip her. But....I may change my mind on her as well. She could be a good plant to grow out on the bigger side....in which case if I decide to do that, I will likely up pot her to a 3 gallon hard pot for another month before final transplant into a 10 gallon pot.

Stank Surprise - Stank Genetics - Veg Day 58/51

Got the three Stank Surprises (#1, #2, #4) up potted into the 10 gallon Geo-Pot last Thursday. I think I pushed them a bit on the long side in their smaller container and they were a bit slow to respond in the new soil. They are showing some signs of more regular growth. The plan is to give them enough time to get settled and show healthy new growth and then I will flip her. I figure another 10 days or so and she will be flipped.

Slurricane (S1) - In House Genetics - Veg Day 65

The freak is doing well. She is scheduled to get up potted next Thursday....to a 10 gallon pot and from there she will get a couple weeks and get flipped. She's growing very nicely and aside from breaking one of her mains today during training. She is currently going about 3+ days between waterings, but its dropping quickly. I may top dress her with just a little stuff tomorrow to get her really ramped up before the up pot.

I’d run that Labyrinth on the big side. The extra veg time and bigger pot will make a big difference in the end.

Yeah I definitely leaning towards bigger with her. I am just limited on how big since we kind of have our hands full right now LOL.

I'm with Penny on the Labyrinth. And you :). Excellent structure and big would be beautiful!

Thanks Shed, would love to go really big with her.....but just not an option right now. We'll settle for her in a 10 gallon and hope for the best.

Did you get the dab press also? If so how do you like it?
Yes I did. It works great after you get some basics dialed in.

I have to admit, I don't really use it that much. I tried it a few times and the taste is amazing, but the high is lacking compared to flower for me in terms of pain relief. I don't get the same relief so I stick with my bong most of the time. I break it out when friends come over and let them play around with it. The flavor is incredible.

I think I am in the minority when it comes to preferring the flower over rosin though......for me its all about the effects and nothing comes close to flower in my mind.
